as stated above this will be a petition to give Kenjij the ability to fully approve justu... THIS IS DESPERATELY NEEDED, seeing as how jaycee is away currently and the other jr mod is MIA, so if we could get AS many people as possible to agree to this maybe it would sway the admins that Kenji is doing a good enough job to be allowed to fully approve justu.

Jaycee has been gone for 5 days with full notice and will be back like tomorrow. This is unnecessary. You were made fully aware of her absence and I'd appreciate a bit of patience rather than petitioning randomly for things that are out of your control just because her life is posing a mild inconvenience to you.

Reguardless of when Jaycee returns giving the kenji the ability to fully approve will still be an issue and still be beneficial to the community as a whole. wasn't this entire thing to ease the burdens of Admins even if just by a little? as well as speed up the application process to make the community happy? will THIS would be doing just that, giving kenji the right to fully approve would Ease a tremendous burden off of Jaycee in a time when she needs to not have some many responsibilities for whatever her IRL issues may be, and it would make everyone else happy because their shit is getting done so they can do whatever they need to do, and not be waiting on there justu to be approved.

As for this being out of my control... your right it is, it is 100% out of my control the point of this was to show the staff how many people are approving of Kenji being given the right to fully approve. petitions are not law. nor will they ever will be. they are simply to show those in power how many people support an Idea. it is up to THE STAFF to decide whether or not this goes or does not... my whole objective was to simply draw attention to it.

Have you considered that maybe we don't feel that he is ready to be responsible the crux of power of the Narutoverse on his own? If we thought he was ready to be given full approval authority on his own at this moment in time, he would have been presented with that opportunity. It would be detrimental to the site as a whole if we simply threw the balance of the site out the window in order to ease our burdens or appease the impatient. You've drawn attention to a non-issue. If and when we decide to entrust Kip with the single most important section of the site, we will do so. I'm not going to jeopardize the balance of the IC world so that you can "have your shit done". Jaycee was gone for less than a week. I'm curious as to what you as a genin needed that was so important that it pained you to wait 5 days for the mod to come back from a vacation that she announced publicly weeks in advance.

1. While Jaycee is away you could start swarming with item applications, or you could apply for some of the really good library jutsu which Kenji is allowed to fully approve

2. You could always train stats in the mean time, especially for those who are in the E-Ranks which do not cost ryo to upgrade

So for now i will back up Jean, which might mean the end of the world... but he approved my awesome sword so i am happy... anyways focus on your roleplay so long, you can always use the words for training the jutsu later on
