Waking up to a loud alarm in his room alucard jumps from under the covers , and in the bathroom in seconds. Giving his teeth a quick brush , body a quick wash. Finished with that task he heads over to the closet and pulls out a outfit. Regular black Uchiha long sleeve , black ninja pants , his clan bandana and village headband. Now dressed , clan bandana covering is left eye, village headband tied to the right thigh. He grabbed a tan robe his ninja tools and departed his appartment.

Alucard lived about five blocks down from the kage office building, the busy streets to a non-nin and along time head. In know this he took the rooftop route heading to the center of the village. I gotta head towards Suna for some crazy shit I heard about this clan. Mine as well go investigate for myself , there might be some action there at least anyway.

Coming to a sharp halt in front of a building. He has reached the destination , already making his move toward the kages office. "Hey stop !" a guard screams. He contiues walking as if no said anything to him. "I have audience with the kage."

Why? Why was it the minute he snuck back into his office to get his hammer that someone decided that they had to come see him? He just wanted to go home; hang out with his kids; and enjoy the rest of his vacation. Or at least a decent meal and some sleep. Yanno, those things that normal people enjoy on a fairly regular basis. Damn it all. Well; least the door wouldn't get slammed today; as he'd left it open for once.

"The fuck do you want? I have no business with ANYONE today; at ALL; so you're already pissing me off by lying to the poor saps that have to funnel shit to me. Spit it out; before I take your head off."

It was at that moment that he stopped in front of the desk. Looking at the stress the Kage was under. Being. Kage must be hard work , ehhh it was never my dream to be a Kage just a Sannin at least. He thought to himself. Anyway he started pacing as he talked to Kenta.

"There's some news about my clan that I would like to check out. I would like a travel permits to Suna & Kumo. Unless you have work for me else where." He said with a hardened tone.

This kid was a terrible liar. The entirety of his clan minus the rouge was in Konoha. Usually not that far away from Kenta for whatever reason. Amaya was likely moving into his house with Ashi as it was; and Naota tended to stalk him when he wasn't busy doing things to that Genin pet of his. God; come up with better excuses. Or maybe that was unfair, and he was just being his (usual) jackass self.

"News? I have heard of no such news from anywhere outside of the village. In fact... the only Uchiha outside of Konoha at the moment is the rouge that destroyed Kiri. Whom is being hunted down as we speak; by a joint team of specialists from several villages. Unless you have something better to attempt to convince me with; your prospects of being allowed to leave are next to none, Uchiha. I need my men here; helping with the supply runs between Konoha and Kiri, while our friends attempt to rebuild their homes. Now, If you have legitimate business? I would be happy to let you leave. But you have already pissed me off by lying one. I will not tolerate it again."

He swiftly turns his back , within the middle of Kenta's statement about is his clan information. Knowing that he had already been caught in a lie his thoughts twisted into a reply back.

"I am well aware of the things that have been happening between the villages. I know your concerned with Iwa , which you should be. I have a small lead , that I don't even think is possible I would like you to grant me just to find out for myself."

"Before I depart I will be happy to take care of anything that you need done as far as missions."

He turned back around awaiting a answer from Kenta. As he removed his headband from his thigh and tied it tight to his forehead.

Hnn... thought so. Whatever possessed this child to lie to him wasn't strong enough to keep the charade going. Nor did he apparently have the mental capacity to maintain his deception. Too bad. Lesson number one when dealing with Inuzuka: Do not attempt to lie.

Or was that number two... Oh well.

Wait; what about Iwa? "I am sorry; you mentioned something about Iwa? I don't remember saying anything of the sort; merely that I required my men to help with Kiri. I have zero concern over the happenings in Iwa." Oh, this was gunna get good. He'd just caught the kid in something; and by the smell of idiot in the room... this was gunna be good. "What exactly am I supposed to be worried about happening in that shithole?"

Oh... he was putting his headband on properly now? How cute. And an easy target. Other Kage might have valued Uchiha blood... but Kenta had no use for liars, braggarts, and traitors. If you where any of the three; you better get the fuck out of his village; because he had no qualms about taking his hammer to your face. "And please... do at least attempt this time. I may be a dog... but I am not retarded. I can smell a lie from a mile away; literally. You are standing less then twenty feet. There is no deceiving me."

For lies have been told to the Kage it would be hard to regain his trust. The possibility of that who knows only time would tell , only actions could prove. With that being said there was no point of lying anymore. Looked right into Kenta's eyes and told his story.

"Forgive me, for my lies sir. The reason I wanted to leave the village was to train myself in other countries. I have heard of some training spots in Suna , especially Kumo."

"As for Iwa I've have heard of some dirty play , but the evidence doesn't point towards anyone or village in particular. I couldn't really careless, my alliance is Konoha and whoever Konoha is allied with. You have to deploy me to see what my skills are , so you wouldn't no if I'm valued or not regardless of clan."

Alucard said with a hardened voice. He was still looking into Kenta's eyes, eyes burning with twisted type of passion.

Figures. Moronic child; if he had just asked outright; Kenta would have humored him. To train in other places was something that Kenta knew all to well the value of; as he'd trained all over the region. It was common for Inuzuka to leave for months at a time to train their skills in the harsh lands of other nations. "Hnnn... You should have just asked; versus attempting to lie."

As it stood; he held no value in the pledge of allegiance from the Uchiha; he'd proven he would attempt to deceive his leader without a second thought. He would have to have this one watched. Last thing he needed was ANOTHER Uchiha attempting to defect the moment they thought they where stronger then anyone.

"Your request for solo travel permission is denied. After we have settled our end of the agreement with Kiri? I may reconsider. That is my final decision, Uchiha."

Maybe if the kid was smart; he'd pick up on the loophole the Inuzuka had given. If not; well, he did not care in the least.
