He found himself wondering why he on his way to these docks to board a ferry to the surrounding islands a specific one in fact but the message was relayed to him by messenger bird so he had no say about it if it was a trap or not. It been two days since he officially gave Genbu a proper burial place one where his soul can forever rest in peace and honor that of his friendship. But today was indeed a new day filled with a new task and the first one was wondering why was he summoned he did nothing wrong so he doubt it was for that reason but if it was a trap he was prepared for anything even his death. He decided to change it up in honor of his new rank and actually put something on instead of walking around shirtless as he did for the past couple years a dark blue sleeveless jacket was put on with no shirt underneath that came with a white fur like hoodie. He wondered why he even had the hoodie a person like him did not fear the cold the rest was the usual black parachute pants and the usual shinobi footwear giving his feet air but also constricting his toes together not allowing him to wiggle them whenever they sweaty between each toe. With the bright sun shining down upon him it had seem he reached his destination and to his surprise a ferry was waiting for him only one as the rest of the place was dead empty walking towards the dock the captain of the ferry seemed annoyed as if Burittsu came a tad late or in his case late beyond the time for acceptance.

“Are you Burittsu Yuki? If so get on been waiting for you for awhile now I thought you weren’t going to show even..”

Burittsu raised one eyebrow in curiosity as the ferry driver even knew his name something was up and he had the chance to simply turn back and never return but he felt it as if he was being pulled by his own desires to see what was really going on. He had a lot of answers about everything but no one ever seemed to have the correct answers he was looking for not Yasou who always speaked in cryptic language or teacher who left him long before the rank of Chunnin. Once more he was on his own to make a choice and with that he took one step boarding the ferry as the captain gave him a confirmed nod and started up the vehicle taking him out into the open water heading for an island. He only been out the islands once and that is where he met Yasou and nearly died once again it was like a game but three strikes and this time Burittsu could be out of the game forever sitting motionless as the ferry continued to bounce up and down on the surface of the water he only processed everything that could happen once he sets foot off the ferry.

As to who would greet him or who would try to kill him if not the killing the part he had questions that needed to be answered thinking about it now he was surprised that he did not die on his first time out of the village he was bleeding out and woke up in a prison cell probably a week or two later he wondered who kept him alive the whole time. Indeed personal questions were needed but it would be possibly nice if he got off and saw Yasou ready to greet him it had been sometime now since they saw each other probably put a smile on his face too. Ten minutes had came and gone as they reached their destination and the ferry driver simply looked over his shoulder as a signal to Burittsu that he reached the land and it was time for him to get off and so he did that bowing his head in respect to the male before getting off. Looking over his shoulder the ferry was already departing as a roar from the forest snapped his attention back facing the island in those moments he looked around staring hard at what seemed as nothing.

“Something's in there..”

The ferry would quickly pass through the water passed the ruins of an old stone bridge. It appeared the bridge had been blown to bits at some point as if to keep something from leaving. As it neared halfway to the island the ferry would kill its motor and glide along silently. The ferryman cautious about something as a fog bank enveloped them. The ferry would glide through the waters basically blind for a minute until it thumped up against the shore. The moment it came to a stop the ferryman would hit the crank for the chain to pull him back with the ferry. It would barely give Burritsu enough time to hop off onto the shore before the ferry faded back into the mist. Something about this island didn't keep even the passage there open. The man refused to spend more than a single moment there. The air itself was cold and felt of moisture dripping off of everything. The forest covering the island seemed to be mostly dead tree's all intertwined with dark branches. Almost like they were trying to tear each other down. If anything the forest looked starved. There was but one pathway leading into its depths. A wide road that seemed recently repaved as if to be inviting and yet it almost seemed to breath like a great beast slept at the end of that road.

Around him something in the fog skittered rapidly passed to his left. Another skittered to his right and he would catch the faint glimpse of a spider. However it wasn't a small thing in the sand but near the size of a hound. Again one skittered nearby him into the forest. A whisper could be heard in the mist around him as if to prompt him forward. "Our guest? ,,,,Yes our guest....Burittsu Yuki is our guest not food. Go down the path to master Burittsu Yuki. Goooo now." It was a whisper and yet others seemed to meet it. The island itself seemed to urge him down that one road and it was the only clear path to take. Should he progress down it he would enter into a grim world indeed. The branches still intertwined above and around him cutting out a great deal of light as the fog seemed to limit visual aid by up to a good ten meters. It would only part once he reached the end of the treeline. The road moving up a small hill into a garden with a hedge maze and gargoyle statues. Behind it stood a rather large estate. The manor towering several stories with a clock tower in the center. The windows were dark except in the main entrance which seemed lit by torches. The light of the fires flickering within.

Again behind him several large things would skitter back and forth urging him on. Yet before he could take a step he would feel it. There was something wicked within that manor. A being far less human than anyone he had met. It was like death was watching him and waiting. Still the whispers urged him forth and should he make it that far the garden would almost seem to stretch forth at his passing. Beautiful assortments of flowers seeming to almost lean towards him as if hungry. Near the end of the garden a venus fly trap would snap shut over a single tiny spider as it began to consume it. Feeding on its dismay. This island was far from wholesome and yet it bid him towards the double doors ahead. If he stepped up to them he would see a pair of redwood doors with lion head knockers on them. Should he knock on the knocker it would leave a loud echoing noise as if the entire island heard his announcement. Slowly the doors would part and reveal an entry way. A small hallway leading into a room with spiraling stair cases moving up to each floor. On the bottom floor across from him though the door was cracked and light shone through. A haunting tone filled the air faintly like a violin playing from beyond the grave. Behind that door was the ballroom. A long, wide hallway with an incredibly high ceiling held up by lines of white pillars over a checkered floor with a red carped down the middle to a throne on a raised floor at the end. The windows were painted glass depicting ancient battles but at the other side of the room standing by the throne was Sero. Standing in dark pants with a grey shirt and silver long coat open in the front. Boots covered his feet and his hair was tied back in a pony tail. In his hands he held the violin and bow as he played that haunting melody. Waiting for Burritsu to arrive.

Seeing the large spider head into the forest it was clear that this was the same place that Yasou took Burittsu for their lunch the large spiders all seemed to familiar and still startled the shinobi as it back then in the kitchen. He couldn’t tell if the spider was his guide to the person who summoned him or his guide to death himself but he had no time for questions quickly walking down the only path that presented to him. As he was quickly swallowed by the darkness of the forest walking the path but also losing his line of sight his vision seemed to grow limited in this forest. Something was off about the island in general as the sunlight was completely blocked off by these branches something more powerful did reside on the island something for good reason as he continued to his walk it felt as if he was basically blind walking around a maze walking into his doom or his salvation. In a quick moment he found himself squinting and covering his eyes as the bright light from above introduced itself to his eyes hurting them but also revealing them the world that he entered a world which was darker than his own but it had a unique character to it indeed. Looking behind him he could only see the beating glowing eyes of the creatures who followed him all the way through as he went into the light it seemed the rest of the way was all he had to go but what did catch his eyes was the maze and from there the house all unique in their own way.

He was on foriegn land but yet it was in the territory of the village it was part of it in all honesty and it made him only wonder if shinobi from the village literally lived way out here away from civilization until called upon he could use the distance from everyone but his only priority was to make sure he showed the utmost respect to whoever owned this island. Turning around to the beating eyes that hid in the dark he bowed to them in a sign of appreciation before turning his back to them and heading down the path that led to what seemed look like a large man made maze using nature and beauty together to make such a puzzle. He thought only the ones who could be calm and wise could figure out the path so indeed he took his chance and entered walking around the maze. Burittsu ended up finding himself stuck in the maze for about ten minutes to the point he grew curious enough to wonder if climbing to the top of the maze would be an easier task he was a shinobi after all but he needed to show respect he was a guest and did not want to harm the plants of the host. Let alone have him seek those beast of the forest on him even he knew that he was outnumbered and thought of him dying on a island by large spiders was not on his list he had plans and he needed to see them through and so he did walking through the dense maze until finally reaching the end.

As another task stood in front of him a plant but not any plant one who swallowed its prey and melted them from the inside with the acid it contained he had to be careful with each step he took as he began to hug the wall of the maze. The key was to take it slow watching the plant every step of the way but this plant wasn’t stupid it seemed ready following Burittsu as he took every step closer and closer to the actual end of the maze which was the stairs that led to the door of the mansion. He was patient but it was obvious the plant wasn’t as Burittsu reached the end the plant turned facing him fully as if it had all the time in the world to kill and devour the shinobi as if it was waiting for the outcome of what would happen behind the door. Placing his foot on the step a loud creaking sound would present itself each step he took until he reached the front door greeted by two large knockers in one knock that shook him by surprised the echo was heard bouncing off the walls from inside the house resonating a loud noise that probably woke everyone in a hearing range.

The doors responded by opening up letting him making it seem easy but what happened next took the male by surprised a melody being played from within was something he did not except as he creeped in the mansion the sound came from behind a door which led the male down a long beautiful hallway into more mysterious settings of the mansion. He ventured into the mansion deeper following the sound of the melody but looking all around him as it seemed whoever lived here was most likely wealthy beyond Burittsu’s understanding. The melody grew louder but it still remained a soft tone and that where it came from behind another door which Burittsu pushed open slowly and calmly as it fully opened up he was introduced to male in such unique and different clothing such clothing that seemed foreign to the shinobi. Bowing his head in a sign of respect to the male and giving him a greeting he only felt his heart began to bump and thrust in his chest as if this was a different form of being that resided in the lands of Kirigakure one who did not care when it came to taking another life.

“Burittsu Yuki now present thank you for inviting me..”

As Burritsu entered the main room he would see Sero standing there in his visage in the dim reflection of the window in front of Sero. Grey eyes seemed to watch him without blinking an without expression. His steps would seem to echo in the hall as he moved to the sound of the violin echoing. A tune that almost pulled at the soul and yet even as he moved closer behind Sero, before he spoke thunder flashed outside at the start of another storm. It seemed like the world was filled with a low growl from something inhuman and as the light flashed on the reflection for that moment it seemed like Sero had three red eyes watching him with his face pulled back in a snarl. The feeling like Burritsu could be consumed at any moment filling the room and the light from the torches flickered and dimmed in that second. The flash of light faded and once more Sero appeared normal in the reflection and the torches returned to normal. However even as the world returned to as it should be one thing remained. This close to Sero, Burritsu could still feel that sensation like he was prey. Like a predator wished to rip open his ribs and eat his beating heart.

As Burritsu spoke the music stopped harshly as a string broke on the violin. It snapped across Sero's fingers and yet he did not flinch nor did it leave a mark. As silence fell it was filled with the sounds of dozens upon dozens of whispers inaudible from the shadows and the ceiling. Burritsu would barely be able to make out a horde of spiders crawling about if he were to look. They whispered among each other in a thousand voices. All echoing over each other and sounding excited and hungry. However the moment Sero shifted and turned all the whispers would cut short in an instant. Sero would look Burritsu over with his gaze seeming to look through the boy. Those grey eyes were like unto those of the dead. Empty inside and yet they shifted and stared into Burritsu's eyes. One could wonder if Sero really could see the soul and if he did, what did he want with it? Still he would tilt his head and hold up the violin and bow. Both of them fading away into mist before reforming as a single scroll.

Sero would open the scroll by cutting the seal with a dark crimson nail. Like a blood stained blade slicing through it with ease. He unrolled it where he stood before looking at it and then Burritsu. Comparing the visage of the man against his identification documents. Once satisfied he would allow the scroll to roll up and it to would fade to mist. When he stepped forward it would seem almost like his feet hardly moved and yet he would glide across the floor with the grace of a phantom. Almost as if he were actually floating. The thunder crashed against the outside and again the lights flickered. If Burritsu looked at their reflection again he would see himself standing next to this dark, dripping thing with long dark arms reaching out to him. A dozen of them reaching to grasp him hungrily. Once more the reflection was gone and only Sero stood next to him again. Walking or rather floating around him as if studying him or deciding where to take the first bite. It wasn't until he spoke that the world seemed to dim of color. The room darkening at his very words. A cold sound against a cold night.

"Yuki....Burritsu. Recently made special jounin. I have taken an interest in this promotion due to your history. It appears a member of my clan, one I frown upon the very name of, took you under his wing. I wish to know if you are worthy of this rank as well as attempt to rid you of any bad habits my clan member may have instilled. Take a seat and stay a while Mr. Yuki. I have many questions."

With that as Sero passed in front of him circling him once more one moment it would be an empty floor and as Sero passed where once had been nothing a wooden table with candles now stood with two wine glasses placed on it and a cushioned chair on either side. Made from the dark wood outside and carved with the images of men and women attempting to crawl up it away from some pit depicted at the bottom towards some heaven at the top of the back. Mingled in with the people were monsters attempting to tear them down. The table itself was carved to depict some battle between angel and demons and yet among the angles a couple demons fought alongside them. Killing their own kind for some sort of redemption. Sero would step to Burritsu's side and hold up a pale hand indicating or rather insisting for him to sit before settling himself. Above them the spiders would part and one rather large spider would lower on a thread with a bottle of red wine. Pouring some into each glass. It appeared this spider could easily consume a man if not a horse and yet it wore a mask. A typical Oni mask with a smile that Burritsu would see as it seemed to nod to him before fading back into the ceiling. To Sero this was common place and he did not mind. He would lift his own glass and swirl it, smelling it a moment before he drank the red liquid. To anyone watching it was very much like he were drinking blood. Still he would set his glass down. Allowing the spider to lower and refill it before retreating up to its web once more.

"First I suppose I am curious. What was your impression of Wolfgang?"

It had all happen in a blink of an eye to Burittsu he watched as he string snapped to the male turning around and actually acknowledging the shinobi he remained quiet as always seeing where this would play out. And it all just unraveled his name was known to this stranger who he did not know anything about he felt as if this was some sort of test before his life was taken from him. Looking closely at the male it was nothing but a darkness even Burittsu could not understand he doubt anyone else could either unless if you were the Mizukage who knows all the shinobi’s especially those with a presence like this that stalks behind them every moment. He felt pressured in fact but it was only a mere question or more that was going to be asked so he decided why not.

He needed to Feel comfortable and be himself but remain on the respectable side by not pushing things over the edge resulting in spilled blood. As this shinobi made his rounds around him in mere seconds as if it was some sort of magic chairs and a table appeared etched with markings that Burittsu had no time to get dazzled and amazed by seeing. But to him the drawings on the table felt as if that was his life trying to come from an unholy place climbing to the top fighting waves of monsters off just so he could reach true peace indeed he was deep into his mind telling himself a story. As for his attention it was gone for a split second but once more submerged back onto the surface at a sight of a grinning spider mighty large one in fact as it seemed to have a mask upon its face or head whatever he would call it.

It was only respectful for him to return the gratitude bowing his head to the beast showing his sign of respect and in hopes they recall him being such a pleasant and respectable shinobi they do not try to kill him if he makes it out of the building. His glass was full as he watched his host take a good whiff of the wine and begin to drink. As he picked up the glass itself he casually leaned his head back taking several large gulps finishing the drink that was given in a mere matter of seconds.

Placing the glass back on top of the table slowly and gently sliding it closer to the middle the male put all his focus to his host and the one question that seemed to be easily brought up was about his teacher. What he took from all this was simple the two came from the same clan but Wolfgang as always probably did something to this guy who was now sitting in front of Burittsu. Before even answering he looked towards the door from which he came in knowing this was something bigger than he needed on his plate for mere time but one wrong move could spell certain death if he was anything like his teacher.

“Wolf.. I can feel his goals and attentions he was my sensei and probably still is if I can ever find him again he wanted to help me and make me a better shinobi but he didn’t do that due to the fact.. I ended up in a cell.. Sorry i’m off track you asked for my impression on the shinobi I spend little time with him as it is so to me he seems like a genuine shinobi with a dark past like the rest of us.. When it comes to dark paths I like to think we all have our secrets..”

Taking a deep breath he only began to wonder if this type of answer was suitable but he did ask a direct question which deserved a direct answer he felt the confidence. As it burned hot around his chest or so he thought as it cool be the wine that was given from the kind hearted spider he only had one choice as it seemed and it was to play nice. Especially with a threat as this indeed he could only imagine if said something wrong how bad could this turn out and if this male would decide to even up the scores. It would have been Burittsu to take the heat for his teacher now even he himself began to wonder himself if his teacher truly cared to stick around.

Sero would watch in silence without a hint of emotion on his features as the young man would pull up a seat. He could not taste the wine but he was told it was a charitable vintage to the pallet. Pulled from the wine cellar below. Another collection of his fathers and thus aged his entire life. The bottle polished so as not to let any of the old dust or webs from below contaminate the contents. Still he would pay attention to how the boy emptied his glass with almost a sense of envy. He wondered what it was to taste. To feel something in this world. He had read of the soothing sensations of a cold drink on a dry throat. The sense of a starving stomach or a filling meal. Oh what it must have been to sit before him and drink of wine many men would pay to collect. If anything Burittsu was a vessel for his enjoyment for the time. What lack luster it was for him to simply down the drink like a cheap vodka instead of savoring it. Sero actually felt a little cheated at the interaction. Still he would remain patient for the time being.

Still Sero would hold his own wine glass and sip at it hopelessly as once more he could not even feel if it entered his mouth. Practice however kept it from spilling out as he swallowed again. Still it was time now for the boy to respond to his inquiry. A question about his mentor and one time enemy of Sero's. After all he was a clan member and regretfully the previous clan head. The man when Sero had known him was a beast with little self control. The idea that he could take a student that would survive him had interested Sero and now he wished to measure this man himself. Still he was not prepared for the male to leave it so vague. One easily took in things when spending time among others. Moods, habits, vulnerabilities. None of which were mentioned. The suggestion that they all had dark secrets however as if it excused any behavior that Wolfgang might of had brought a low rumble to the room. The lights seemed to dim as if being smothered and the spiders scurried out of the room as darkness seemed to envelop the walls. The door he had entered merely an outline in the shadow. Thunder peeling outside the windows offering a hint of light as Sero spoke. That momentary flash of light making his grey eyes crimson with a third eye watching before once more the flash faded and his eyes were grey once more.

"Wolfgang is a violent man in my experience. He leans to responding with anger first, acting on it whenever possible and the doom of anyone in his path was promised if they were weaker than he. That is the shinobi I remember that wished my head removed from my neck. Tell me, are you still an agent of his or are you to be your own man?"

It was a dangerous question. Suggesting he was loyal to Wolfgang was in this case suggesting he also would attempt to murder Sero given the chance. It was painfully obvious that Sero did not take kindly to attempts on his life. Still he would watch him with the shadows almost hiding the world around them. Mist forming over the windows and slowly blocking out what little light there was outside like a rising tide. The flickering light of the torches almost on the brink of extinction providing what little light they could provide under the pressure of Sero's temper. Even Burritsu would begin to feel like the air was thicker around him. Like each breath felt heavy on his lungs. An answer was expected of him and Sero watched with little to no patience. Depending on his answer this could easily be curtain call. The storm outside like a battle beyond sight. A crimson colored nail sharpened like a claw would scratch against the glass in Sero's hand as he dragged it across the bottom. An idle behavior to display how little he cared to wait for a response.

Looking at the male sip on his drink only brought a smile to his face as he did feel comfortable around the male as if he had a chance he could understand him. But the it was weird of him asking about his sensei as if they were friends before probably was and since the lack of seeing his own teacher around probably brought a curiosity in this stranger. Watching his empty glass as he looked up looking around for the generous spider with the bottle full of wine but it had seem it was nowhere to be seen. He slipped out a sigh looking at his host but what came with this look he gave the male was something out of this world he now was working on himself but something about this male peaked his interest. A low rumble startled him that he would admit to anyone as the door he came through seemed to grow further from him by the looks of it not only that but the light in the room itself began to dim around him and his host.

He continued to look around until actually capturing a quick glimpse of the mass amount of spiders scurrying out the room if the creatures which served his host left the room in mere seconds something was about to happened. His face at that moment lost all emotion as if it was a blank canvas trying to understand things faster than needed he thought it was probably the wine that he took to the head even he knew he wasn’t the type to drink unless a certain event occurred. It was probably only a matter of time until the dizziness set in and he tried not to crack grin let alone a smile at the host which himself seemed to sit with the highest prestige but even Burittsu knew that everyone had been in his shoes at one point.

And from those experiences alone they each chose a path that led them to being who they are Wolfgang told him the story about how he lost his arm to one of his students. It felt as if there was something the male wanted Burittsu to say something that wished for him to spill about his teacher like a weakness or something he really didn’t understand so he decided to mind his business and just play nice and answer anything that was to come out the male's mouth truthfully. The lighting hit his eyes making him squint a tiny bit but his focused was still on his host as in a mere second he saw the demon from within his host crimson eyes pierced his glare three of them in fact. Now he knew for himself this male was on a completely other level but he couldn’t seem to hold back a grin revealing his teeth to his host as the lighting hit once more. And his pupils themselves reverted back to their original colors but it wasn’t over yet it seemed the male's mouth began to move and Burittsu knew the second question would come through hearing the male’s question about how his teacher was a beast and a cold one at that.

“I am both to be honest with you I do what I see fit but when it comes to training the man teaches me things I never knew. So for your answer to this question regarding the fact you decided to bring up his past does not concern me and will not affect me in my future. Im his student and I will respect him but the choices I make are all on my own. It might sound mixed up and confusing but a person like you most likely understands where I am coming from I hope…You said he tried to snatch your head off your neck correct well go settle that between him I got my own agenda to do.”

Raising one eyebrow his eyes seemed to stare off into a window but he was looking into nothing the nature he saw outside was now gone the window itself blocked by a looming mist from the outside as the storm roared loudly. Burittsu sighed for a mere second as he thought he seemed to strict but he was only being himself as the scratching sound of the window caught his attention forcing him to look back his host with a questioning face. Bowing his head to the male in a sign of respect that he did not mean anything about it but he saw no point for this encounter to turn south when he had his own problems of his own to handle.

“By the way what’s your name since you know mine so much..? And can I get another taste of that wine?”

Sero would watch the young man before him begin to grin in his presence and his eyes would narrow. Oh how so many trembled and whimpered. How easily they knew their position with him. Yet there were those he had met that were different. Brave or foolish few had stood before him and grinned of all things. Thinking themselves safe or capable. It was an illusion brought on by the thought that they had true power. The idea that because no one had bested them in the past that they held some hidden potential. Or perhaps they trusted in the sanity and restraint that another Kiri shinobi would surely have. After all what sane minded shinobi would grow violent over something as small and insignificant as a grin? Indeed even Sero did not lurch forward to remove the boys head though it crossed his mind. Some restraint was within him as he sat there waiting for another response. However his mood had shifted and he was ready to turn on the boy in a moments notice. He would not be ignored. His nature was one of an apex predator. To refuse to recognize it was foolish and given time even Burritsu would learn this.

Still Sero would tilt his head and listen. The boys response was filled with a certain amount of gusto he had not expected. Furthering the bravery or stupidity of the grin. His words seemed to echo across the hall and his tone was less than, or entirely lacking of, any form of a respect. But of course this young man new little of where he was or whom he spoke to. As he finished speaking and bowed his head. Speaking of not knowing who Sero was and wishing for more wine. As if the liquid would excuse his courageous outburst. With a breath Sero glanced down at his glass idly. Over his right shoulder mist would gather before suddenly shooting forward and stopping just in front of Burritsu's chin. The mist peeling away to reveal a bastard sword hovering over Sero's right shoulder. The blade a mere inch from slicing flesh and black as night. Simply hovering in the air between them. Poised like it was ready to strike. Sero would finish his wine before setting down the glass and his grey eyes shifted back to Burritsu. Looking him in the eyes before speaking once more in a calm and cold tone.

"My name is Osada Sero Jr. Head of the Osada clan and captain of the hunter nin. The Mizukages guard captain. I did not reach such a position by birthright alone. I urge you to consider your words and tone before you speak. Regardless of your agenda you were his student and he was my clan member. If you have something to prove it can wait until after our meal."

With that the sword would seem to pull back and fade away in a wisp of mist. The mist covering the windows would roll away and the torches would return to life. Once that was done more large spiders in smiling Oni masks came forth and placed a plate in front of either of them. A salad with a near rare steak. Wine was repoured and Sero would lean forward. Cutting into his steak he ignored the salad and began to eat small bite sized chunks at a time. Sero would sit in silence then as he ate until the steak was gone and he would sigh contentedly. It was wonderful as far as he knew since he could not taste any of it. Still he would steal glances at his would be dinner companion and study him. Would he grow more interested at the brave display.

He was shook in all honesty as this was the answer he was treated too from the mist was a hidden blade as that of an assassins one that was to close for the comfort of Burittsu but he did not move only to remain motionless. As it was obvious this host whoever he was was not fond of the answer that was given he only thought what a waste it would be to die on a island as the last people that ever saw you was a shinobi and a ferry driver. Not to mention the creatures of the forest and now the house it was all happening so fast as he tried to contain his composure underneath his skin taking a deep breath.

It had seem something about the male and his teacher most likely went deeper than some attempted murder as if they actually had a history together well had being a strong word to describe the type of treatment that he is giving Burittsu. It was hostile territory that he was swimming in something he tried to avoid but this time he was deep in and now the male considered him to be a threat the one with only one friend and surrounded by the death of others he knew. The weapon was as black as night but sharp enough to cut off the head of any beast who dared test it’s edge his eyes did not struggle to look around out of this situation.

Only towards one direction and that was to his host the man who invited him to the island for whatever reason it was as if he was the venus flytrap that was outside. Waiting and waiting until it’s prey came forward stepping into its reach and snapping down instantly killing it slowly from inside as it drained it juices out. What caught his attention was the male finishing his glass of wine as set it down on the table as he now had the full attention of Burittsu it seemed he was now ready to speak to the male. Which was actually pleasant due to the fact he finally told the male his name and how he reached of his rank and who he served in the meantime. What caught his attention was that mentioned that they were part of the same clan him and Wolfgang something he had never knew a clansmen attempting to kill another clansmen.

He never heard of something as vile and twisted as that but it still was not any of his concern the Captain of The Hunter Nin Force was in his presence and it seemed like he was ready to defend his life to the bare minimum. He spoke about something to happening after the meal and with that in mere seconds the sword on its own retreated giving Burittsu enough breathing space to think about what did this shinobi named Sero actually want with an outcast like him. The smiling creatures quickly returned placing plates and refilling glasses and quickly left as fast as they came leaving the two once more while fresh meat and stirred up vegetables were separated out one set for him the other for Sero. Burittsu continued to look at the male before even trying a taste of the meat as he took a fork and pressed down firmly on a piece of the steak cutting it off with only the blunt end instead of using an actual knife.

He quickly stabbed the cut off piece and placed it in his mouth chewing and savoring all the flavor as his mouth began to water and he began to sweat it had been sometime since he ate from an actual plate. Let alone been sometime since he had been shown an actual meal that didn’t involve him out in the wilderness eating what he could find just as before the steak was gone. All devoured in a matter of moments something so good to him did not need to be savored but destroyed as he nearly choked quickly grabbing the wine and chugging it down his throat to cure him of the dryness. Giving a cough or two he finished off what was left of the wine and looked down at the salad plate and looking back at the male ignoring the greens that sprouted up on the plate.

“I’m not fighting you just to make it clear with you I thank you and respect you but I see no reason for you to think i’m hostile I can care less what you do to Wolfgang. But Lord Sero you seem to have invited me here for more than a lecture on the type of person my former teacher is as if you’ve been waiting on me. A shinobi with nothing but himself and his determination to become something bigger in this cold world. I do apologize for my tone earlier with you due to the fact you know him better than me and probably anyone else but if you are willing to stoop to his level and attack someone weaker than you so be it.. From my point of view it should be him answering to your wrath not me..Thank you for the invitation..”

Standing up pushing the chair back slowly Burittsu bowed to the male and clapped his hands together for which he pushed his chair back in and headed towards the door. This Sero character was on a different level fighting a man like that before he himself could be ready for such a battle was suicide he couldn't even hold a candle to the man. Let alone a kunai the thrill of battle did excite him but it was easy to see when you were outmatched and class in every way possible no matter how many chances the male gave to him the result was the same. Defeat or even death as he got closer to the door a grin upon his face continued to emerge as his blood boiled underneath under the excitement from fighting but his brain was already working on a plan just in case things continued to go down the wrong path.

“Thank you for the meal Lord Sero have a wonderful and safe life.”

Sero would watch the young man before him eat. Consuming his meal with a gusto Sero would of assumed would be reserved for the starving. Perhaps the meal prepared was simply that good. Either way Sero would pick up a bite of salad and place it in his own lips before closing them and chewing calmly while he sliced along his steak. He had barely taken two bites of salad and a bite of steak when Burritsu would chug his wine and cough. Drawing Sero's attention back to him. The boy giving a speech about presuming what this meeting was for based on what he had seen. Accusing him of being willing to attack someone weaker. Nor was he wrong. Sero would slice into any man, woman or child that disrespected him. Without hesitation or mercy unless they served purpose to the village. Most did and so most got a pass but those who were wanted, those who were foolish enough to involve their families did not find a merciful eye from Sero more often than not unless his orders suggested otherwise. He did not relish in it but he would not accept anything less than respect from anyone who would stand up to him.

As for Wolfgang answering to his wrath instead it was true that he wished the man to return if only to tear him apart himself. However Wolfgang lived to this day because he had hidden any filthy activities well and as of yet Ayakashi had not put a kill order out on him. It may be hard to understand but Sero would respect the law to a point. He had the patience to wait until his moment was presented. However that was not his intention for the night. He had not brought Burritsu there simply to threaten him. Had that been the intent he would of woken in his own bed to Sero standing over him in the dark. He had been brought here to be monitored and examined. He was on a line between respectful and brash. Someone on the fence with either concept. Dangerous enough that a sway either way could predict his future. Still Sero would sip from his wine again as he was wished a wonderful and safe life as Burritsu would turn and head to the door. Not having been excused but the meeting was reaching a conclusion anyway. So Sero would speak as soon as his back was turned in a calm tone.

"What you don't seem to realize is you were the ward of a member of my clan. Your development and end result is our responsibility. If you wish it you can return here tomorrow morning to continue your training. If you do not, you release the Osada clan of any responsibility of you as you would be considered having deserted your training. Sleep on it and I will consider tomorrows result your answer and document it."

He had not intentions of stopping Burritsu from leaving but he did wish to see how the boy would react. Once more he would take a bite of steak and chew on it without joy as there was no taste as dead grey eyes watched the boys back.

The words from his host mouth entered in one ear but not exit the other fully he picked up key words that caught his attention instantly he never counted himself as one to run away from his duties. Placing his hand on the handle of the door right before pulling it would be rude to let this honorable gesture by his host go without appreciation. Letting the handle go as he closed the door slightly allowing a sliver of light to slip through the crack of the door. Sero was playing on his strings and he was playing them right giving Burittsu something he didn’t expect or was this more of a trick to getting the male right where he want him. Looking over his shoulder looking at the male eating the food he bowed with a faint smirk on his face as he returned back to the door. Opening it up and placing one foot out as the other foot remained in the room well for now anyways he did think about it and he never thought the male could be so generous especially after figuring out he was a student of the guy who tried to kill him.

“No need to think about it my mind's already made up I’ll see you in the morning once again thank you for the meal tonight.”

Walking out the door leaving the male in the room by himself he only had two things to think about the first as to why he was suddenly interested in Burittsu but the second where would he sleep. He seen the beast that served him his only concern is who he even be awake in the same place where he fell asleep or would he be looking at a army of creatures attempting to eat him whole. Looking around the building he wondered if there was any other shinobi who lived in the estate also if not this Sero character was indeed lonely and isolated probably for his own good or maybe he just didn’t like people that much. Whatever the situation was Burittsu would make due and get some rest for the upcoming morning and training with this new being he just met. Rubbing his stomach a little bit he began to think how did such creatures prepare a meal as great as that he knew people that couldn't ever produce something so wonderful. If this food was brought to someone like Yasou probably even he would grow jealous at the remarkable taste now he only wondered who taught them how to cook such a proper meal.

“That was some good food..”
