Since both of these have the same issues, I'll address them both.

The first thing I notice is that your rewards are way too high. The maximum amount of Ryo a mission can give at B rank is 310.
The second thing I consider is that the minimum word count of a B rank is 1500. In addition, travel count needs to be done separate of the mission wc, so the total round trip would be minimum 2700 which isn't too hard.
