Mission description: A strange creature was spotted rampaging around Iwagakure a few days ago, several reports have come in. The creature only seems to appear at night. It is around 2 meters tall, hairy and very strong and fast. Walks and runs on two legs. Find it, catch it, kill it.
Mission details: You will not find the creature. It will find, and attack you! The creature is on average as strong as a B rank shinobi, it has sharp claws and is very strong and fast. After defeating the creature, it will release a large puff, and reveal it was all just a very high rank transformation technique. You will then catch, or if you want; kill the shinobi. Killing is not advised as he's indeed an Iwa nin. He rampaged around because he lost control over the technique. Required wordcount is 1500.

General Appearance: A fairly tall, and pretty thin person. Black spiky short hair. Iwa vest. Green eyes.
Personality: Generally a nice guy. A bit shy and scaredy.
Motivations: Wants to protect his family.
Fears: The technique he uses, he's afraid he'll lose control.
Other: Has a high-level transformation thing that turns him into a creature that is most easily described as a werewolf. In this form, he's about 3 meters tall, and has very long arms that he can move far faster than most shinobi. His claws are on average as sharp as kunai, and his teeth are 10-15 centimeters long, also as sharp as kunai.

Seeing as though they are going to be fighting a B-Rank shinobi, make a template for that shinobi and I'll review it again.

It's a transformation jutsu, but a high ranking one; the user actually gets the properties of the transformation. Sure.
