The village hidden in the stones was far larger than he had originally thought a village could be, especially one that claimed to be hidden. The people all over the place made the natural energy flows of the area to be very distorted and wild; the energy was still was as present as anywhere else he had ever been and flowed into him like normal, but it was very new. He wondered if the people here knew how calm and steady the energies were away from such a large center of people. It took him a moment to remember that most other people went their entire lives completely ignorant of the energies around them, only the few who could call themselves sage are able to sense what he had known for all of his life, and only then after a good deal of training. It would be a blessing to them at least, not being forced to handle the energies all the time and periodically go berserk often sounded wonderful. But that wasn't something he would actually do if the chance was given to him, it was apart of him even more than his arm was, and the loss of that would leave an empty hole in him.

His passage through the gates of the village had gone better than expected; they had only taken him aside for a few minutes to ask him some questions, and he was happy enough to comply with them truthfully. After their questions had been answered they suggested, and gave directions, to head to the administration building to check in and look for work. It seemed like a very reasonable suggestion, so he followed it, leaving the gate guards as he found them on his way to the build.

Walking through the large building's door he finally became conscious of his stark appearance. Not only did he tower over most of the people on his way here and in the room, but his cloths were also very much out of place compared to both the gate guards and the clerk tending to paper work. His pants didn't seem so out of place compared to others, but his shirt was another matter entirely; it could be best described as hanging off him with several small holes in the torso along with a fairly large tear in the back, and the sleeves were nearly gone. His occasional transformations has obviously taken their toll on his shirt with his pants faring much better thanks to a lack of major transformation involving his legs.

Shrugging it off as a matter of personal preference he went up to the desk to "check in". "Hello, I am Morrigi, and I would like to talk to the person in charge." As soon as the words came out of his mouth his brain caught up and could only think "what the hell"? As the confusion in his head tried working itself out the clerk looked at some of the paperwork on the desk for a moment, then replied " He should be relatively free right now. You can head to his office, just knock before entering." As he pointed the way to the room.

Blinking at the turn of events he simply nodded to the man, and left the desk. What a day this was turning out to be; getting to see a new village and getting to meet one of the legendary Kage.

Reaching the Tsuchikage's door he simply knocked his heavy hand against it a couple of times to let the inhabitants know he was there. The natural energies surrounding him felt as if they were slightly heavier, darker even, than normal. Paying energies no mind he opened the door, and stepped into the room while ducking under the door way to make sure he didn't hit his head. Thinking it best to just come out and say it directly so there was little confusion. " Hello, I am Morrigi of the Jugo clan, and I request permission to be in your village."

As the sun began to rise from it's 12 hours slumber, the hidden stone village would release it's citizens to it's daily routines, thus allowing the village to embark on it's daily routines. But as villagers began to make their way out of their homes, a lone man would walk slowly from the baron wastelands that surrounded the village. His once white long sleeve shirt would now be completely soaked in a crimson glow, blood would trickle down from his elbows before dripping onto the ground, allowing a trail from ten kilometers away to continue. The lone man would yawn allowing his right hand to cup over his mouth in a self taught reaction for better etiquette/manners before realizing what his appearance were to look like and if he were to walk into Iwagakure, the villagers would most likely grow scarce.

His crimson gaze would pan down to his trousers, allowing a visual of only a few blood splatters across his black pants but nothing too revealing, so with this in mind his hands would grip the silk fibers of his long sleeve shirt and toss it into the sky thus revealing his toned upper body with a full visual on every tattoo that was embedded across his skin. Kazu was truly not in any mood to deal with civilians so when he would arrive to the Bastion Adamantine he would gesture to the guard with a single hand movement to open the catacomb doors, for this was to be the only way to get to his office without everyone seeing him. With black rings surrounding his eyes, the Tsuchikage would make his way to the underground tunnels, slowly moving throughout each corridor before making it to an 'elevator' that required a small amount of chakra to be input into it's mechanics.

With the elevator only taking seconds to take Kazu to his destination, Kazu would emerge from the ground behind his office chair only to see pillars of paper that was obviously for him to read over and sign. A heavy sigh would leave the Tsuchikages lips as he would throw his body weight at the chair before him, but if it couldn't get any worse, his door would knock in a timely fashion. Kazu could truly not give a single shit about who was on the other side of the door, so he wouldn't even dare to answer out to the individual. But of course, the door would open and the individual would walk in and stand affront him. Unlucky for him the paper work surrounding his desk would tower to the ceiling thus block the view of the individual affront him. Before the golden haired Kanetsu could even speak a single word to the individual before him, the young individual would introduce himself and ask permission to stay in his village. As peculiar and interesting the question was, Kazu was heavily sleep deprived and couldn't care less who the man was. But no matter, he knew he had to deal with this now or he had to at a later date, and with the crime rate increasing at an alarming level he couldn't afford to bump this meeting to a later date.

The Tsuchikage would slowly make his way around his desk, thus revealing his shirtless body allowing a full visual of each tattoo inscribed across his body, but unfortunately for him he hadn't notice his crimson painted hands, most likely from his earlier job which required the decapitation of heads of mere mafia bosses. In hope of hiding the fact that he had just murdered a few men and his sleep deprivation, Kazu would speak out to the man in a gentle tone.

"Morrigi was it? Of the Jugo clan? Here in Iwagakure, we'd love you to stay in our village, but i must ask some boring questions before you do. So, why do you choose to come to Iwagakure, and what can you offer to our village? Even though you could simply tour the village and not pay a single dime, there are some... benefits that can help you live a life of a king here in Iwagakure."

Looking around the office it looked incredibly different than he would have thought. The desk was full of papers all the way up to the ceiling completely obscuring any occupant. How anyone could actually accomplish any of the paperwork was completely beyond him. Most of the paper near the bottom of the stacks would probably be so far out of date by the time someone got to it that the original author would likely be long dead. This visit horribly shattered the image in his head, the image of a well organized desk with only a few files on it; behind the desk a strong and relatively tall, for Morrigi was quite tall himself, man would sit emitting an aura of power and control. At least the build of the room didn't disappoint; he couldn't be disappointed about what he hadn't expected. At least the ambient energies in the room felt powerful, as he would expect from a place that held a Kage's office; of course he could just be imagining it.

A couple of moments after his request was announced to the room, a power instilled man walked out from behind the wall of papers; a man that currently lacked a shirt taking his time going to his destination. The lack of a shirt only helped to highlight the man's numerous tattoos inscribed all across his torso, and the muscles that would have been built up over the course of many years as a ninja. The power seemed to radiate off this man like light from a bonfire. With in a moment of seeing the Lord Tsuchikage a familiar scent reached his nose, a scent that he had grown used to when around other members of his clan: blood. The blood that coated the man's hands seemed to be be relatively fresh still, and that kind of thing was likely the reason the ambient energies of this place seemed to be dark. Ever sense stepping foot in the room his inner beast had started to rise, but the smell of blood had been like a cup of coffee.

His attention snapped away from his inner troubles back to the outside world as he was addressed. The tone he heard coming from the Kage wasn't something he expected from a man with blood on his hands and muscles to smash a baby's head, but a man in a position of power would be able to control his own voice how ever he pleased. He listened through the entire little speech, nodding at the boring questions part. He had figured that he was going to have to jump through a bunch of hoops anyways, often the same ones multiple times; it was just a part of being what he was he figured. At the word "dime" he felt the muscles in his left arm start building inner tension for no reason.

Morrigi attempted to downplay his clan name a little, to likely little success " Yes, Jugo, a small clan that is of little note nowadays. Nothing particularly important." The conviction in his voice sounded false even to his own ears. But it was mostly true, the clan was a small fraction of their previous numbers, and nothing of importance had been done by a Jugo for a long time. "As for why Iwagakure, I have always felt an affinity for the stones, and mostly because I have not heard of your village chasing away people like myself"

Feeling a rising wild surge from within himself, he went on anyways. He didn't want to be rude and suddenly stop to calm himself; especially not after being asked direct questions. " I have been trained in the basics of the  ways of the ninja arts and-" Mid sentences his left arm finally decided it was play time and began to morph into the form it took when he went berserk, until he quickly punched the changing elbow joint with his other free hand and nearly yelled at it in a completely new voice as if it was a third person in the room. " Stop that shit!" before continuing his sentence as if nothing had happen, and in his mind it was only as much of an interruption as a slight shifting of the ground under a foot. "-and would be able to offer my skills to you and your village like a mercenary, or one of your own ninja if you would be interested." He left the meaning of the last few words be decided by the Lord Kage; ether he would act like a ninja for hire, or he could join the village and then just be a ninja of the village.

As the young Tsuchikage spoke to the unknown traveller before him, he couldn't dismiss the feeling of him being 'too polite,' Kazu truly had a small guard system and it wouldn't take much for an assassination attempt to initiate. But their was a reason for why he did it this way, scratch that, there were multiple reasons for why one of the five shadows would ignore a 'high detail' of defence for his own safety. But simply put, he was intrigued by newcomers and had always had his new shinobi peak his interest..... from diverse powers to a combination of skill sets, Kazu was enthralled by the mere fact of 'knowing' different abilities. Without even a hint of evidence to support the idea that this, Morrigi Jugo, had any abilities that would peak his interest, in the bland tone he used to manipulate, his crimson gaze would lock on to the twitching left arm of the man before him. In an immediate reaction from the Tsuchikage, chakra would begin to mould across his fist, preparing for the worst as if battle was amount to initiate. The chakra would begin to resonate and vibrate as if it had intentions of it's own, whilst the Tsuchikage's body would remain relaxed with only his fist ready to initiate with a strike to the young mans face. As the intense thoughts of battle initiation began to play through Kazu's mind, he would continue to hear the words of the individual, allowing his mind to absorb the information that the Jugo clansmen would deliver. To answer to the comment about 'chasing individuals away,' the tsuchikage would take a breath of air before speaking out.

"Chasing away people like yourself? Then what 'type' of person are you?"

Continuing to hear the subtle words of Morrigi, Kazu would begin to embrace the feeling of chakra to his fist, but would continue to remain calm, if the man before him was to attack, he would be pummeled on the spot, so his crimson gaze would remain fixated on Morrigi. But whilst the man's speech seem to be going well, his left arm would twitch again before swiftly morphing into a new shape, but it would seem before it could fully transform, the individual would stop it with a strike from his opposite fist before continuing with the conversation as if it never happened. Oh? Hiding things are we? The lips of the gold haired kanetsu would begin to widen allowing a long grin to pan across the Tsuchikages face before deciding to work with what he had just seen. The chakra coated fist would slowly subside allowing his physical intentions to sway back to a more passive route.

"I would like to see more of these... skills. You're stay in Iwagakure is granted, but let me make one thing very clear."

The Tsuchikage would once again take a deep breath, inhaling the vast amounts of oxygen that Iwagakure's environment had to offer before expelling his final statement. His smile would now subside to it's unretracted state allowing a more serious facial expression come to view.

"Keep that.... Beast..... Inside you, i have no idea what it is as i've only it for a split second, but I can already identify the fact that you don't have full control of it, if you dare to even spill a drop of blood from a single Iwagakure citizen, i will end you without hesitation, are we clear?"

He continued his answer to the Kage's response with out further incident from any further outbreaks; it seemed that being around so many new people had excited the... problem more so than normal, but the quick punch seemed to have reestablished dominance. He had been more watchful of his inner turmoil that his immediate surroundings, and as such remained completely ignorant of the impending beating that nearly earned by his arm. And thanks to his ignorance he remained blissfully calm, at least until the man spoke after taking a moment to draw breath; at that line of conversation he flinched inwardly. Being truthful already came to bite him in the ass, casting suspicion on him.

He did pick up that the other man's stance relaxed a little when he spoke of permission to remain within the boarders being granted, a smile easily grew on his lips. So happy was he a accomplishing one of his goals that his smile didn't fade in the slightest at the threat of being "ended". Partly because of the joy he felt, partly because he had already expected the thread going into this, and partly because being killed by such a man didn't seem so bad of a thing.

"Crystal clear, absolutely crystal clear. Don't worry, the last person who I lost control on would have been blooded even if I had been in control."

With a smile directed at the Lord Kage, a formal bow, and a single question before he turned to leave. "If I may take my leave?" He then headed out of the room when given leave, but no before a great idea popped into his head; If the man wanted to see his skills, why not show him some of what he could do, right here and now before he left! That way he could at least see that he was in control most of the time.

Keying onto the natural energies that were always around him, and primarily on the energies that had already accumulated within him, he channeled in with a focus along with his own personal energies into a blend that he directed into his previously unruly arm and let it transform in a steady and smooth shift. As it transformed his fore arm and hand to become larger than normal, and have a blade on he inside of his arm, starting at the wrist and extending to the elbow 10 inches. This transformation was deliberate and with purpose, unlike the wild surges that had nearly started this transformation a short time before. The chakra much more directed.

With his arm mid transformation he moved it into a salute that touched his fore head, so that the transformation of the bladed section on his wrist finished forming just as he touched his hand to his brow, leaving the blade not even an inch from his skin. Pausing a moment to let his salute be seen, he brought the transformation to an end; the flesh regaining normal coloration a few moments after his hand left his forehead. With his show finished, he left.
