Aburame Yamada

Aburame Yamada

D-rank
Yamada opened his eyes slowly, taking in his surroundings. He looked to his left, and then to his right, carefully surveying the area for any possible threats. He felt the bed beneath him, and the soft blanket on top of him. Oh dear. He watched as a bug crawled out from his finger. "Genjutsu?" Yamada was always careful of being caught in a genjutsu, being a genjutsu user himself. He knew the dangers of it, how easy it was to lapse in concentration and be caught. Luckily the bug had confirmed that Yamada was not in fact, in a genjutsu.

Yamada looked around his room, it was a nice enough inn that he was staying in. Not beautify, classy, or anything like that. But it was clean and tidy, cosy not to mention. It did the job and he got what he payed for. Yamada thought deeply as he sipped on his tea. He needed money, but the mission that he was doing was so...degrading. Disciplining unruly students, this is a job for their parents, not for a busy ninja such as Yamada! He wanted to get it done quickly, because quick is easy. Unfortunately for the students, Yamada's easy way, was their hard way.

Yamada walked over to the academy, muttering under his breath. Why would they assign this mission to skilled shinobi that wanted to go out and go things. This was a job for an academy teacher, not a fighter. He was not very happy about being reduced to this level, of parenting bratty children. He never really liked kids, they smelled bad, they have chronic superiority complexes, and to top it all off they were weak. Survival of the fittest, only the strongest children should survive. That was why Yamada wished that the Bloody Mist's teaching techniques were still around. Unfortunately, they were not.

Yamada stepped into the room with confident authority. He looked down onto the children in front of him. "Little shits. Look at the smug looks on their faces. Someone ought to wipe it off them" Yamada thought to himself, feeling a little bit of anger. He looked in one of the children's eyes, and asked him: "Do you think that being disruptive in class is cool?" The child laughed and simply told Yamada to shut his "poopie hole". Well, Yamada guessed that meant it was the hard way. He flashed his eyes red, catching the child in a blinding genjutsu. And the child held his eyes, Yamada unleashed an almighty backhand, knocking the child back.
"Anyone else want to be sassy?"

The children had fear in their eyes, but like children, they were not going to give up that easy. All of them closed their eyes, chanting at Yamada: "Your stupid genjutsu doesnt work now!" Yamada smirked. How ignorant children were. For one, he could just walk right up to them and smack them some more, and for two, they should know that Genjutsu is not limited to just sight. These children didnt need discipline, they needed teaching.

Yamada ease his aggressive stance. It was clear that the academy had already tried this approach, it was also clear that it hadnt worked. Yamada sat down and crossed his legs, sitting among the children. He spoke in the nicest voice that his mouth could conjure. "Children. Dont you want to be able to defend yourselves?"
He listened as the 'yes' came in unison. "Well, do you think by fucking around and not learning, you will be able to?" The children had a look of shock on their face. Clearly the academy teachers didnt curse much. "Well?". No answer. "Promise to me that the next time I see you all, you will be skilled shinobi, because you learned your skills at the academy". The children nodded, guilty looks on their faces.

Yamada stepped out, fuming, to go claim his reward. He had to deal with children, for measly ryo. It was going to be a long week of missions.
