Eyes up. Back straight. Face stern. Thoughts positive. Heart open. It was the moment he had waited oh so long for. Many nights were spent by Kenji just visualizing Katy in a gown of magnificence, only to then visualize that very same gown ceasing to be. Many hours were spent going over what he would say. Kenji was pegged by some as shallow, and only capable of expressing himself through humor. For awhile he too fancied himself incapable of tapping into true emotion, and expressing himself truly. He had found that with Katy. She cultivated feelings he thought he could never grasp again. She healed wounds that were so deep they had became inescapable features, with no remedy, but she, but Katy, by some means of dark magic cured him. Consequently, for dealing in such mystical powers, he was locked to her, never to break away from her spell... but he didn't mind, not today anyway.

His suit was dipped in the finest shade of blue known to the human race. The only non blue articles of clothing was his black tie and shoes. Before, the music would start, signalling Kenji to walk down the isle, he simply sat in chair. The plush cushion helped him to keep his mind clear and focused.

Birds flew over the island that was home to the marriage between Kenji and Katy. The wedding was taking place inside a sparkling dome, reminiscent of one of Kenj's techniques. The dome was ornate with appealing art. Outside the spherical palace was plenty of grass and sunlight. Palm trees were splashed across the green terrain. The island was huge and full of exotic life, with the dome serving as the centerpiece of the paradise. The clouds too added another spectacular element to the scenery as they were nearly within arms reach. In addition, the outside was just a teaser.

Every foot that stepped inside the dome was festooned by the myriad of golden light. That was only at the entrance, but further in, the light show wasn't as dramatic. The inside of the dome spanned 200 meters in radius easily. To the far wings of the palace, were staircases, that led to the second and third floor, the third was where Kenji currently was. In the area of the wedding were two pillars in the middle of the isle, one of Kenji and the other of Katy. Also, already set up was the banquet area. There were chocolate fountains, chicken fingers, scallops, lobster, shrimp, steak, crawfish, etc. Whatever that could be imagined was there, figuratively of course. It was a grand place, and the wedding hall was but a fraction of the dome's true capacity.

Hours Later

The Dome was beginning to fill to the roof now, and the music was playing to entertain the attendees as the bride and groom were making last preparations before the highly anticipated wedding.
