The shinobi lowered to one knee with his arm folded before him and forehead pressed against it to show respect to a superior shinobi. Zwei immediately gestured him to stand up: "That won't be necessary -- to your feet please.." He immediately uttered as he hopped off the carriage. "Yes sir, we got your message and we were awaiting your arrival -- have you successfully tracked down the--" Before the shinobi could finish his statement, Zwei immediately placed his hand out before him, gesturing the shinobi to stop. "Perhaps you could have someone escort my friend in the gates; I would prefer we discuss this elsewhere please" Zwei inquired politely with a smile graced across his face. The young shinobi seemed startled at first and somewhat embarrassed as well. He had almost disclosed private information to a civilian. "Y-yes sir! My apologies." He replied, seeming somewhat caught off guard by Zwei's politeness.
The shinobi shifted his attention over the men at the gate and motioned them to allow the carriage to come in. As the old man went into the gate he waved Zwei off: "Alright now -- it's been a pleasure! Hope to see you again." Zwei waved back to the older man with a faint chuckle. The shinobi from before gaze Zwei a puzzled look; he had heard many rumors of Zwei, of how clumsy he was or of how nice he was. From the looks of it -- Zwei didn't seem like he could hurt a fly, let alone be worthy of the jounin title and the praise that the previous Kage had given him. He shook his head from side to side; he had wished they sent someone else, and and doubted this 'Zwei' could possibly assist in this manner... This would certainly be a disastory...
"Excuse me sir, if you don't mind I'd like to get started." Zwei muttered as he broke the shinobi out of the trance. He was extremely courteous and there wasn't a hint of malice in his tone. "R-right, this way please!" He nodded his head slightly and begun walking along side the walls of Iwakagure. Zwei folded his arms in front of him, allowing it lay idly around his abdomen' region -- his hands were in the sleeves of the responding side. After a few minutes of silence and they were finally out of reach of the people trying to enter the village, Zwei finally broke the silence with: "So my intel has instructed me that there are two assassins; little is known about their abilities, so we'll need to be careful -- I apologize for the lack of information in the note that I Sent, but I couldn't risk it being intercepted by the assassins. They're part of the scorpian brigade, they're probably hear to kill the Tsuichikage due to us interfering with disrupting some of their operations.. They're more of mere thugs and cowards than anything." Zwei uttered, staring directly in front of him. The younger shinobi seemed a bit surprised by all the knowledge that Zwei had been spewing: "How do you know all of this..?" The younger shinobi inquired.
Zwei came to a brief stop; his emerald hued pupils shot over to the younger shinobi, his gaze was almost piercing and unsettling. The younger shinobi's eye lifted quickly; feeling as if his entire body was being ripped apart from the gaze alone, he swallowed hard with a bit of a gulping sound. Zwei broke into a goofy chuckle and shrugged his shoulders: "I don't know; good intel I guess! I'm not sure where they get this information! To be honest it may just be a hunch, I'm sure they would've attacked by no--" Before Zwei could even conclude his statement he caught a glimpse of something within the corner of his eye headed straight for him. He immediately grabbed the fellow shinobi by the back of his collar and jumped backwards, pulling the shinobi back with him. Mere moments later a humanoid sized device passes right in front of them with blades everywhere; due to it's speed it collided directly into the gated wall.
A large dust cloud emerged from the wall covering up just about everything within a 10 meter radius. The shinobi found himself caught off guard completely; not only did he not notice something headed their way, he could feel an uneasy sensation at his stomach. The pure speed that he was pulled with seemed incredible, more than what his body could withstand. The young shinobi immediately got to his feet, shifting his gaze over away from the gate, taking notice of a young boy about 60 meters away. "Skarn, we're being attacked!" He shifted his attention over to Zwei, whom had been staring intently at the gate in a rather suspicious manner. "Skarn!" He called out again to break Zwei from his little trance. "Be careful; things aren't as they seem.." Zwei inquired as he retreated a few steps before shifting his attention over to the puppeteer.
He sighed deeply upon realizing it was the young scholar he had met before; the child seemed extremely skittish and trembled due to pure fear. "Interesting.." Zwei said quietly to himself; however the younger shinobi could hear it as well. "What do you mean interesting?! Hes trying to kill us!" The scholar retracted his strings and brought the puppet back towards him. "Calm yourself; you have to see everything for what it is -- you won't be able to do that unless you calm down... I want you to stand back... Please do not engage, I do not want you to get hurt okay?" He continued, turning his head to the side to peak over his shoulder at the younger shinobi. Zwei had a smile pasted across his face and despite the two narrowly escaping death, he seemed extremely calm and collected. The younger shinobi retreated a few steps and eventually bumped into the gate.
"It's a shame that you had to take this contract; however I feel like you're not doing this under your coalition: if you surrender now, no harm will come to you. You have my word." Zwei inquired, giving the youth an opportunity to retreat. The kid shook his head from side to side, there was obviously some internal conflict going on before he replied with: "No, I will not disobey my master or go against my pact." He replied before the puppet sprung into action. Zwei's expression intensified: "Very well" He uttered softly to himself; within a matter of moments his projected into action; the sand particles below lifted slowly and then violently tossed forward as he sprinted towards the puppet. The two collided with one another -- causing a huge dust cloud. Within moments the puppeteer was tossed backwards with his and pieces of the puppets were thrown behind him all scattered and about.
When the puppeteer was aware of what had happened he looked up, only to see a towering Skarn standing before him. "Perhaps you should surrender now." The scholar shielded himself and trembled with fear. "N-no please don't!" The kid pleaded; Zwei seemed confused at first but right when he was aware of what was going on he immediately turned towards the gate, only to have an arrow pass over his head and into the forehead of the young male, silencing him forever... Zwei quickly turned to the kid as he laid limp on the ground. Such potential wasted; if only he hadn't gotten involved with the wrong people.. Needless to say; now wasn't the ideal time toe mourn for anyone. He shifted his attention over to the area where the arrow came from. Due to the disruption in the wind it was relatively easy for him to identify where he was coming from.
The second assassin began running along the gate walls, making his way towards the suburban; perhaps assassinating the tsuichikage wouldn't be possible, but at least he'd be able to start an uproar. Within moments of running he came to a screeching halt and standing before the assassin was Skarn. "It's a shamed you killed that young man; I won't offer you the same thing I did for him." The second assassin seemed puzzled by this: "How did you get here so quickly?!" A few seconds after he made the comment a few thumping sound was heard behind the assassin, it happened to be Zwei... but he was in two places? "It was a neat trick you did, hide within the shadows of that puppet that went hit the wall. Well unfortunately for you -- I saw right through it. The assailant gritted his teeth in anger, his gaze darting from both sides of the stone gate looking for an exit route, but before he could even spring into action he felt two piercing blows -- one in the front and the other in the back. Two black blades extending from Zwei's body -- he shoved the assassin towards the outside of the gate, watching as he fell to his death.
Zwei shifted his attention over to the shinobi who had finally caught up. "If you don't mind, could you dispose of these would be assassins please?" He commented in an extremely polite manner before, walking away...
