Synn was not typically interested in being near anything resembling a political place. Those places would tend to lead to some minor disagreement leading to someone ending up miserable for at least the day. Still he zips up his coat so his bare belly wasn't so exposed, up to mid chest anyways. He didn't care that much for appearances. His hand slides up to his choker and plays with the cross hanging there. No real significance but it somehow comforted him. At least, His hand moves up to his eye patch, At least it was a comfort to make up for his useless sealed eye. but he was here now. His fists tighten as he builds up his nerve. The leather fingerless gloves making a grinding noise. So instead he shoves his hands into the pockets of his Black pants. His boots carrying him into the building.

Once inside Synn looks around quietly with his good eye. Before he stops at the appropriate area and lets someone know he was there to Speak to the Kaze or someone who could inform him of the next step. Before he is directed to the waiting room where he is told it could be a moment.

"But of course. I have nothing better to do as of yet anyways."

He would reply with a cold sort of lack of emotion to his response. His long legs would carry him to to waiting room where he would sit down. Immediately upon sitting he would notice a couple of girls giggling and looking at him. His family was known for being incredibly good looking but he never saw that as much of an advantage. Instead he pulls his Headband off his arm and ties it around his forehead before pulling it over his eyes and letting his head fall back. pretending to be asleep until the Kaze could see him.
