The day was young just days before the 4 finalists were named from the Preliminary Rounds and would advance to the Quarter Finals of the Chunnin Exams.  The battles were fierce some were full of excitement, others were no contest.  The Quarter Finals would begin the very next day, the Elite is what they were called.  The top 8 genin from each of the Hidden Villages, the title of elite was a bit exaggerative.  After all what was so elite about a Genin, it was not as if they were Kage fighting for the title of the Ultimate Kage.  If there ever was such a thing, Suutei fondled with these thoughts since his close call match against Ryusei.  Ultimately in his matchup with Kusano he was defeated shamelessly.  Filled with hatred and Frustration everything was different from now on, he could no longer slack in his training like he’d done before.

Filled with determination Suutei spent these few days, still injured from the severing of a collateral ligament in his lower left leg.  Suutei struggled to train and improve himself for his next match, injury or not he was determined to take it all.  The title and rank of Chunnin was at stake it was all or nothing at this moment, he’d come so far and now was his time to take it all.  The only way he could do achieve the power he desired was to exceed his own limits, there was rumor of a place located in the Outskirts of Takigakure.  This location was known as The Mire of Lost Stones, referred to as sacred.  The Mire is an area deep within the surrounding forests of Takigakure, surrounded by ancient trees of the grandest nature. The moist, fog laden trees generate the mist which surrounds them with their sap, nearby lakes and rivers lead to the central island in the midst of the forest, surrounded by an expansive lake. Although dingy and mysterious, the island to many is sacred, it is said Nature chakra is so thick here, lesser creatures and even weak men have been known to turn to stone, hence the areas enigmatic name.

The search for transportation to the island was the next lan, but who would be willing to carry him across the way.  Suutei searched aimlessly within the village for someone to help him, until he sat down and gave up.  An elderly man, owner of a nearby fish market approached Suutei it wasn’t hard to feel his presence his smell of trout said it all.  ”I hear you have been searching for someone to take you to the central island?  I’ve taken my boat across that water numerous times, I’d be willing to help you for a small favor in return.”  Suutei looked at the old man slightly curious about his offer, ”Alright I'm listening…  The old man lead him to his boat as he spoke to Suutei about an ore found on the island that was seemingly indestructible.  His goal was simple find the ore give it to the man, he could train and search at the same time.

Suutei stepped onto the soft sand of the island from the plank from the mans fishing boat, he could feel the dense pressure of the island before they docked.  Suutei could also feel another presence on the island, a vaguely similar presence stronger than his own.  Suutei disappeared within the central forest of the island, searching for the stone and the  power he sensed.

The Chuunin Exams.

What a giant farce. The exams, if they could be called that, were nothing more than cheap entertainment for the lowest peasant to the most esteemed noblemen. The speculators, excluding fellow peers, could careless about the outcomes of the matches; sure money would be exchanged between hands due to a crowd favorite losing unexpected or someone being disqualified for whatever reason, but it's a minor inconvenience for them after all, money is just money. While many where there to do just that, gamble away their life savings in hopes in making rich, the majority were there to witness bloodshed. It's funny, some of the most blood thirsty individuals are not the competitors but rather those speculators, and at the same time they are the same people who shinobi are sworn to protect.  These same speculators who begs a shinobi(s) will immediately offer their assistance, like a desperate whore on the streets.  Of course the Kages and some of the smarter high ranking ninjas knew all of this already, but they had no choice in the matter for the best way to get and retain clients is through the chuunin exams; it was the only time where their shinobi could be seen worldwide, getting recognition from those who would otherwise not be able to interact with them for various reasons.

Whoever came up with the idea of the chuunin exams deserves a pat on the back, and the reward for 'sadist of the century'.  Who would ever think about making a sport, which the exams are, where powerful leaders from around the Elemental Nations must come together in a peaceful manner, any grudges and animosity being pushed to the fore corners of their mind, watching as their shinobi perform for the nobles and many clients among the crowds.  And no matter how much they hate the idea of the exams, they must endure it for it's the primary way for obtaining clients which in turn helps their villages prosper.

"Thankfully, I didn't have to be apart of the farce." were the thoughts of a silver haired male, his right eye being covered by black eye-patch. The younger generation wouldn't recognize this person, he having 'disappeared' roughly seven months ago, and even before than his appearance within the Elemental Nation had dwindled down considerably; however, the older generation would instantly recognize the man currently walking down Takigakure's hospital halls dressed in blue scrubs. This man was none other than 'The Pestilence of Iwa', Guanyin Nanashi, and he were currently making his way to his office in order to change out of his attire. Some will asked where he had been all this time, and they won't receive an answer from the man due to the stupidity of the question. So, where has he been?

Home. He returned to the place of birth, and where memories of happiness were the strongest. He didn't go back to become a geisha again. He went back to help his mother and grandmother with cleaning out some trash which had accumulated throughout time. The rest of the time were spent with the girls, his family, and helping about when needed. And what about his Iwa duties? Well . . . .

It were some time later before Nanashi emerged out of the office now dressed in a matte black kimono with red trimming along the seams and making slash, his clan symbol barely visible on the back and a pair of reinforced geta. The traditional feel of the outfit, while uncommon among the younger and more modern generation, suited the man well and was a welcomed sight for those who appreciate the style. A smile grace Nanashi's features as he weaved through the crowded streets of Takigakure, moving towards the shipping docks, a destination already in mind.

With some skillful negotiation he was now seat on a boat en route to Mire of Lost Statures; an island that's heavily laced with natural chakra to the point that it overwhelm lesser beings turning them into stone statues, hence the name.  He had known about the island for sometime now but only recently ,when Takigakure open up their borders to the rest of the world, did it become possible for him to venture there. Of course due to workload accompanied to working at Takigakure's hospital, he didn't have time to visit the place till now. With the chuunin exam finals have a few days before it began, this was the perfect time to visit the island.

"So, it's true. Interesting." Guess the description of the island was spot on, Nanashi can already feel the overwhelming presence trying to subdue him, but with no luck. Telling the boatman to come back within a couple of hours, Nanashi began trekking deeper into the island, the sandy beach which he landed ever so shrinking in the distance.

An hour or so passed quickly for the medic, having explore some of the island's dense forest and the numerous statues of petrified humans who were turned into stone by the natural chakra in the area. There faces not showing any signs of being surprise or the likes. They almost seem peaceful . . . almost.

He would eventually come to a relatively large clearing with a cave situated at the northern end of it, one hundred or so meters from the southern end(where Nanashi is standing at). Just before he took a step towards the cave, he sensed another presence on the island coming from East of his position. Who was this person?

The Chunin Exams....bah! Zaiaku was glad he became a Chunin before the exams came out! All those fuckwits, betting to see who can beat whose ass in a fight, laughing at them as they break their bones in-order to get to the next rank. Then they have the nerve to become angry at the youngsters for not winning? That was complete and utter bull! Oh, if only he could find those people afterwards....oh yes, he would show them something to be angry at. Which a mere sigh, the giant digressed. The Jiendo had been in Takigakure for some time now, and wanted to somewhere new. He had already explored most of the location except...except...What hadn't he explored yet? He had explored the Market Place, been to their Bathhouse, crashed the Festival, and watched some of the exams. After a few minutes of just standing there, he realized that he hasn't gone to some of the Outskirts yet. Perhaps some training could relieve his anger, he supposed, as he stood up. He was standing on a roof top on a building amongst the Market Place. Deciding what he wanted to do, he began leaping from rooftop to rooftop.

He had heard of some island, Mire Of The Lost Statues he believed, that was supposedly sacred to the village. There are even rumors that there is so much Natural Chakra there, small animals and weak humans slowly turn to stone, making up the statues on the island. This made Zaiaku excited, for he believe if he trained there, he would become increasingly stronger. As such, He went faster, wanting to get there as soon as possible. His helmet's visor managed to reflect some sun-light, while his Chunin Vest was loose enough that air went comfortably around his body. His Sunagakure headband tied to his right arm alerted all of his status. In sort, he was a proud shinobi of Sunagakure No Sato. After some time, he managed to get to the village docks. Not alot of boats here today, he presumed as he walked. Eventually, he came to a little old man wearing but a plain white kimono decorated with cherry blossoms. Wrinkles were heavy under his eyes, and he walked with a old wooden staff. Nonetheless, he seemed like a nice man, so Zaiaku went him. "Sir," He said "mind takin' me to the that statue island?" He said this as he pulled out a small sack of ryo.

The old man looked at him and smiled one of those "I was just like you during my youth" smiles. He nodded and motioned him to get in without saying a word. Mute perhaps? Either way, Zaiaku boarded and they set of. Within a fairly short time, they were at the beach of the island. Zaiaku turned to the man and attempted to hand him the sack. The man, however, held up his hand and shook his head, giving another smile. After jumping off, he waved at the nice elder and walked into the lush green forest. It felt.....dense to say the least. Like a pressure on his chest sort of deal. Still, he walked and traveled amongst the vegetation until he found a clearing. It was was medium size, possible 5x5 meters. Right in the middle of it was a large stone. Perhaps some meditation on the stone will do the trick! As such, Zaiaku quickly jumped on the stone and, slowly, began to meditate.

Suutei explored the thick forestation it was serene despite the rumors, the unfortunate souls eternally petrified seemed like they belonged there almost naturally.  The saying is the truth people are only here for seasons, so these statues were here for a reason.  Still tracking down the chakra signature he felt once he first arrived, with little to no luck at all.  Perhaps it was the emission of Nature Chakra emitting from the island.  Suutei needed to rest the island was beginning to take its toll on him, he just needed some fresh water.  The forest seemed to almost insulate the heat from the sun within, practically smothering him.  Up ahead he could see a small pasture of land up ahead and an entrance to a cave.  Perhaps he could find supplement and search the cave for the so called Invincible Stone.

One thing was suspicious though the closer he got to the cave, the chakra signature from earlier intensified.  Could it be coming from the cave, or perhaps he was not alone with just wildlife on the island.  It was all coming together until he sensed another presence not as strong as the one in the direction of the cave, but equal to his own if not greater.  Suutei ignored it and pushed on clearing bushes, and hanging branches from his path.  It wasn't until he noticed that he was exactly right, he was not the only one on the island.  A man who appeared to be approching the entrance of the cave eyed him, Hmm so this is who i have been sensing all day...

Suutei walked towards the cave (I am dressed just like my avvy and I am 17 working on a update for Suutei) hoping to introduce himself to the man, he held out his hand.  "Hows it going.  I'm Suutei you must be pretty tough to still be confidently walking the island, especially if you haven't been turned to petrified stone."  Suutei could feel the chakra begin to intense within the area, and it would be a long day before he found the stone.  In fact he wasn't even sure what the stone looked like.  There was also a rumor about some sort of guardian entity able to utilize the nature chakra emitted by the island, the legend says that the entity is the cause of all the petrified humans.

"I am not sure exactly, but have you heard of the legend about the guardian entity of the island.  I have heard rumors that it is a monkey man and others say it is a serpent, honestly I do not know what to believe.  They say he is the reason travelers are turned to stone.  I am not sure why you are here, and I know this is a tad bit sudden, but perhaps you could help search for this so called Deity.  You seem to be able to hold your own on this island.  What do you say?"  This man would hopefully not ask for compensation and if so it would be pretty violent after they found the deity.

The yellow, predatory gaze of Nanashi looked onto the man exiting out of the lush, dense forest surround the cleaning which the silver haired male now stood. A look of mild interest and boredom were dominant in his lonely stare, watching as the man confidently scroll towards his direction without a care nor caution in the world. He mentally scoff at the man before him. A yellow gem flicking in the man's direction once again, having focused on elsewhere beforehand, before turning back to what its was previously during. The subtly of the motion would be lost on those less experience, but for who were as experience as Nanashi they would know what he had did. He had just checked the individual for any weapons, and founded a few different ways to kill him, if he poised a threat.  With that single flicker, Nanashi pin=pointed the places where the flesh is the easiest to pierce;  putting to memory the areas where clothing didn't cover or provided adamant protection to the man, if Nanashi decided to strike with one of his weapon hidden in his kimono sleeve. Yes, with a single look Nanashi had determine the threat level of man before him.

Low. . .

A bad assessment for someone he didn't know? Maybe. It wasn't the lack of visible protection that made him come to this decision; for shinobis are always coming up with some new inventive way to protect themselves without resorted to the clinky armor of ancient times. His decision was based on the man's simple act of walking up to a stranger, Nanashi, without the slightest bit of caution. Any shinobi worth their salt would be cautious in meeting  and greeting another person for you never know if they are shinobi. It's a simple rule really, treat everyone as if they are a shinobi till proven otherwise unless of course you want an early grave. Though the rule seemed to fallen out of favor with the younger generation with all of them wanting to be badasses and all. He mentally scoff at the notions of all these shinobi trying to be bad when they are still in their diapers.  Because of the reasons mentioned before, Nanashi had to stop an inevitable twitch of his hand from grabbing the senbon resting in his kimono sleeve; his arms having folded and disappeared within the other sleeve as he listen the man speak.

Suutei? The name didn't ring any bells nor did it set-off any alarms, making Nanashi conclude that either this person before him was either lying about his name or was just a nobody, cannon fodder. His stoic expression didn't change any at Suutei's attempted of flattery. He didn't take it from his own mother or sisters, what make this man think he would take it from him? "It has been pleasant." Nanashi stated, deciding to humor Suutei for a moment " Nanashi is my name." was added like a forethought, not bothering to comment on the flattery.

He had heard of the legend(s) surrounding  the island, and now some people that the senjutsu that permeates the air is caused by some monkey man or serpent. Did he believe in it? No, but there is always a sliver of truth with in legends. It did interest him somewhat, but enough to offer his services to the man before him? Not without a price "Sure, as long as I get something out of this besides the adventure." His words left little room for argument; neither Suutei compensate him or Nanashi would go 'bout his own way. Besides there would be other times for him to visit this place, and search out the so-called legend.

You just can't find a decent person nowadays, even if they are older.  Though he had to give him the benefit of the doubt, after all he was requesting something from the man himself.  This would call for some improvising, Suutei let out a crooked smile to the man’s statement of compensation, ”Why of course.  There is a stone on this island that over the years that shaped the island, it is a very precious metal the strongest within the world.  If we find it along the way you may have it, so if that’s fine with you shall we get going.”  Suutei proceeded within the cave hoping his companion would follow, Nanashi he seemed rather polite.  The man gave a rather positive vibe almost as if he were a hermit, he seemed like the type of man who could offer wisdom to all, but retain his secrets if need be.  Everyone had their secrets, even Suutei who sometimes felt like a hypocrite because he hated the idea of secrecy.  It was ironic for a shinobi to not be fond of the idea of secrecy, but nobody could judge him for his belief.  A slight tremor could be felt as he and the man entered the cave, and the walls of the cave produced a blue glow.  This could be caused by the high emission of Nature Chakra within the cave, or perhaps the legend they hunted.  The tremor caused the entrance to collapse on its self and the two were trapped within the cave, with no light source other than the fading blue light of the walls.  The lights were almost nurturing almost heart warming, it could soothe even the most unruly soul.  Nevertheless they had a task at hand and it was time to take care of it, no matter how predictable their situation was.

Well isn't this a surprise the entrance collapsed...  Suutei could feel his head begin to hurt, he hated these cliche kind of moments in his life.  Not only that they caused him to get an ulcer, which was never good especially with his short temper.  With a sigh of grief he turned to Nanashi who could hopefully help him come to a conclusion for the happening, ”What should we do Nanashi, I can’t really see much with the little light in this cave.  I meant to ask you earlier, are you from Takigakure or from another village?”  Suutei was coming off a bit friendlier than usual, but that was only so he could collect info on this Nanashi.  The name did ring a couple of bells though, like a retired celebrity that everyone loves but doesn't remember.  This was actually the case when a light bulb went off in Suutei's mind, This is Nanashi Guanyin...The former Tsuchikage of Iwagakure.  Why would a man of his stature be here in Iwagakure, could he have been a simple spectator for the exams?  If so how come he did not recognize him, nor his name from the Exams?  Maybe I got the wrong person...maybe."

Suutei still pushing onwards within the cave, made careful analysis on their campaign within.  Until the walls began glowing red and purple, Suutei could feel the Senjutsu Chakra getting more intense the farther they traveled.  What ever it was that was causing this was within this cave, and eventually it would reveal itself.  Hopefully he could kill two birds with one stone, he could give the old man the stone.  Tame the deity of the Lost Mire, and could say he met a Tsuchikage.  Well unless this guardian deity was two birds, which would require a more broader strategy.  Suutei prepared his own chakra, building it up to counteract the high Nature Chakra production. Nanashi seemed to be able to combat against the Nature Chakra without even trying, no wonder he was the Tsuchikage.  If only I had that kind of power...If only I had that kind of strength.  Slowly becoming enraged Suutei attempted to calm himself, getting angry was no good and if he attacked Nanashi there was not was no telling what he could do to Suutei.

The cave went dark and Suutei was alerted instantaneously when he heard a loud crash, So the legend was true...  Listening closely since his eye sight was practically limited he could hear nothing.  Until a sharp pain in his right calf caused him to flinch.  "OW What the hell!  The cave became illuminated again with a yellow hue that faded in and out, Suutei could see a silhouette making its way for Nanashi.  "Nanashi look out!"  Suutei sprinted to intercept the figure leaping into the air to throw a fist at its head, the figure vanished and reappeared under Suutei striking him in his abdomen.  Suutei vanished as well when the figure got to its feet, he connected with the figures face with his knee.  Suutei stood by Nanashi who was hopefully ready to combat their agressor, Dammit this guy is fast and the fading lights aren't doing me much justice...  Suutei channeled chakra through his lungs ready to use his favorite technique if need be.  Though providing support for Nanashi seemed more reasonable, and if need be he could also analyze his fighting style for any openings.  After the strange figure was able to regain its composure it charged at Nanashi once more, Suutei waited to see how he would react.

By the tone of Suutei's voice, Nanashi knew that he had crushed the other man's dreams of getting some free charity. Did the man honestly believed that Nanashi, a complete stranger, would help out another stranger on a quest for something that likely is a fairy tail? Didn't  the man understand, everything in the world had a price on it, and that nothing is truly free? From the moment of their conception human beings had been paying a price for various necessities both on a small and grand scale, consciously and subconscious. However, humans are only aware of those exchanges that they make themselves. They are completely in the dark with the dealings going on in their body on regular bases. Everything has a price. Nothing is free. It's a principal that we all follow; no matter how much some of us want to deny so.

An eyebrow tentatively raised a little from the object which Suutei had offer him. The strongest stone in the world? Just because 'strongest' was placed a front of the stone doesn't mean that it's truly the mightiest of them all. People throw around the adjective a lot to get catch the interest of the masses, and it works. Nothing is truly the strongest thing. For there will always be something that's stronger. It's apart of Nature's way of keeping things in check. So, this so called might be the strongest discovered material, but there is undoubtedly something more potent out there, it just hasn't been founded yet.

So, does the stone interest him? A tad bit. Being someone of who seeks knowledge on many different things, the prospect of obtaining something herald as the 'strongest' was indeed amusing. . . What exactly would he do with the stone? Would he keep it for himself, and make something out of it? Or will he simply sell it out for some money? Who knows. But that's not the important thing at the moment. The important and most crucial thing was Nanashi following the man into the caved, just north of his position.

Could this be a trap? Following this man who he barely knows into a cave where anyone could be waiting to slit his throat. Yeah, the thought did cross his mind for a split-second before being shoved away. If indeed this is a trap than there was only one solution: Kill them all. The silver haired male would simply erase their existence and carry on with his life as if nothing happen. They would be nothing more than a footnote in history; overlooked and easily forgotten.

The crumbling of tiny rocks followed the louder sounds of boulders falling was the only warning give to the pair as the cave entranced collapsed on itself. The giant boulders being unmovable guards, blocking the main way out, and forcing them to trek deeper into the cave's darken maw. Nanashi's lone eye adjusted accordingly to the lack of light "No, I'm from a different village. I just came to Takigakure to check on some. . ." He paused to find the right word, before deciding to settle on one "investments." The way he answered the questions didn't give anything away, leaving the man in the same place he had started on his pursuit of getting information on him. Although, Nanashi did regret give Suutei his name. Knowing that it was quite 'famous' in certain parts of the Elemental Nation, Iwa and Kiri being the prime areas.

Even with his weaken sensory skills, Nanashi easily felt the presence of Natural Chakra. The potency of the chakra was steadily getting stronger, trying to submit both of the intruders to it's will. They will obey! They had entered into scared grounds, and now must obey the laws of Kami! They will bow a front of their betters before turning to stone with the last image of Kami being the last thing they remember. This is what the natural chakra was trying to do, but Nanashi and Suutei had other ideas. Nanashi's own chakra began to flare brimming with defiance against the wannabe oppressors. It's sicken presence will not bow! It will not submit to anyone! Not no-one!

Nanashi attention fell on the shout of pain from Suutei as his eyes once again adjusted the now yellow hued caved. Seeing his partner was alright, he turned his attention to the advancing silhouette. Before he had time to react his partner had decided to take the incentive and try to intercepted the strike. This action didn't phrase the creature at all for it simply vanished, and delivered a devastating strike to Suutei's abdomen which the latter returned in the form of a knee to the face. It was only when the thing stumbled in the light did it's appearance come to light.

It was a giant humanoid monkey stand around 6'9" with a long white mane that fell just passed it's waist. The monkey wore clothing typically that of shinobi with the ki differences being the tiger-like vest with white fur trimmed, All in all it was a menacing presence.

"Suutei. I need you to get as least 5 meters away from me. I'm about to use a technique that's lethal to all who within that range." Nanashi spoke, eyes never leaving the advancing figure. Only when his partner was a safe distance away, did Nanashi allowed his chakra go.  Despite how he comes off, rarely did he allow many to truly feel his chakra. The reason being due to his dabbles in necrosis, and other unsavory things his chakra had taken on some unique characteristics more specifically; sickness.

You know the feeling you get when you are sick? The headaches. The cold-sweats. The unexpected shivers. The coughing fits? The fevers. Yeah, his chakra makes the body feel like that it's sick. And it was because of that did he rarely allow his chakra to be felt by many. Alias. . .that isn't important out.

Grey wisps flowed off Nanashi's body, coiling around his frame like a serpent before taken the shape of a grey-ish shroud five meters in radius. The effects of this shroud would be witness no sooner as the creature came within five meters. Black spots, six inches in diameter, appeared on every part of the creature's flesh as it continue to advance closer to Nanashi. The monkey was signing his life away with each step it took as more and more of it's flesh got covered in this black spots. What were these black spots? Dead skin cells. Nanashi's shroud caused necrosis, rapidly killing off the cells in anything that it touches to the point that flesh and muscle will fall off if not treated in time.

"Not like I'm going to allow you." Nanashi murmur underneath his breath as he dodged the monkey's attack and brushed his fingers against the fur. It happen instantly. The monkey's movement stopped, and body began to convulse badly from a technique which Nanashi just used. And while the monkey was convulsing more and more of it's body was getting affect, and it wasn't long before 98% of it's body had been affected by necrosis.

The monkey would die in seconds, and only when that happen would Nanashi drop his shroud.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Nothing but pure silence assaulted the giant's ears as he continued to sit on the large boulder as he continued to meditate. He would hear the occasional bird chirp before it is abruptly shut up, as if, someone had grabbed it mid chirp. He then hear the sound of something falling, followed by a sound akin to a stone statue breaking apart. It seemed the legend was true. Zaiaku himself could feel the deep pressure on his chest, forcing himself upon him as Natural Chakra surged throughout the enviroment. Claiming more and more victims as time went on. Trying to relax himself and keep the statue turning energy away, he took a deep breath, slowly exhaling as he relaxed.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

Anger....oh he had felt anger one to many times throughout his life. Cheaters, liars, racists, misogynists, bigots, oh ho ho, this little beast had plenty of things to be angry at. However, he inhaled again. This was meditation, developed by Buddha himself. Feeling anger during this calm and serene state was almost as if one was soiling the good image of the Enlightened One. Exhaling, Zaiaku slowly, but surely, calmed his wrath, hiding once more deep into his breast, near his heart. “Why aren’t you something special? May I ask, why are you in this form?” As he tranversed deeper in his mind, he began recalling memories....good memories. “Yea, and your size is also astonishing. You may be the tallest person I have ever met. Not that I have met a lot of persons.” A very small smile formed behind the helmet. He definitely remembered him. Oh how he wished his friend was still here, with him, training. Only one time did they meet...yet...Zaiaku grew fond of the child.

You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.

He could feel the chakra flowing freely from his being, giving off a blue aura off his gigantic frame. He could feel his control becoming more precise and acute, like a sword after being sharpened and trained with from hours on end. More and more flowed, but didn't quite exactly leave him. If one didn't know of his rank or didn't have Sensory, they wouldn't even know that he is a simple Chunin. Nonetheless, he continued one...that is until a large tremor happened, causing him to lose balance and land on his back. "The fuck..." He said to himself as he stood and dusted his vest off. Just what the hell was that? Curiosity over coming him, he went in the direction of what he supposed was where the tremor originated. Sprinting, it wasn't long until he came to a cave, it's entrance blocked by boulders. Judging from the still floating dust mist, he guessed this was the place. Now how to get inside....

Suutei quickly shuffled backwards attempting to increase the distance between him and the shroud as instructed.  Nanashi was giving Suutei the feel of Death, like it was the final hours of a great and powerful Daimyo.  What Daimyo is so great and powerful, nobody could afford a decent shinobi nowadays.  Running backwards still it seemed as if the shroud would not stop following him, like it was trying to match his speed.  Overwhelming his own self he lost his footing and fell backwards, he quickly performed a back flip followed by a midair spin.  Changing the direction of his body due to the spin, he could run faster away from the shroud.  Making a right, then a left, another right he watched the shroud still tail him down.  "YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!!"  Suutei's outburst could be heard throughout the island, but followed by his outburst was a louder screech of sheer pain and terror.  It seemed Nanashi had finished the job, it was quite sad Suutei actually thought the deity would be a lot tougher.

Suutei somehow ended up on the otherside of the cave after all of his running, and was on the brink of passing out from exhaustion.  Suddenly he could sense another presence similar to the one he sensed earlier, it was obvious now that there was another person on this island.  Suutei opened his palm up to his chest punching his hand he was now determined to track down this other chakra signature.  Nanashi would be okay he could get exactly what he wanted from that deity's body, he remembered seeing a strange glimmer from the pelvic area when he ran passed it.  Suutei was no longer concerned with Nanashi at this moment, he was pretty far away and he really wanted to know had this strong chakra signature.  It wasn't nearly the same as Nanashi's who was on the edge of godly.  Suutei knew that he would meet Nanashi one day, but for now he had other things to tend to.  Hopefully he would be wise enough to inspect and search the now decaying of the body.

Suutei ended up running in a circle back to what used to be cave entrance, and there he saw his suspect.  A giant of a man stood puzzled at the boulder covering the entrance, Suutei clenched his fist as he rushed at the giant.  The giant could possibly be a resident of this island and if so, he was the reason they got trapped within the cave.  "OH I am gonna enjoy kicking your ass you bastard!"  Suutei leaped into the air high enough to swing downwards at the giant's jaw, which could cause him to stumble slightly.  Breathing he also prepared his favorite technique of all, using it only when the giant would react.

Zaiaku merely sighed as he looked about the caved in entrance. Just how in the name of Kaguya will he manage to get inside there. The boulders were enormous. Not even he could hope to lift one up. At least, not in his current stat. Someday, though, someday he will easily. Exiting out of his thoughts, he continued to look about it through his helmet. Maybe...no no...that's just stupid....perhaps...no..that ended giving the shop owner a broken skull...what if...oh FUCK no..not after last time. The giant merely sighed, thinking of no way to get inside. However, he was sure he could hear someone moving about back there, he was very sure. He even heard a roar from some type of beast. Nevertheless, it was a roar of anguish and defeat. One that signified that the monster was slain. Stretching, he jumped onto a near boulder and sat there, hand on chin, bored out of his mind. Maybe he should return to Sunagakure. There was nothing here for him from the looks of it.

Then again, he did manage to screw around with that Wanderer and Iwagakure Kunoichi. Now that was fun. He sighed contently and stood, closing his eyes and stretching, his arms high into the air. When he opened his eyes, however, he was greeted with a punch from his lower chin. While his helmet managed to block it somewhat, he still moved back due to the force. However, before he did, he quickly brought his arms down with great speed, attempting to smash them into the person who had assualted him. If connecting, the attack would make the attack fall flat on their face and bruise their shoulders, as it what the fists would meet. If blocked, however, Zaiaku would regain himself and jump back up to 8 feet to gain distance.

Nanashi didn't pay any attention to his companion; the man having scurried away to whatever hole he came from after the feeling of dread washed over him when Nanashi had activated the 'Pestilence's Cloak.' His ears had tuned out the sounds of Suutei's screams, and yells as the man continue to run away from death's iron grip. However, a smile did find it's way onto his face, as he thought about the mental effects his technique had on others. It literally like death himself had entered the vicinity.

His thoughts on that matter were pushed to the side as his lone, yellow eye focused on the withering mass before him. Nanashi never did believe in deities, so he didn't get no thrill or excitement in watching the scene play out before him. This monkey was dying a slow, agonizing, and cruel death, all because it chose the wrong one to attack. Though, Nanashi couldn't entirely blame the beast for it's actions. It had a right to attack all who intruder on it's land. But that did nothing to change the fact that it's life had been forfeit the moment it's attention was turned onto Nanashi.

It would only take a few minutes before all the beast's flesh fall out, hitting the ground in a sloppy, wet thump, it's frame not being able to support the deteriorating mass any longer. No sooner after that happen, the beast would expire. Nanashi's cloak soon dissipated, as he knelt down and retrieved the gem that was around the beast's neck, and pocketing it within his kimono.

Once that was taken care of, Nanashi exited the cage, and disappeared the same way he came. He wouldn't bother searching for his companion. Why look for someone who had ran away? So, he would simply board the boat waiting for him and head back to Takigakure. All the while the gem in his pocket glowed.

The giant slammed its fist downwards to send Suutei to the ground, he then left an afterimage of himself vanishing then reappearing behind him to deliver a kick to the back of its head. Intercepting the giant before he could distance himself. The way it swung its arms was strangely feral, but Suutei didn't care.  His last strike managed to stagger the giant, it didn't seem to do much though.  Suutei had a strange way of enraging beasts, but who cared honestly he would always get the job done. With his acrobatic frame he landed on the rock the giant was sitting on previously, then he somersaulted over the giant planting both his feet into the giants chest to propel himself forward.  While in midair he performed his clans signature technique, breathing deeply he spat out a fireball comparable to Gokakyuu.

Suutei planted his hand on the ground, holding his other out to help him sustain his balance then flipped right side up.  Suutei stood in his stance anticipating the giant's next move, it would be just his luck that the giant wasn't phased by his maneuvers.  Throwing off his turban, scarf, and shawl he readied himself.  Withdrawing a kunai from his back pouch he prepared for the next move, his hair laid messy on his head.  After removing his scarf and other items, he revealed to be wearing his usual combat gear.  A high rise black shirt, golden plates covering his shoulder blades.  Gold laced around the collar of his shirt, as well as gold bangles around both biceps.  "Come at me you big ugly carbon pile!"

Zaiaku's eyes widened as he felt his fists pass through nothing. Upon expection, the image of the attacker simply faded away. A genjutsu? A ghost? It couldn't be the later as he felt a kick go to the back of his head, making him double over slightly. His helmet helping take some of the damage, Zaiaku managed to to quickly recovered and looked about, trying to find the attacker. He turned his head, and saw him summersault at him. Zaiaku quickly turned and slammed his hands to the ground. The earth suddenly sprung up, almost  like a trap-door. It was 15 feet and 7 feet wide, the making it impossible for one to avoid slamming into once they had already jumped. Quickly afterward, the giant did a handseal and became buried within the soil and moved forward until he would be in-front of the lap (unbeknownst to you), waiting.

As the boy fell to the ground after knocking right into the earthen wall, Zaiaku's large, clawed hands quickly sprang up and grabbed the boy by his legs, dragging him down in the barren earth where he lied. Zaiaku, in turn, come topside, his gigantic body slowly erupting out of the soil, looking down scornfully at the boy. Judging by the headband he saw on his person, this kid was from Konahagakure No Sato, the Village Hidden In the Leaves. Of course it was one of them who mistaken him for a large beast on this island. Of freaking course. It couldn't be someone from Kumogakure No Sato or Iwagakure No Sato. Nope. Had to be from freaking Konaha. Zaiaku growled angrily, looking down at the boy. Slowly, he removed his helmet, revealing his head. Dark gray, bald, fanged, and dull red eyes that would even make Shuten Doji scared. His eyes glared holes into the boy as he lifted his right arm and pointed at his headband. "DO YOU NOT SEE WHAT THIS IS, YOU STUPID FUCK!?!" He swore loudly in rage. The headband, that distinctly symbolised that he was a ninja from Sunagakure No Sato, was there in plain sight. On his arm. Not only that, he had his chunin vest on, which was in the distinct style of Suna jackets. How could NOT have noticed that he was a shinobi? Of the freaking village found inside a desert at that?

Zaiaku kneeled down and poked the young man right in the forehead. "Do this shit again and I will rip your fuckin' eyes out!" He yelled angrily like a wild animal who had been struck by a human for no reason. Standing up, he stormed off, pissed off. Now he had to go back to the shore and find that old geezer. This was a total freaking waste of time, he thought. Still, he did managed to get some mediation in. Jinhue had been trying to convince him to become a Monk and leave the life of a shinobi behind. Though Zaiaku steadily rejected the suggestions, he couldn't lie that the life has crossed his mind before. Leave his perverse and violent life and become a man of utter and pure peace. Still, he wouldn't get paid for muttering the same prayer over and over again. Zaiaku sighed. It was going to take forever to leave this place by walking. As such, he did a simply handseal and poofed away.
