"You know, you're already sixteen, Xiang...you've been a prodigy to our clan for as long as I could remember. But you've never once unlocked your Byakugan. Sure, you've done fine in your Juken, but...eventually, you'll need the eyes. I love you, honey, but I can promise that training them will be just as effective as your Taijutsu or you Swordsmanship. If not for yourself, at least do it for me. I don't want you die in a situation you could have used the Byakugan..."

It was time for Xiang to make good on her mother's concerns. She had trained for so long, perfecting her art in close quarters combat and swordsmanship, her chakra control, her studies, everything, except for the very ability her clan was supposed to be known for; the Byakugan. It wasn't even that she hated the ability, or that she didn't want it, she just never found the time to do so when she was focused on everything else she found interesting. Whatever excuses she might have, though, there was a heavy amount of wisdom to her mother's words, and she also knew that it would benefit her greatly. It would make Juken extremely easy compared to doing it, without the ability to see the Tenketsu, and it'd give her a much smaller naked spot to worry about during combat. Perhaps it would even strike fear into the hearts of any new enemies she might encounter from there on out. So, without any further doubt in her mind, Xiang picked a single day where she would focus on anything to deal with her eyesight, and manifesting the Byakugan.

October 20th was that day she picked, with perfect weather conditions to suit her throughout the day. For the morning and afternoon, she went over to different people within her clan's compound, studying on the accounts of their experiences with their own Byakugan, how they unlocked it, how the trained it, how it benefited them. With those notes down, she then started with basic training exercises to improve her coordination, the beginning of this being with shuriken. Lugging a big backpack full of a day's worth of essential supplies, training equipment, tools, and dragging the most realistic human dummy she could find by a rope, Xiang made her way into the dense forests of her country, seeking solitude from her people in order to better focus and be one with nature. It was about an hour long trek, of which she passively trained herself by taking in a detailed account of her surroundings. Not much animal life surrounded the area she had chosen, but the ground was covered in a thick blanket of dark green leaves, which had fallen from the many bulky trees that also happened to overshadow many of the less sunlight needing flowers, burrows, and berry bushes. Red mushroom caps guarded said trees, whether it be to drain nutrients or otherwise, which swayed along with them due to the cool, crisp wind that flowed through today. It was mostly cloudy too, giving a nice shade to her training area, while not limiting visibility. Once she stopped, she placed the human dummy against the biggest, sturdiest tree she could find, then jumped into the treetops to hang various bulls-eye and targets, small trinkets, and animal leathers along the branches to aid as shuriken practice fodder. Then, she went around the perimeter to attempt camouflaging her play pen, to make it much less likely anyone would discover her here or sneak up on her. From the inside, it would be much easier to see someone coming than from the out due to how she builds this. Finally, she sets down a picnic blanket and her cooler down on it, along with a few books, on general vision, the history of the Hyuga clan, and training exercises for her eyes.

With setup complete, flipping her silvery white hair to the side, she pulled out the five shuriken stored in her pockets, and examined her field, smiling to herself for her accomplishment here so far. Then, without another word, she dashed forwards, keeping one of the bulls-eyes in her sight, then glancing to the other, flinging two shuriken at once at both of them, followed by a twirl to throw two more at a boar skin and a air chime. The ones going for the bulls-eyes hit on the ring surrounding the eye, the one in the leather was at the bottom tip, and the one in the chime was right in the middle. She used her last shuriken to tally down what she got so far on a nearby tree, marking into the rough bark. Then, she simply jumped to the branches, recollected her tools, then repeated her exercise, trying more and more to keep an eye on all targets and get a bulls-eye. This is what she would do for around two hours...

Having just graduated the academy, the young Senju found that a celebratory hike would best the accomplishment. He figured celebrating with his fellow clansmen could wait another day, as for how he was going to find time for himself. This hike was the same one he had taken with his mother the past five years, however this time, he took the trek alone. Since the tragedy of her death, he and hsis father had been quiet about it, not having talked since then. Practically estranged, perhaps this hike would bring some peace to his troubled mind. He remembers visiting the very spot where his and her squad had been attacked. A few miles just south of the dense forest by a shrine, where he and his clansmen commemorated her sacrifice. He looked over at the picnic basket that he had carefully prepared with him and sighed at the thought of it carrying a meal for two.

He shifted through the basket, looking for nothing in particular. Simply pulling out whatever he could find and as luck would have it, it was his own botany journal. A small booklet he had kept on his persons at all times that held any findings on the local flora. It was especially helpful when tending to his garden, as he was found to be forgetful at times not knowing what plants he was keeping track of that day. However he did give a small lotus he had been growing his full attention. A little side project he had been working on between training sessions. Though it was just a sprout, he was hoping that it would soon bloom into the lotus it was meant to be, a sort of symbolism in his eyes for his growth as a shinobi.

His path was yet to be set. Not knowing what direction to take in his life, he would ironically keep walking down a set path down the forests of Hi no Kuni. Knowing full well every route, nook and cranny as he made every right turn and avoided dead ends. It was a path he had walked very often even after the passing of his mother as he would visit the sight of her shrine very often. He happily hummed as he continued on his way but stopped as he heard the feint sounds of foliage being rummaged through. Perhaps a few deer or birds, but the sounds were to consistent and the distance to collected. This caught his interest and he chose to trail off the path, thinking that perhaps it could’ve been a passerby in need of help or a kind of ambush. He took out his kunai as a precaution as one could never know what one would find this far from the village.

The boy carefully followed the sounds of clanging, keeping low to the ground and making sure he wasn’t running into any of the trees. His affinity to nature allowed him to dance around the foliage, unbothered by the trees and leaves that would otherwise get in most other’s way. As he came to a small clearing, he let out a small gasp as the source of the sounds seemed to be that of a Konohan shinobi. It was obvious she was practicing but she seemed so focused he didn’t want to bother her. He watched her for a few minutes as she would fling a few shuriken at bullseyes and recollect them. Repeating this cycle a few times.

It seemed like strenuous work to put that much effort in such a simple exercise. He wasn’t too experienced himself but he knew that the best way to train was with another. “Gah!” he thought, he couldn’t help it. Considering this woman was of the village, he felt no need to approach so cautiously so he placed his Kunai back into his pockets and emerged from the bushes.

“Hey!” he waved at her, finding a seat by a tree stump “Um, not to be rude but I couldn’t help but notice you putting all this effort into your exercise. I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind if I join you?” it was something to keep his mind off the loneliness of the journey. He knew he was distracting himself, especially being so forward with a stranger but what the hell? Might as well take the chance and go with it.

While she trained, she completely planned out what she would do next, disregarding the inevitable encounter coming for her. She was going to practice flowing her chakra intensely into her eyes and try and forcibly activate the Byakugan while focusing on high speed moving targets, that being her Academy Clones. Then, after that, she was going to study each of her three books, one after another, to comb through anything she might have missed in her head. Then she would eat two of the meals she brought with her, as she knew she was going to be working into the afternoon, and maybe early evening. Then she was going to finish this off with practicing Juken on the dummy as a last resort, in case she could not get it to work, eat her dinner, pin up a hammock between the two comfy trees she picked out, sleep, then wake up and do everything all over again. What she didn't know was that she was going to meet someone new today.

With the last set of targets penetrated, she had been putting away her shuriken before she heard some rustling around her area. Immediately, it felt foreign to her, so she slowly turned to the direction of it, her eyes concentrating on the spot. With her left hand on the grip of her blade, she shuffled and stepped as quietly as she could muster, taking it slow and easy, to make sure whatever was hidden didn't run away. When she was about to act, however, she was given an unexpected surprise when it felt as though Sachihiro materialized behind her, calling out his greeting. This caused her to yelp, and spin around, but she stopped when she realized it was just someone else from the village. With a crimson blush on her face from embarrassment, she took a moment to take him in with her baby blue eyes, take a deep breath, then exhale, before replying to him.

"O-oh...hi there! You uh, got me by surprise...but uh...you know what? Sure, I wouldn't mind some help. But this is some really serious training, so you have one chance to abstain before you're hooked in. Otherwise...it's nice to meet you, Sachi. My name is Xiang Hyuga.

It was odd to be approached by this 'Sachi' in the woods, but it didn't scare her nearly as much once she had realized he was from Konoha. The headband gave it away completely, and her heart was at ease because of it. He would study his features for a moment to simply gauge anything she could about him. He had a warm skin tone, with hair in some sort of hybrid of a pony tail and bun that she couldn't name off the top of her head. They seemed a little stronger than most other Genin she had seen around too, so that meant he could be a decent training partner for her. A soft, friendly smile crossed her lips and her bright eyes lit up slightly, with renewed vigor. Her hand removed from the grip of her blade, she apprehensively stepped towards him, and once at a respectful distance, bowed her head in greeting, and then put out her hand for a handshake.

He approached at her introduction, kindly exchanging the handshake and nodding along to her agreement of his proposition. A little guilty that he perhaps made her weary of the surrounding forests, she seemed to bode well with knowing she was in familiar company. A Hyuga and Senju in the forest, who would dare attack such prominent lineages within’ Konohagakure. One would either be suicidal or incredibly confident to go after these two, even if they were Genin themselves. A powerful duo, especially once fully mastering their abilities.

Though he pondered at the thought of a Hyuga being here, it shouldn’t be considered odd. Many shinobi among the ranks find themselves training outside the comfort of their walls, but it was definitely to see one of her heritage here. He had known of their private dojo’s, training grounds that specialized in training and developing the Byakugan, even wanting to question why she was so far away from the city.

Upon closer inspection, he noticed he baby blue eyes. Another oddity, but charming nonetheless. He couldn’t help but be a little enamored at her appearance though he shook it off. He was a shinobi after all, things were of better priority at the moment, no need to get lost in her those eyes. She also seemed to carry a very prominent sword with her, something far beyond anything he would be capable of wielding. Although that was something to be expected of a Hyuga, no?

“It’s a pleasure to meet you Xiang” he responded in his habitually sweet and calm voice “Serious training huh?” he retorted with an excited smile. “I can’t just walk away from challenge right?” he placed on his hips “We’re fellow shinobi! Why not bring the best out of each other?”

The young Senju cocked his head facing the girl and followed up by making the Seal of Confrontation. An invite to a traditional sparring match amongst the shinobis. A method used to train Academy Students, it was something quite common. A fight involving only a ninja’s most basic combat techniques, their fists. Perhaps it was too forward of him, but having just graduated he couldn’t help but be excited at offering a friendly spar with a welcoming stranger.

“So how about it? First one to say uncle loses?” he quipped and chuckled at the stupidity of his joke. His chuckled stopped immediately as he realized he was just about to challenge a member of the Hyuga Clan. Member who specialized in Taijutsu. Specifically made to destroy their important from the inside out.

oh no

For all he knew, they would probably come out better friends than if he hadn’t offered the spar.

It wasn't that odd for a Senju to be out here on his lonesome, so whatever animosity she might have felt at the split second encounter she had with him had already dissipated. He had such a sweet, gentle posture to him that she couldn't help but be somewhat calm around him, subsequently making the handshake that much better for her. Seeing others from her Village not related to the Hyuga always brought a smile to her face, as though a sheltered princess was meeting their subjects for the first time. She had no idea why she felt this way, though, cause as far as being sheltered goes, she could have it much, much worse.

What was really curious about him though was his outwards persona, specifically tailored into being confident. Maybe it was odd for a Hyuga to be out here alone rather than be training in their compound, with all the sites they had, but it was much more unusual to challenge one of them to hand to hand combat without either being a Hyuga themselves, had the Sharingan, or had some type of death wish. This thought flashed across her mind for only a brief few seconds before she immediately threw it aside. What did it matter that he may or may not be inferior when it came to Taijutsu? A spar is a spar...and Xiang? She loves to fight. So of course she would accept it, even if this would end up humiliating him in the end.

"...You got some guts, Sachi. Of course I'll take your challenge. Let's just hope you give me a good fight, even if I lose. Nothing about a one sided fight is fun.

Ironic, considering the circumstances, but she was at least trying to be polite and give him the benefit of the doubt. All she cared about now was training with him, with the chance she'll awaken her hidden powers in the process. Bending her right knee, and extending her left arm forwards, she closed her thumb, index and middle fingers together, and curled the ring finger and pinkie aside, focusing a small surge of chakra to focus around all digits. Soon enough, a fine, silvery blue layer of chakra surrounded the fingers and thumbs, ending in a tiny point. This was what she used to substitute for Juken, though anyone that could see it would have a hard time associating it with anything else; it's called Fake Juken.

What wasn't fake was how serious her face had gotten all of a sudden, as she took her fighting stance and position, those keen, sky eyes piercing through Sachi, scanning for any weaknesses or openings the boy would make at all. Before the fight even started, she was planning her win condition, and yet despite that, she didn't make a move either. Even when he decides to get into stance, from the looks of it, she was going to let Sachi go first.

Hopefully he can make that count.

"Thank you! I'm hoping not to disappoint. And don't go easy on me! I can take it."

He eagerly nodded along at her accepting the challenge of a spar. The boy couldn’t help but smirk at the exchange of blows that was about to ensue. He was eager to take on the challenge that would be that of taking on a Hyuga in a taijutsu battle. However uneven the match may be once they went out into the full on spar, he shook himself loose of whatever stress lingered. Anxious to start the match he positioned himself just 5 meters away from the girl.

He popped his knuckles and began stretching out whatever body parts his muscles allowed him to. Though he wasn’t too attuned to Taijutsu nor was it his specialty, Genin were capable of sparring quite well. He wasn’t too fond of beating someone for the sake of winning but rather for the excitement he experienced when combating friendly shinobi. It was less so of the risk of death but more at understanding of how to limit one’s ability to not kill, regardless of how powerful their arsenal may be.

He watched her take her fighting stance, a little nervous as this wasn’t like any of the stances he had seen while at the academy. As expected of a member of the Hyuga clan, it was their duty to excel in their ability at close quarter combat. He took a deep breath and took his own improvised stance akin to that of a boxer. Simply placing a foot forward and raising both his fists, a common and even stance perhaps against a non-Hyuga. Though he knew his chances may be slim, this woman hadn’t seemed to have activated her Byakugan just yet as the nerves around their eyes that commonly protruded upon using it had not emerged.

Was she taking pity on him? Showing mercy? Or had she just not activated it yet. Something he would make sure to think about in the midst of the battle. No worries however as she seemed to invite the first strike. How chivalrous of her, letting him strike first.
He took a few quick breathes and quickly advanced forward, letting his actions take over as now was no the time to overthink. He went for a quick few jab to her side followed up by an attempted leg sweet as to keep her off balance in hopes that it would be enough to disable her ability to land a few shots on him.

It was one of his most common strategies as he figured tiring out the enemy was his best option. He was well known for his endurance among his peer, usually winning under the condition that his sparring partner was too tired to properly land a good shot. Thus resulting in Sachi’s higher stamina triumphing, ending in a few well-placed blows. He may not have been fast, but he sure could tank a lot of damage for a kid his age.

Well, it two things were plainly obvious to her from the get go. One of them was the fact Sachi was at least hyped for the challenge, told by his grin, and the fact he's stretching and cracking his body in place to get ready for their showdown. This was also supported by the fact he didn't stand too far away from her during the face off, which showed a bit of courage on his part too. The second obvious fact to her was that he hadn't trained significantly in Taijutsu whatsoever. Not many in the village that she had seen really did, so it wasn't a surprise to her, but it was at least a decent sight to see him actually take an appropriate stance whatsoever. From what she could tell, it was similar to some of the books she read about boxing, which let her create one of her own Taijutsu techniques, the Water Release: Water Boxing Glove Technique. Maybe she would pull that out later to surprise him and play along with his own stance. It'd probably make him insecure and catch him off guard, at the very least, anyway.

The only disadvantage in this fight that she failed to realize was the fact her opponent was a Senju. Without her true Juken prowess, which would require the Byakugan, he was not going to be an easy opponent at all for her, especially since he was a bit better built than her as well. While her style was full of grace and speed most of the time, the Senju are infamous for their ability to take just as much as they dish out, to the point some simply become exhausted before even making them break a sweat. Due to all of this, while she may have him beat in Taijutsu prowess, it was going to be only a matter of time before she was completely stomped on, without proper precision with actual Juken. She doesn't know the body's pressure point system by heart, after all, and to top it off, it'd be much tougher to strike one with how enduring he will be. But as she knew none of this, what was about to happen was likely to at least frustrate her to a degree, despite also being exciting.

She tensed a bit when Sachi finally made his move, not moving forward herself and letting him come to her on his own accord. With his nice breathing patterns, she could at least compliment him along the way of what she thought was going to be a simple battle, seeing these amateurish jabs and his leg readying for a sweep. It took no effort to simply slide aside his jabbing hands, away from each other, and jump upwards at the same time, avoiding any hits she could have taken. Then, as she landed, she jammed her thumbs into his stomach's direction, expecting to do significant surprise damage to him...which was the opposite of what was going to happen. It was only fate that she was going to be put against such an opponent, though, of which would awaken her true powers much quicker than if she were to ever do it alone.

The boy had no finesse when compared to the Hyuga before him. She had a way of maneuvering that any genin would have trouble being able to fight against. Their styles were polar opposites in that he may have thrown slow but powerful punches, hers, to him at least, were quick but quite weak, at least individually. She swiftly and elegantly slid aside, his jab nowhere close to her and in the panic of missing he twisted about and went for a lower sweep. Again, she had maneuvered so well through his own attacks. Impressed at her agility, he couldn’t help but find the brief moment of clarity between the attacks to take a gander at her eyes.

Was she using byakugan? The half-panicked thought came about, though there were no visible signs of activation. He knew they were at the same level considering a higher Hyuga would’ve done far more, but as his thoughts came back into the battle, he felt two light jabs hit his stomach. Barely pushing him back and just making his abdomen tense up from expecting a much harsher blow. It was a light gasp that had come from his breath rather than a violent heave that he had anticipated.

That’s it? Though there was a light bruising pain, this was something that the Senju would easily brush off. Perhaps for someone with a more delicate constitution would’ve been taken aback by this counterattack, but not this boy. His endurance was formidable and he would make sure to take full advantage of this discovery. She was fast, but he was tough. He quickly reacted from his forward motion at being attacked in the stomach and went for a grapple to one of her arms. Hoping that once he had her in his grasp she would have trouble moving and he would proceed to haul her over his shoulder and onto the floor.

His excitement getting the better of him as the flames of battle heated his forwardness to fight with more might. He couldn’t help but give off a smile as the plans of his next moves were thought to be coming to fruition. He wasn’t going to go easy on her as much as she wouldn’t go easy on him. These were the moments where Sachi’s wild tendencies emerged and he was prone to getting a little carried away although with no purpose of causing any real harm to his opponents.

This was a battle he was enjoying. He had to find the small windows where she was vulnerable and take full advantage of these. This was no easy fight and being able to see this woman’s capabilities as an ally acted as further incentive to perform at his best against the Hyuga.

It wasn't long before Xiang would come to realize that her usual types of hitting were not going to work. Without the assistance of the Byakugan, lacking the pinpoint knowledge to know the tenketsu points by heart, and now being caught off guard, there was nothing she could do using these type of tactics. All she even managed to do was essentially scrape his skin, not even significantly. Her thumbs bounced off of his tensed abdomen, as she stared in disbelief at her hands, eyes a bit widened. It was clear to her what had gone wrong, asides the fact she couldn't use Juken the way she wanted; she had been training in sword techniques more than her Taijutsu for those four years, and that discovery made her realize she was rusty. A Hyuga, rusty in Taijutsu. Inconceivable.

As her brain spiraled into more indepth detail on her predicament, her body was starting to get both excited and frustrated. Her brow was a bit furrowed, muscles tensed, and a small scowl appearing on her face. It was almost a look of disgust, though not directed at her humble opponent, merely herself. She couldn't accept herself being weak. There was no discriminatory things in accordance to this, she just wanted to be strong, and not fail horribly. To her, this was an embarrassment, and she was going to fix it and make sure this fight would be fair, not one sided. Xiang only had room for malice when it came to herself here, yet she was indeed going to direct her anger on him in the fight to be strong. She just didn't know that deep down she wanted to be shown this, so her body could finally start developing how it needed to. A flash of nerve clusters appeared on her face before disappearing again, signifying it was happening, though she had no time to think about this.

Xiang's train of thought was immediately interrupted by the present, as now her arm had been grappled by the lucky Senju. While this would make it a bit harder to move around him now, she would just have to improvise, and make do with her lowered strength. Dissipating Fake Juken, she readily used her other arm to hold onto his, then jumped, vaulting herself up and below his limb, treating him like monkey bars. Her intentions here were simple, but hopefully effective to make him loosen grip; her right heel was beared, ready to slam into him with much greater force than her usual strikes. Of course, if she weren't a Hyuga, it would do much more in general, but this was still a kick to the face, the legs being the stronger part of the body, and the face being the most vulnerable. If he lets go before she can do any of this, she can fling herself off of him at the last second to cover some distance between him, then formulate a better plan then. If she does succeed here, though, she'll most likely try and copy his move of grappling her, then try and trip him over with her own sweep. All that being said, though, she of course, had no way of knowing what he could do next, but she saw these as her two best options for now.

Under the heat of the moment the boy was surprised at his successful grapple. Elated at his success as he was fresh out of the academy, he hadn't imagined himself taking on a Hyuga by himself. At least not yet with his experience. He held on as tightly as he could however she somehow squirmed through. Her slim body able to weave her way throughout the battle field, unsuccessful in his anticipation of having her make contact with the floor. As she flipped through his grasp, her leg able to make contact with the top of his face, simply startling him and leaving a moderate bruise to his nose, nearly breaking it. He was a few hits away from being beaten as the momentum from her kick definitely had added strength to her attack. Disgruntled he attempted to find another opening after the attack.

Though she was agile, as Genin they still left a lot of openings amongst each other. She may have had the talent of taijutsu on her side but they were both still very much inexperienced. With still much too learn and mostly acting on a yet to develop instinct. The boy found the opening following the kick as she seemed to try to fling herself from his own body. He quickly used the arm she had used mid-vault and pushed his elbows inward as to throw her off balance in her attempt to shift her momentum. This would allow him the chance to go for two powerful strikes, the first one aiming at the top of her head and second going for her cheek. If at least one of these landed the boy knew he would be doing some formidable damage. Definitely leaving them in a similar state of damage.

His heart was racing at the excoriation. His first fight since his graduations and here he was fighting a Hyuga in the middle of the jungle. If she were to win he’d sure hope she help in escorting him back to the village as he would do for her if he had ever won. Though for now he was too fixated and the fists now torpedoing at the young Hyuga’s head. Bearing no mind to her gender or her class he was giving this fight the most he could, especially in this state. He wouldn’t fall without at least exchanging a hit or two with a Hyuga.

To Xiang's pleasant surprise, her attack landed flawlessly, heavily bruising the boy's nose despite the fact she was physically weaker than most. It was the face though, so it was pretty acceptable in this case. She heard the small crunch of his nose caving in slightly, and cringed a bit at thought she might have broken his nose, though she definitely would have helped him after the fight if it was really bad. For now, she was happy to have made up for how little damage she did earlier, a grimaced smile crossing her face once more. The anger that had started to bubble subsided for the time being, making her a bit calmer as she started to use his body to fly off of him. That's when she'd get yet another unexpected turn of events to experience today.

Being a Genin just so happened to break her very temporary pedestal, as she was still kind of bad at hiding her patterns. Everyone can learn something everyday, and she had a lot of her life ahead of her, so there wasn't much she could do at the current moment. Yet this still would not convince her to stop being upset when he noticed her flaw and pulled his elbow inwards. This threw her off considerably, and straight into him, getting a sharp, slightly scared yelp out of her. Before she knew it, his fist was flying towards her, and there was nothing she could do to stop it. The only solace out of this was that her body weight was going to be forced onto him as he jerked her aside like that, but that wasn't really much considering this was going to do a lot. Both of his aimed hits landed, making her recoil a bit as her body fell on top of his. It left a considerable mark, the skin almost having broken from them too, leaving large bruises on her pretty face. She should have been done there, in all honesty, but she laid weakly on him for a moment, eyes opening and closing as she neared unconsciousness.

"...No...not like this...after all your hard work, you're not going to really give into this, are you?" Xiang simply groaned to herself, shakily pulling herself up, sitting on top of him, barely pinning him down with her legs by the chest, breathing raggedly. "This should be NOTHING to a Hyuga. Show him your true might...you're not just some doll to toy around with! Bring your true power out, now!" What she didn't realize was that this was her father's voice speaking to her. Some flashback from the times she used to train with him. Of all times, it came back here...and while she had a distaste for him for petty reasons, it was another realization for her that he couldn't ignore both him, and her inner strength anymore. Ruthlessness was in her blood.

Body recovering considerably quick, her eyes tensed down on Sachi's, as the nerve clusters along her head finally decided to form fully, her eyes going white. With a shout at the bit of pain she felt from the awakening, she used that and her blown fuse to finish this, to claim her victory, striking at Sachi's neck and forehead with her fingertips, unintentionally using true Juken. It was not as effective as a honed version would be, of course, but this was a spur of the moment thing, no doubt only the beginning of an onslaught if she didn't stop herself. If she hadn't who knows what would have happened. But it was clear to them now...

The Heir came to her own.

Admiring her speed and agility he had doubts his little ruse would work but the window of opportunity had presented itself so beautifully that he need to take the chance. To his surprise, it worked! His fist went torpedoing to the girls face, landing a clean blow and knocking her. However the imbalance in the pair’s combat tactis would bring her tumbling towards the young Senju. Her lightweight body atop his, barely bothered by both the force of the fall and the girl’s own weight. Knocking just a little air out of his lungs as her legs laid on his chest.
“It worked?” was the only thought running through his mind throughout the ordeal “How did it work? How it hit?” he eyes fixated above the clouds as the girl moaned in pain. Having yet to realize their positions his little gray eyes darted about the forest trying to make sense of the somewhat blinding speed of the things that had just happened. His admirable fortitude leaving him quite unharmed he didn’t realize the weight of the girl on him as he leisurely moved his hands to his center so as to intertwine his fingers and enjoy the blue skies. To his surprise he was welcomed to the touch of a soft and warm surface. Had he been running a fever all of a sudden? For that heat to emanate from his chest was too worrying so he quickly looked down to see what could be the problem.
Red faced and now blushing. He had undoubtedly just placed his hands on her legs and was shaken at the thought of disrespecting the Hyuga. The boy put his hands out as if to signify the misunderstanding, mistaking the look on her face as one directed at his perceived perverted act.
“I-I-I’m sorry Miss Xiang! I-I didn’t meant to! I-It w-w-was an accident!” his confusion and reluctance to move an inch widened the girl’s opportunity to attack as her chakra infused hand missiled straight at him. Unleashing a powerful jolt of chakra from her fingertips and onto the chakra points on his forehead and chest. The last sight before falling unconscious was that of the white eyed vixen, having unlocked her dojutsu.
The thoughts running through his head were quick but well made. Realizing at the last second that she hadn’t fought with her gifted because she hadn’t developed them yet. A final smirk painted his face as he came to realize.
“I helped her get her eyes”
Immediately followed by the loud snores that accompanied his knockout as he fell unconscious.
