Within about 30% of the population lies a power much greater than that which humans think they have, some think it's the soul, others simply think that we were meant to be much stronger than we are now, its origin doesn't matter however. At Rising Wolf, the students are taught how to tap into this 'magical' power. Chi comes from within and in every person lies a dormant type of chi which will be awakened through training which allows people to utilize the elements.
