Objective: Find the components to create a chassis for a puppet, than proceed to build it.
Location: An old factory, then Piero's toy store
Reward: Puppet Chassis
Mission Description: As always a member in the Chi clan needs a new puppet, as usual. Go to the large factory and gain the parts for a chassis. Afterwards assemble the parts.
Mission Details: The large factory is crawling with any hobos, scavenging for things that can be of use or value. They aren't skilled at many jutsu, but they are desperate, and very unwilling to give up anything that they have.

I'm going to need this to be more specific about the contracting involved here. A mission is a business transaction. This is far too casually written for my tastes.
