Mission name: Kiri refugee's in Konoha
Mission rank: B
Objective: provide food supplies and medical aid to the refugee's while they await approval to be let in and housing.
Location: In the small forest outside the village
Reward: 300 ryo
Mission description: Kiri war refugees have fled here for safety. Go and make sure they have food supplies and take care of any needs they have.
Mission details: There is a group of about 30 refugee's outside the village awaiting entry. They are low on food and water but that is the least of their issues. Many of them have obviously been beaten. Covered in bruises and scratches. 5 of the 30 where the original guard sent to escort the villagers to safety. However 2 of the guard at chunnin rank are injured. If they are healed then they will assist you. the other three however have gone crazy. Two genin and a special Jounin. They are convinced that Bells is a god and have been attempting to indoctrinate the refugee's through brutal beatings and restricting food and water.
If you arrive the spec jounin will take notice of you the moment you attempt to heal or feed anyone. He will demand you follow the lord god Bells. If you resist he and his two genin will engage you. At which point you will be free to defend yourself and get the people to safety. If you heal the two chunnin they are a taijutsu and a kenjutsu specialist. They will contribute greatly to the fight. Must be a C rank medical technique or two D ranks per NPC Chunnin to get them into the fight.

Motivations: To survive. He believes the Bells will conquer the world as a god risen to take over. So he must bring more followers to His god less they all perish in the flames of his rage.
Fears: Bells anger. He fears that if he can not prove his loyalty and usefullness to the Bells that when Bells conquers the world that he will die.
Other: He uses Ninjutsu. And has his clans ability to sense harmonies from other people but is also incredibly sensitive to touch. So much that being punched would be mind numbingly painful. He will use any Katon or Suiton library techniques that don't require touch while his two genin taijutsu specialists attack. He does not mind if he hits them in the attempt to hit his target.
