The grayish coat of the Iwayama looks like panels of armor. His upper legs and shoulders are covered in wart-like bumps and he has very little body hair, aside from eyelashes, ear fringes and tail brush. He is very large in size with a weight of 6,500kg, height of 7 feet and is 12 feet long. Unlike other rhinos of his species, Iwayama has two horns that are capable of breaking through boulders.

Personality: Despite his seemingly characteristic no-joke appearance, Iwayama is very playful and friendly. He enjoys being with Raishi, although he understands the importance of personal space. He knows this, because he hates when people come too close to him, due to his massive size. Because of this, he would much rather find a nice patch for himself, grazing peacefully, or even sleeping rather than being around Raishi all the time. If Raishi ever needs him, Raishi makes a distinct whistling signal, and he immediately rushes to his aid. 
He is very protective of Raishi, and will do anything for him.

Techniques:
Due to his natural armour covered body, Iwayama is not affected by any weapons that are B rank and below without any chakra used to amplify it. The effects of jutsu C rank and below, is reduced by a rank.
Also, the heavy armour, decreases his speed by 1 rank while his durability increases by 1 rank.

Description: This jutsu, is used to boost Iwayama's speed for a few seconds to add more momentum to his charges. During this short burst of speed,he is seen as a grey blur. He moves at 45mp/s, so it is very hard to avoid. Due to this, once it is activated, he can't move in any other direction. This burst causes potential concussive force, major bruising/minor muscle bruises, and they are pushed back by several feet.

Description: Channeling chakra into his vocal chords, Iwayama lets out a loud bellowing sound, causing a shockwave effect. Unless the said ninja is using the Supernatural Walking Practice technique, they are pushed back 10m. Also, the opponents have to be in front of Iwayama for the jutsu to work meaning that the wave moves only according to the direction that Iwayama is facing. If an opponent is less than 15 meters near Iwayama when he bellows, they are deafened for 2 posts, suffering excruciating pains in their ear drums. When pushed back by this force, the ninja would feel like they are crashing into a solid wall.

Description: Before this jutsu can be activated, Iwayama has to concentrate chakra for one post without movement. After preparation has finished, Iwayama summons 3 tangible clones that charge at the opponent.   These clones automatically charge, head down,  at the intended target, following the target until they make a hit, or are dodged. If they don't make a hit, or are not dodged by an opponent after 2 posts, then they disappear in a poof of smoke. They are unable to perform any jutsu. If a clone should successfully hit their target, they suffer shattered bones and severe internal bleeding in the area hit.

If it is, then I still have a problem with the tunneling mountains.
A description of an S rank jutsu for damage: "S Rank - Are able to cause extensive damage and destruction of landscape, leave large craters and eliminate evidence of a person 'almost' entirely"

You say that Blurry Flight is like Body Flicker. Body Flicker doesn't allow an immediate attack for it. That would be OP. Your only "weakness" is really just that there's a visible grey blur. Not good enough. Also, approximate speed at that rank is "D Rank - 16-25mp/s", just an fyi,

I think the Passive Ability is too much on top of the jutsu. I would remove it.

Blurry Flight; Bring down the power of this to potential concussive force, and major bruising/minor muscle bruises

Shockwave; Remove the part about destroying concrete walls.

Herd Charge; How does your pet create shadow clones if it lacks the jutsu required to create shadow clones? Change that to tangible clones. Change your duration to 1 post prep, 2 posts active, as per your description of the jutsu.

Iwayama's only way of attacking is by charging apart from the jutsu, so I just added that bit in to show how much damage he could cause.
