Objective: Capture and bring back the mountain goat.

Mission description: A farmer's mountain goat got away while he was bringing it back. It's meant for breeding so bring it back unharmed.
Mission details: Like all mountain goats the goat will try to get away via scaling a mountain side. Seemingly impossible perches found one after the other. You will have to use supernatural walking practice or a grappling hook just to get to it and bring it down. It has a leash attached to it still but careful not to just yank it down. The fall will kill it and you can not just hang it by its neck via leash.


The Kazako clan clinic was hectic today with new people coming through and needing to be treated for everything from coughs and fevers to cuts and bruises. Harichimo was called on today  and was helping with what he could do. His diagnostic jutsu put his abilities up there with other members of the clan. He could help and be trusted to do work on his own. He just got done with his last patient when he went to wash his hands and looked out on what a day he was missing. Harichimo opened his window and let the breeze into the room. He hasn’t gone out to a mission in a while since wrangling in that bull. And he hasn’t heard much from sensai Akira or anyone from his squad. He decided he had enough sitting inside and it was time to head out and close shop for the day. Harichimo packed up his kunai and senbon bags since he didn’t know what was in store for the day. He wrapped up his wrists and forearms like he has always done and put away his medical tools before leaving for the administrative building.

Harichimo arrived at the administrative building and went up to the mission board. He didn’t feel like doing anything to crazy. He looked to the corner where the D-ranked missions where usually posted to. He picked a note asking for someone to help retrieve a pet mountain goat that has been missing. Why not? Seems simple enough. He thought to himself. He grabbed the paper and made his way to the gates and towards the Valley of Mountains. He had never been around that area before but he thought it would be a sight to see besides seeing them a distance.

Harichimo arrived to the Valley of Mountains and looked at the beauty before him. The tall cliffs and jagged peaks made him feel so much smaller. He continued down the mountain path towards the area the missions said. Down the road a little ways he saw a small white spot on the cliff side. He squinted to see it was a mountain goat that had a red band around its neck. That has to be it. He thought. Now how the heck did it get there? Harichimo walked down the path some more and  found a small path barely two feet wide that would bring him close to were the goat was. He pressed his body against the cliff face and slowly started his way towards the goat. He finally got within a couple meters of the animal when it noticed him and made its way up the steep cliff face. Oh that’s great. Not what I need right now. But a mission is a mission. Harichimo gathered his chakra to his feet and his finger tips so he could climb the cliff face. "Get ready I’m coming up after you goat." Harichimo gripped the wall and made sure he could solidly plant his feet and hands getting closer and closer to the animal. He finally got closer and tired to reach and grab the leash dangling from its neck. But when he made a swipe for it the animal made a leap to a small ledge. Harichimo got a little steamed and planted his forehead to the rock face. "Its bad enough I’m right on the face of a damn mountain chasing a goat and could fall at any time but you just want to make this even more difficult don’t you?" Harichimo had to close the distance in a single go to stop the animal from getting farther away. He gathered his strength and focussed all his chakra to his feet and stood being parallel to the ground below. He made a dash for the goat and just as he reached the goat jumped. But Harichimo made the grab and the goat’s momentum carried him to another outcrop so he could get his footing again. "Finally, why you got to be so difficult?" The goat just starred blankly and snorted in protest. "Now we got to get you to your master." Harichimo pulled himself up onto the outcrop and found another narrow path the lead the direction of where they were going. Harichimo lead the goat down the path and back towards the small village where he would collect his payment. He would leave happy but not as happy as he would be back home on flat ground and not on the face of a huge mountain ever again.
