Clan History:
The existence of Solomon's eye and the way it operates was always a mystery to the shinobi world and even still it is not recognized as a kekkei genkai and its true abilities remain unknown for several reasons. Main reason would be that it's not exactly an ability passed down by blood relatives and actually just a gene possessed by every human being but activated in a few dozen rare individuals throughout the history. Even those who were blessed by this gene's activity would rarely discover it's existence during their mortal life thanks to its utmost complexity.
Actually there is just one written transcript that describes at least in some way this unique ability. The name of the book is ''The History of the Uchiha Clan'' written by a historian from Konoha named Takashi Ukeo. In one part of his book he talks about an Uchiha clansmen reffered to as ''The Fake Uchiha''. His name was Moimbari. Moimbari was the son of the then Uchiha clan leader Madako, whose reign didn't last long and that is the reason why he isn't so renowned. But nevertheless, Moimbari, as the eldest son had his whole life dedicated to becoming the next great Uchiha leader that was going to achieve greatness. However, things didn't go as planned since young Moimbari never managed to awaken his Sharingan and instead developed other kekkei genkai like abilities that allowed him to master Fuuinjutsu beyond wildest imagination. Still, due to his inability to use Sharingan he was considered a disgrace, so his father disbanded him from the clan and claiming that he was not really his son and just a phoney. Sadly, Moimbari lived the rest of his life in complete anonimity and his fate remains unknown to the day.
There are some legends that circle about this kekkei genkai but most of the information is made up and completely inaccurate. Also, being a folk story means that most of the people don't believe in it anyways.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Solomon's Eye physical manifestion is different throughout its three stages; sleeping (japanese word for sleeping), passive (-II-) and active (-II-).
Sleeping stage, being obviously the weakest of the three, gives no power to the individual. It is rather just an indicator that the wielder possesses an active gene of Solomon's Eye. This means that the user is capable, through various means, of advancing the eye technique to the next level and obtaining its perks. The means through which the activation is accomplished differs from person to person but in its most basic context it is always the same: ''You need to begin to understand and familiarize with yourself.'' One may see how this is very vague and therefore understand how this can be applied to a variety of scenarios so it is naturally to assume that only the ones that progressed through sleeping mode is capable of understanding the true meaning of those words. Simply because of that most ''random japanese words for those who obtained the active state'' were not young and lived through a real crusade to get there where they got but this still does not exclude younger people just serves as a general guideline, like everywhere else exceptions may exist. As for the stages visual appearance it just makes the ''white in the eye'' take a mild purple shade which can be easily characterized as something received from your parents or beyond. Because of this, it isn't possible to recognize a Solomon Eye wielder through regular means.
When finally activating the kekkei genkai it takes a more obvious appearance. The colour of your eye changes to purple regardless of its previous state. Not only that but a mark appears on the users chest. The appearance of the mark can be seen in the spoiler below.

In this stage the users eyes develop a bond with the users seals. It is good to know that all the power comes from the users eyes, so by destroying them the user will lose all of its power that comes with this kekkei genkai.  However, eyes are the place where all the power is just merely sotarged so if the user is able to obtain another set of eyes after losing his previous ones and implanting them surgically he will technically be capable of reviving his bloodline. Unfortunately, since his previous eyes were the storage for that power he will not know of any clan techniques that he had previously learned and will ne to relearn them in order to obtain them once again.
This bond manifests in such a way that in a 100 meter radius around the user he is capable of ''feeling'' the location of every seal that he had placed. Not only that, but the weilder of Solomon's Eye is capable of sending chakra to those seals and activating them that way. This comes as an C rank chakra cost per chakra transfer through this way.
Obtaining the final stage, the active one, may come of as a difficult task and instructions on how to obtain it come again in a vague form. ''On your road of self revelation you must take a turn you never imagined of taking.'' Again interpretation of this and understanding the exact context is completely impossible but still serves as a good guideline for someone who is actually walking down that road.
This stage, unlike the passive one, isn't constantly in effect. It comes with a C rank upkeep per two posts. When activated the user breaks the bond with his fuuinjutsus and changes the nature of his chakra in an unrecognizable way. This allows the user not to only control his own seals, but also everyone elses in a 50 meter radius around the user (yes, this also means that the radius for his own jutsu is lowered). Also the user is capable of creating Fuuinjutsu through the eye itself on solid surfaces in a 25 meter radius around him. This all comes with an additional chakra cost which goes as following;  B rank for controlling his and everyone elses seals in a 50 meter radius and A rank for creating a seal in a 25 meter radius plus the amount of chakra which is needed to create the seal (rank of the seal you're creating).


Drawbacks: This bloodline comes with several side effects. First and foremost is that this bloodline is completely dominative towards other bloodlines. This means that someone who possesses the active gene for this bloodline is not capable of obtaining another bloodline in his life.
Secondly, the users blood and body is altered in such a way (thanks to the bloodline) that the user isn't capable of receiving someone elses blood or they will die. This also works vice versa (if the wielder donates some of his blood the one who receives it would die for sure). This restricts the user in a way that medical treatment is significantly hardened.
The last drawback is assigned to the active state of this bloodline. The user can't use the Solomon's Eye in an active state for prolongued periods of times (more than 10 posts), this means death. However, the user will feel the effects of it much sooner, after 5 posts he will lose additional C rank chakra per turn.
After the active stage is deactivated there is a cooldown on how much time it has to pass before it can get activated again. This goes as following:
1-2 posts of activation = no cooldown
3-4 posts of activation = 1 post cooldown
5-7 posts of activation = 3 posts cooldown
8-10 posts of activation = 5 post cooldown
