Ability/Function: Through flint and steel rubbing together on a spinning wheel a spark is created, which ignite a wick that is soaked in lighter fluid, which is pulled from has a cotton ball that has absorbed the fluid found in the base of the lighter, which can be replenished through removing the body of the lighter from it's case and pouring lighter fluid into the bottom of the lighter.
