Objective: Kill Ulgotsu lord of the bandit's that have been plaguing the Iwa region.
Location: Iwagakure
Reward: 300 Ryo
Mission description: The bandit attacks around Iwa have been growing in both frequency and organisation. In order to stop this the head must be destroyed so they fall into a mere rabble and dissolve without leadership.
Mission details: A bloody battle with bandit's staged in the mountains of Iwa.
Name: Tatsumora Ulgotsu
Age: 49
General Appearance: A large heavyset man Ulgotsu attempts to pass himself off as a lord through fancy dress and expensive jewellery. However his origins as a brutal thug shine through as he often forgets to shave and barley hides the lines of the scars he picked up brawling and fighting in his younger years. Though his physique is just starting to deteriorate into fat most of Ulgotsu's frame is still pure muscle and he fights like a cornered animal when challenged using every dirty trick in the book to get an upper hand over his opponents.
Personality:Brutal and with a highly short fuse Ulgotsu is the perfect leader for a group of cutthroats. Nothing pleases him more than the acquisition of material wealth which he prizes above all things.
Motivations: Ulgotsu dreams of making himself Lord over a small domain in the style of the tyrants of yesteryear. He wishes to live the rest of his life in a state of luxury with his descendants inheriting his territory and perhaps invading others. In his younger days he even managed to create a large army of miscreants which won several battles against small ninja forces before being defeated. Nowadays he controls a fraction of those troops which he laments.
Fears: Ulgotsu fears loosing authority with his men. The idea of being usurped torments him and as he grows older paranoia gnaws away at his mind forcing him to commit barbarous acts in order to re-assert his dominance.
