Hey everyone, you all know me. Good ole Roy. I never seem to get a character going anywhere before I lost focus and create a new one. It's almost a plague for me, as I've always wanted to reach a higher tier. So I'm asking for some help here. I've got this character here, Isao, and I really like him conceptually. I just need people to rp with. I need story involvement, rivals, friends, etc etc.

I really just feel like I'm stuck in a hole and cannot progress, so if you're willing to lend a hand with your character in order to further an old saga member, I would be more grateful than you could imagine. Thank you.
