As Daisuke began his long and perilous journey to the Mist, he took a long amount of time gathering all of his belongings from the inside of his hotel that he had been staying at for the past long while. The Samurai had a plan, and that plan was to head to another village. What village, he wasn't quite sure yet, but heading for home was definitely out of the question. He still had work to do, since he was an appointed representative. This was a position that the Raikage had awarded to him for whatever sort of job he had done. He wasn't sure what he had done to earn it, nor did he even really know if it was an honor or simply an annoying errand that the Raikage didn't want to do, so he assigned it to an 'errand boy'. He brushed the thought off nearly immediately. He was thinking bad of his superior, and that wasn't quite following the loyalty piece of his Bushido. But perhaps he had indeed had some lapses in that code recently. But regardless, nobody was there to enforce it, and besides, what people didn't know couldn't hurt them, and if they did somehow know, he might have to hurt them. He began to make his way down the stairs and swept his way out into the streets of Konoha, heading toward the exit of the village. Upon reaching it, he passed through the huge wooden arcs, the guards simply granting him some simple form of farewell. Perhaps a wave or some verbal greeting, but either way, he really didn't care about their simple farewells. The Samurai worked his way along through the wood with minimum problems. Simple forest animals and civilian bandits were his only problems. The animals that he might have encountered were things such as wild dogs and the like. The first half of the bandits were converted back to an honest working life through the skillful negotiations that the man had worked so long to gain. He reflected upon the many slaps from many women that he took while working on this 'silver tongue' that he had. The next set, however, were unavoidably slain by him, after which he cleaned his blade and buried each of them before continuing along on his walk to the nearest port town. He walked into the shabby gate that bordered the entrance to the bay town. He approached the tavern, getting a good stock meal and a big tankard of water to eat and drink before he left the establishment to browse the available ships and where they were heading. This was so that he could attempt to hitch a ride to some other village without troubling the Raikage for a form of transportation. He figured that might get him a talking to or something. Besides, he wasn't even sure where he wanted to go, and he couldn't really stay in the village of Konoha any longer. It was just WAY too boring for him to do such a thing. After speaking with the captain of several of the ships, he pondered a decision while looking out at the ocean. Many of the ships left while he was thinking, giving up on him. Basically, the decision was made for him before he could make it. He was going to Kiri, and there was no doubt about that now. He didn't want to stay in this country. He hopped aboard the ship, passing the captain his small sack of coins that were given in exchange for this ride. Upon arriving at the next hidden village in his trail of heroic-ness, he stepped off of the ship. The trip was rather uneventful, truth be told. He was pretty prone to seasickness, vomiting soon upon unboarding. He simply found a nearby Inn, and payed for his next long while of staying there, or however long he planned to. It didn't matter. It'd all be done, and he would be home soon to his genin squad and 'Sensei'
