I wish for Shinako to be recognized as having the privileges and abilities of a Chunin in the eyes of the Hidden Leaf village. However, for reasons relevant to my own character choices, I would still officially like to be recognized as a Genin. Despite her failure, I believe that her skill and character mark her as capable of performing higher ranked missions, and of continuing to hone her attributes and techniques.
