She does this by extending her right index and middle finger like an antennae to attract the incoming raiton/ranton jutsu, pulling back her hand as it hits and then extending her left index and middle finger to serve as the 'exit' for the hostile energy. As the jutsu reaches the exit point, the raiton chakra of her KKG's nature refills any missing power the hostile jutsu may have suffered so as to be able to return the attack in equality.
While such mastery of her chakra is an amazing sight to behold, it comes at a high price. Allowing hostile chakra to course through the user's body doesn't happen harmlessly: the user still suffers damage but it is lowered by 1 rank.
