Clan History: The Kuromi are a relatively new clan in the grand scheme of things, only having been around for a few hundred years. The clan was originally a branch of another lesser Konoha clan, but eventually became their own after the genetic defect of blindness was discovered. At first the Kuromi were outcasts of the shinobi world, unable to do any work. They did not give up easily, training endlessly, somehow trying to make up for their lack of sight. After countless years of training, the inherent ability of enhanced senses had implanted it into the genetics of all Kuromi members. They gradually worked their way back into the shinobi community, gaining respect from the other clans. They are a lesser known clan in Konoha in recent times, but are working to become more prominent.
Kekkei Genkai Description: 視界欠視界 {Shikai-ka-Shikai ~ Sight Lacking Sight} is the inherent ability that all members of the Kuromi clan possess. The ability was developed after many generations. Due to a genetic birth defect, all Kuromi clan members are born blind. After years of being rendered useless in the shinobi world, the clan members developed the ability to “see” without actually seeing. In the absence of their sense of sight, all of the other senses of Kuromi clan members are drastically enhanced, allowing for them to “see” the world around them, just in a different way than most normal people experience.
First and foremost, their hearing is much more acute than that of anyone else, allowing for them to pick up on even the slightest of auditory cues. From the sound of a beating heartbeat, to a light step on the ground, the distant cracking of joints, Kuromi’s pick up on all of it, using the information they here to give themselves a sense of their surroundings, almost a form of echolocation.
Second comes the sense of smell, as strange as it sounds, the sense comes in highly useful to the Kuromi. They can smell distinct differences between humans, and can memorize the smells, matching them to different people. A whiff of cologne, B.O? A Kuromi will catch onto it and can zero onto the smell, determining its location. The sense of smell proves just as useful as the sense of hearing to a Kuromi, and by using both in unison, they form a kind of a radar in their head, giving themselves a general idea of their surrounds, in fact, possibly even more effective than one could form with their sight.
The Kekkai Genkai of a Kuromi acts as a sensory ability of a rank lower than their own. For example a Genin (D) would have their sensory ability at E rank.

Kuromi also get a +1 to their perception stat.
Drawbacks: Reliance on their senses can also be their greatest weakness. All Kuromi members take +1 the effects of a genjutsu used against them.
Obviously, all members must take the Blind special characteristic, which cannot be balanced with a positive.
Their increased sense of touch also acts against them, making them more sensitive to pain. Kuromi cant take as many hits as other’s before giving in, and thus receive a permanent -1 to the endurance stat.
Learning new things can be hard without complete sight, and thus Kuromi clan members can not learn a fourth specialization or element.

Description: The user uses their chakra to share his sensory ability with a friend, summon or pet. However, the person the jutsu is used on is unable to harness this ability. Instead, they send feedback to the user, who can fully utilize the sensory abilities that the person has. The person then has the passive sensory ability of the user, however they are unable to utilize it. The user can sense anybody within a 50m radius of the "host". The host must be within 25m of the user.
