- The Fal'cie Clan were not originally ninja, in fact they did not exist in earnest at all until a few years ago. At least, that is what is on the surface, what you are allowed to know. In truth the Fal'cie are older than most clans to date, and thus are surrounded by a very mysterious past.
The Fal'cie were originally servants of another clan known then as the Morin Clan. These men and women where treated as subhuman and were expected to obey no matter what the command. This led to hundreds of deaths of members of this servant family due to hundreds of "accidents" that occurred across the years. No proof could ever be found by the outsider that these deaths were anything more than tragic accidents to a careless servant. But the members of the servant family knew better than to believe that. Obediently they served for three generations and not a word was uttered against the head clan, how could anyone even think to question the authority of those who held one's life in their hands. The servants were silent and obeyed without even raising an eyebrow at an order, no hair was left out of place. Even the children who dreamed at night of one day being free eventually forgot what that word even meant and carried on as the mindless slaves they were expected to be.
It was at the beginning of the fourth generation of servitude that things began to go the wrong way for the Morin Clan. With the birth of a new generation of souls to the ranks of the servants, they began to think freely once more. They began to wonder why they were still enslaved, why they could not be free? These questions buzzed in their minds like bees around flowers and there they stayed, silent but vicious in intent. Yet even then no one acted upon those thoughts, the servants still remained silent. But where they really silent? No, not at all. The servants, unknown to their masters, had been carefully watching the members of the Morin Clan to learn their techniques and skills. But more than that, to enhance them and form their own path.
With careful eyes and hushed whispers the servants began to prepare. The masters could only watch obliviously as the newly named Fal'cie Clan rose up to meet their challenge. Armed with the knowledge of the deadly Ninjutsu and the mysterious Genjustsu the Fal'cie attacked their masters. With grace and skill they fought and after three days of fighting did they finally conquer the demons of the Morin Clan, having slayed them all. With their freedom returned the clan left to forge a new destiny in the Land of Fire, as far away from their original home as they could go.
Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Fal'cie Clan are each marked with the clan symbol at birth, but through this symbol marks the users path of acceptance. There are two illustrious paths that the clan members choose to follow. The first if of the L'cie and the second if of the Ci'eth. Each path is noble and useful, each has its own advantages, and they also share the same weaknesses. Both paths also have access to the Brand Concentration technique.
L'cie- In this path the user focuses more on ninjutsu than genjutsu and thus gains the ability to use ninjutsu one rank above their own, as such a genin could use B rank ninjutsu.
Ci'eth- in this path the user focuses more on genjutsu than ninjutsu and as such gains the ability to spot and use genjutsu one rank above their own.
Drawbacks: Users of both paths cannot use Kugutsu in any way and also take a -1 to all Medical Ninjutsu techniques used on their bodies. Members of the Fal'cie Clan must also take the Hesitant (Specialization) characteristic becuase the clan focuses too much of its time on the specializations of ninjutsu and genjutsu to learn more than a third specialization.

Description: The Fal'cie lifts up their brand with their arm extended to the sky. They then release the chakra sealed in the brand in an expanding ball of chakra that smashes into any opponent within 5 meters (a.k.a. 15 feet) The ball is solid to the enemy and causes them to be pushed back and at the end of its travel washes over the opponent, cutting their body down to muscle tissue. The ball is quick moving but cannot reach farther out then five meters, the damage does increase the higher the ranking of jutsu.
