Find and kill Itsikuchi Hataro and his men.
Mission details:
Through carefull intel gathering, the whereabouts and names of a few highranked Black ANBU members have been discovered. Find them, kill them and gather all possible information regarding the next target.
Utsikuchi Hataro, lieutenant of the Black ANBU and a dozen lower ranked Black ANBU operatives will be inside an underground bunker at the outskirts of the Land of Fire. This bunker exists out of three levels: the training squares at the first floor where you will find 6 Black ANBU members, the living quarters of the lower ranked members at the second floor with another 6 Black ANBU members and the personal quarters of Hataro himself on the lowest level where you'll find another 8 Black ANBU members alongside Hataro himself.

Black ANBU operatives: These are all chuunin ranked associates to the underground organization. All equipped with Black ANBU armor (ANBU armor) and Black ANBU masks (ANBU masks), they all have a C rank tanto as weapon. They all have rank B bukijutsu and B rank ninjutsu. there are six with water and fire element, six with Earth and wind element and 8 with fire and lightning element. They all know up to B rank library jutsu from their individual elements and have B rank stats. These lowranked members do not have the ANBU jutsu at their disposal.

Because of his strict upbringing and severe training, Hataro is someone who can nearly always keep his head straight and will practically never sucumb to any kind of emotion. He does everything for the man he calls his master and will only lose his cool if his convictions are ridiculed.
Motivations:
He hardly has any motivations of his own, except for making his master's wish a reality and to enlarge his already extensive range of puppets.
Fears:
His greatest fear would be to fail his master's desires and to bring shame upon him by doing so. To not being able to achieve the goals given to him by his master, is Hataro's greatest fear.

Hataro is one of three lieutenants of the Eien no Yami syndicate and subcommander of the Black ANBU forces. Born to the Itsukuchi clan, a long lost clan of master craftsmen and superior chakra channelers, Hataro was found in the rubble of his clan's small village near the borders of the Land of Fire and trained in secrecy by then still active ANBU captain, Orochi Enaka.
He is capable of transferring his very being to his puppets, which means killing his body isn't enough, both puppets and Hataro himself need to be destroyed before he is actually stopped.
This man is extremely smart and has an incredible collection of human puppets, alas he mostly only uses two of them:
-Twinblade: human origin unknown, but it is an A-rank human puppet with A rank stats and two A rank katanas. One with raiton element enchantment and one with fuuton element enchantment. (has 100 of its own chakra)
-White snake: human origin Orochi Aori, an A-rank human puppet with A rank stats, all the Ouroboros clan jutsu and all the white snake jutsu found in Orochi Risu's jutsu list. this puppet wears ANBU armor, ANBU mask and has two B rank scalpels. By adjusting the skincells, sending higher amounts of minerals to the necessary area and by tightening the bonds of the microtubuli within the cells, as well as thickening the cellular fluid and solidifying the cellular walls, those skincells turn into a layer of strong, miniature scales.
This allows many different uses, as it can be used in both a defensive, and offensive manner.
When used on the limbs, it allows for greater impact of kicks, punches and jabs and thus a better utilization of the body's limits during a display of taijutsu, yet in the same way it can lessen the impact of an enemy's attack. On higher ranks, this jutsu can be used to greater effect.
This technique also allows secundary afflictions like burns or cuts to be minimized in the strengthened section. However, even though this technique allows a benefit in strength, it lowers the users speed because it makes it slightly harder to move due to lower flexibility and added weight.
Rank A: can harden the skincells of the entire body

After performing the necessary seals, up to two snakes created out of mud appear. This snake can be used in both an offensive, as well as a defensive manner.
The snake (or snakes ) can be used to coil around an enemy, coil around the user or simply crash upon an enemy.
This snake (or snakes ) harden into concrete when they are close enough to the intended target, covering them completely like a concrete shell.(enemy or self)
Rank C: can create one snake, range up to 3 meters. It can be used to crash upon an enemy, this will do rank C damage of heavy bruising, yet there will be no cutting or piercing. It can also be used to coil around an enemy or oneself, to either restrict an enemy's movement or protect. When used in defensive or constricting form, it takes 3 D ranked jutsu, two C ranks or 1 B rank or higher jutsu to break out of and/or destroy the snake, if it's raiton based jutsu only 2 D rank or 1 C rank jutsu is required. When used in defensive or constricting form, it takes 3 B rank jutsu, 2 of rank A or 1 S rank or higher to break out of and/or destroy the snake, if it's raiton based jutsu only 2 B rank or 1 A rank jutsu is required.
To have the full potential of the offensive/defensive and constricting form of this rank, both snakes must be succesfully used or the jutsu is only equal to the B rank form and follows those rules excluding cooldown.

After using the handseals Ox-yin-heaven-snake, the user has to throw one hand upwards and one hand down, sending out a thin stream of chakra towards the sky and the ground, molding the clouds into a heavy rainfall doused with chakra, while the ground will turn muddy and slippery.
Reduces perception by 1 tier for everyone within range of the jutsu, including the caster. (Byakugan rank C or higher and Sharingan One tomoe or higher remain unaffected by this penalty)
To maintain this jutsu, a cost of 5 chakra/post is needed.

Description:
After a careful study of her own elements and driven to obtain the jutsu-style of her mother, who was aptly named the White snake, this technique was created to be used to restrain enemies, wound them and draw them closer when necessary, making this a highly valued jutsu in combat.
After using the handseals Ox-Tiger-Dragon-Snake, the user shoots two massive, ten meter long snakes out of the ground from his or her position towards the enemy. These snakes, comprised out of a strong, yet somehow still flexible rock interior which is infused with water and encompassed by a two centimeters thick layer of water as well, first travel at moderate speed of 20 m/s, but accelerate to an astounding 35m/s when reaching the 5 meter mark.
These snakes grab hold of their enemy with their two and a half inch long, curved fangs with great force, able to fracture hollow bones (lower arms, lower legs, ribs), but can only scrape larger bones (thigh bone, upper arms, skull). The wounds caused by the teeth can go to 2.5 inch deep, but will only become actual cuts if the enemy decides to simply struggle free or is pulled to the user. (Secondary effect of the jutsu besides wounding and restraining is using the snakes to pull the enemy closer)
These snakes can be cut off or destroyed by B rank or higher weaponry or jutsu, Raiton based jutsu can cut or destroy them from C rank or higher. An opponent with strength stat of A or higher can break out of the snakes' hold within a single post.
The snakes can spread out to a maximum scope of four meters, amking them able to attack the enemy from both sides and making it hard to destroy them both in a single action.

After using the handseals Yang-Heaven-dragon-snake, the heavy rain and swirling mud streams from the Genesis Invocation combine and compact into a tornado of water and dirt of approximately 2 meters around the user, which then rapidly expands to a full radius of fifteen meters wide in a five meters high and one meter thick vortex, causing massive bruising, tearing skin, rupturing muscles and leading to possibly heavy internal damage, bleeding and organ failure. It also has a chance of knocking back people up to ten meters far.
This vortex of water and mud expands from two meters to its max width of 15 meters in 0.33 seconds or at a speed of 36 meters per second.
when this jutsu is used, White snake style-Genesis Invocation immediately enters its cooldown period.

The force of this much larger and faster vortex than the Exodus dictate is able to render anything apart that crosses its expansion path, leaving only chunks and bits of what could've been a grown person before (causes extreme tissue rupture, organ ruptures, shattered bones and shredded body parts)
This vortex of water and mud expands from two meters to its max width of 40 meters in 0.66 seconds or at a speed of 60 meters per second.
when this jutsu is used, White snake style-Genesis Invocation immediately enters its cooldown period.

Hataro himself also wears a modified black ANBU armor and mask, can use all library jutsu up to S for doton, fuuton and suitor and up to B for raiton. He has S ranked stats.
Modified Black ANBU armor: Has all ANBU armor properties, but has spikes on the shoulders which can deal C rank damage to anyone foolish enough to hit those places or be hit by them.
Modified Black ANBU mask: Unlike the standard mask, this is an A rank mask, which can withstand any basic attack up to B rank and lowers the damage of A rank or higher basic attacks by 50%. It is capable of withstanding up to an A rank jutsu once before breaking.
