KKG and drawbacks look fine to me.
Sprigs Cutting Technique: The entire technique needs a bit more specificity. Specify the damage that these branches can cause in their short range form, their projectile form (give this a speed as well), and their larger branch form - "piercing body with ease" (if this means completely through a target) is a no. I'd say that the short range can balance out the versatile form of this technique, but not enough to balance out A rank damage.
Deep Forest Emergence: I don't like the idea of a clan providing a free SS rank jutsu. I'd prefer if it states that this still needs to be trained - without being paid for. 2 SS rank techniques per post is a no - even if at SS rank, this still needs to comply with regular defensive rules, especially since this technique isn't purely defensive. If this is 100 m radius of forest per post, then either the amount per post or the growth rate itself needs to be decreased.
