Nousagi spent 2 years away from Kirigakure between ages 10-12 when his brother, Usagi, a Jounin Nuke-nin from Kirigakure kidnapped both him and his sister, Rini. So Nousagi could have met your character even if they're not in the same village. He, Rini, and Usagi were known as the 'Wild Rabbits' in relation to their names. Keep in mind that this was 4 years ago, and he's now sixteen. His brother was killed and he and his sister Rini were taken back to the village where they are currently and seem to be loyal.
Also, yes, he is a Kaguya, but his parents were both disowned by the clan, but he himself, and his sister Rini both want to know more about the clan and both want to be welcomed back into the clan as official members rather than just holders of the abilities and the name.
So, I'd like the hash that out with a few people if anyone's up for it! :D
