Niitah Kujou(NPC,Father) : A man who was always too busy to spend time with Noel, he has now gone with his wife to travel the world in order to gain many more riches
Niitah Rena(NPC,Mother) : A loving woman who never really knew where her heart lies, while she loves her son she actually loves her money more. She tries to hide this and also hates herself for it, but in the end she would do anything for money even if it meant selling her own child

Santaku, Mikasa(Owner) : A girl who received the young Noel as a birthday present when Noel was only four, she had raised him as her useless play thing who had grown on her over time. They appear to be friends, but not quite clear as to how true this may be. Noel developed an attachment to her after certain events and the time he spent in her bed feeling the warmth of someone else besides the rats in his slave quarters.

Rivals
   Sozo : He currently has a small rivalry just based on wanting to know where Sozo fits in with Mikasa, while a rival in his eyes now he is close to becoming a friend to him.
