Dameon

Dameon

D-rank
Dameon with his mind made up passed through the gates of the village and turned around to make sure nobody was coming after him. He wasn’t going to be leaving for good, after all his heart was with Kiri and everyone in the village. This was something that needed to be done however and he just hoped the Mizukage would understand his decision. Turning back to face the road again he took off toward where he was supposed to meet his captors. As he ran an all too familiar man appeared next to him cloaked as always in his tan clothing as he turned his head to face Dameon. The man Zeta was there alongside of him and didn’t even bother speaking a word, there was no need as he simply nodded his head knowing full well what needed to be done. It was still comforting that he wouldn’t be alone on his journey to learn as much information as he could and hopefully take down the organization from within. Dameon nodded back to the man that was only in his mind and faced the road again as he increased his speed so he could meet the Shikyo Four on time, being late could be a bad sign for the village and that was the last thing he needed. They wouldn’t dare take action against Kiri though not with the Mizukage present in the village but they also had his home village as leverage and that was something he couldn’t risk losing.

Dameon arrived at the location he was supposed to meet them and Fuyu came out from behind one of the trees along with three others. He didn’t recognize any of them though and that was just as unsettling for someone in the intelligence game. Aside from Fuyu there was a beautiful woman with blue hair, an awkwardly dressed man with red hair, and another tall muscular man with normal hair. It was funny but just by looking at them he could tell what elements they were from how they dressed and this was probably done intentionally. Fuyu stepped closer than the other two and stepped to her side so the other three were clearly visible.

”Dameon I will need you to hand me your weapons. Also, a small introduction. The big man is Dai, the other lady is Siyho, and the last one is Kanaye. You already know me and together we are the Shikyo Four. We have much to discuss and a long ways to travel before we proceed with our plan. Now hand over all your weapons and turn around, we don’t have long,” Fuyu said as she held out her hand. Dameon sighed knowing he had to comply at least for the time being. Dameon handed over the Midnight Child’s Blade as well as his pouch. When he turned around he felt cold metal wrapping around and constricting around his wrists, no doubt a wire. Dai also approached and as an added measure placed his hand against Dameon’s back.

“Please don’t try to escape I just placed an explosive seal on your back and it is set to go off at my whim or when the wire is tampered with. I have no desire to kill you,” The man said with a deep and somewhat calming tone as if there was no doubt that he was telling the truth. The man with the red hair stepped forward and drew his kunai quickly and pressed it to Dameon’s throat drawing blood that would trickle down his skin and under his shirt. The cut was very shallow but enough to get his point across. Dameon would not flinch as the man attempted to intimidate him.

“I however cannot wait to kill you. You scum of raiton should all be killed,” Kanaye proclaimed as he licked the blood off of his kunai and spit it back into Dameon’s face. Again Dameon would not flinch already prepared to handle whatever came his way. Siyho however would walk up to Kanaye and whack him upside the back of the head setting him back into his place.

“It isn’t nice to treat guests that way. Even if you hate them, besides this one is different. He is much cuter than most of the others I see running around these days,” she stated as she pushed Kanaye out of the way as if telling him to lead the way. Dia would simply shake head as he pushed Dameon in the back to get him to walk forward. They would start to head away from the village and toward the ship they had rented. Kanaye would lead them from the front, Siyho was to his right with Fuyu to his left, and Dai standing guard behind him. Dameon knew at their current pace they would not escape the village before the Mizukage got the message he had sent to her. However out of risk of giving away his intentions he kept his mouth shut even as rain clouds approached and lightly began to fall around them, slowly drenching them as they walked only a half mile or so from the port. He wouldn’t even bother trying to struggle with his binds especially with the rain now soaking the tag. If he wanted to disable the tag he needed it to be dry.

“Pick up the pace we have company on the way,” Fuyu announced to the group but they all had felt the same presence approaching. Dameon swore to himself as he was forced to run with them toward the port. He knew as fast as they were they would be caught up to. This was exactly why they had the leverage that they did. He also knew Solstice better than most. She would not make a move without talking to Dameon first to understand his intentions. She knew he would gladly die for the village but right now he had a bigger reason to live and that was to learn as much as he could. They would be reached any moment now as the boat came into view as the crew prepared the ship to depart. Fuyu would realize that they could not simply run for it as she whistled and all of a sudden he felt himself jerk to a stop as Fuyu spun him around and held a kunai to the main artery on his neck. Dai would stand to the left of them; Siyho would be behind them, and Kanaye to the right of them. It was clever but it also gave their specialties away or at least of one of them. With their formation and Siyho I the back it meant she was the support of the group. He would hold onto this information for later as they waited for the Mizukage to show herself.

There would be a light whistle though the air as the first thing that would occur before anything else would be the arrow which would fly through the air and bite hard into Dameon's back just over one of his shoulder blades, with the force capable of easily flooring the Shikyo. Following afterwards, Aya in her full war-attire would land behind them. She had spied Dameon from a distance, hiding in the shadows of the canopy of the trees from a distance away, like a hawk with her own perception at those who had not been attempting to hide were dragging off one of her Sannin, there seemed to be four of them, though, Dameon did not seem to be putting up a struggle... though, Aya had not come alone... Whether or not the Genin had come with her, on the way she had called to her ninja... and dropping around them all were several Dozen ninja in her wake, using the body flicker technique to enter the area, dropping one after the other and drawing their various weapons.

Aya was pissed.

Knocking another arrow into the bow string of changeling, she pointed it to the woman of the group... people always tended to react a little differently when you were pointing the weapon in the direction of the frail female as opposed to the stronger males of any given group. though, even through the mask she was wearing, the palpable sense of rage could be felt in the area around her. The water in the air became crisp, breaking down into mist which began to flow around them, making the air higher than knee height cold and dry in the throats that breathed it in... Aya's chakra was spiking to the point it was becoming hard for her to contain and control in its vast volumes. Assuming her surprise arrow hit Dameon, the angle it struck him would bury itself nicely, but stop on the blade of his shoulder, digging into the bone but not hurting him too much... though, she gave it a nice draw-back to punish him solely becaused she was pissed.

And she had a right to be

Looking to the group of four she stepped forward, with chakra of fire and glorious eyes she opened her mouth to speak, just looking for an excuse to free the bolt from her bow and end the life of at least one of them

"I'm going to make it reeeeal simple for all of you... let Dameon go now... Or i end all of your lives right here... right now without any recourse. I am not in the mood for games, I am not in the mood for trades, and if any of you give me so much a glimmer of a reason to bring the wrath of my entire country down on you right now, I will... Savvy? Good."

Aya spoke eyeing them down, looking for a member of their group which would speak up first. The four would likely have noticed by now that the goal of the arrow in Dameon's back should it have landed, was not simply to strike a blow to Dameon, although, that was a meaningful bonus, the arrow's head would have cut through at least one of the symbols of the explosive seal, rendering it useless as it was... and she highly doubted they would have activated it in response and impulse on the first thing to occur.

Dameon stood there defenseless as the kunai pressed into his artery through his lair of skin though the tip of the blade would rest against it not daring to cut the lifeline of the man. As the arrow flew at them the four of them were more than prepared as Dai stepped forward and extended his hand and grasped it in his fist. Blood trickled down his hand and down his wrist but no apparent sign of pain was noticeable. With the same hand he crushed the arrow and tossed it aside, the arrow head having created a decent cut along his skin but it was quickly ignored just as quickly as it had arrived. Dameon noticed this and found it a bit odd, generally someone would show signs of pain, even as trained as they were the pupils would at least react but this man had felt nothing at all. It was curious but he was already beginning to build a profile of his captors in his head. As the Mizukage appeared Dameon wanted to let her in on his plan and get her to back off but he knew right away her mood wasn’t much for listening. He could sense the other shinobi surrounding them as the moments ticked by and the others had noticed as well. This wasn’t good, this meant there was nobody in the places they had booby trapped. Dameon swore to himself under his breath knowing if he got caught in Aya’s rage he was more likely to die from her than his captors. He needed to find a way to communicate his intentions to her without the others picking up on it.

“Solstice you surprise me. I didn’t know you guys cared this much. They have rigged explosives around the village and plan to detonate them if they are interfered with. I am not worth the lives of innocent children and other bystanders. That being said you think strategically like I do. I am asking you to not come after me; they have my home village rigged to explode as well. Would you really want everything to be just a big unhappy circumstance?” Dameon said ending his words carefully as he noticed one of the members of his ANBU Corp nod his head ever so slightly like he had realized exactly what was going on. Dameon had set up certain codes for his ANBU to use covertly though he wasn’t sure if he had ever informed Aya of them, in fact he was sure he hadn’t. Dameon’s assistant walked up to Aya and stood beside her.

”Trust me. I will be fine,” Dameon said with half a smile as more blood trickled down his neck. Fuyu at this point put her hand over Dameon’s mouth to prevent any more communication as she had realized letting him continue to talk could be used to relay information. Though she was already beginning to analyze everything he had already said to ponder if he had already said something. Fuyu with a grin twisted the kunai at his neck.

“Siyho, take care of Dameon. I have something to say to the Mizukage.” Fuyu said again with a slight grin as he plunged the kunai through Dameon’s artery. Dameon began to bleed profusely but could also feel a slight warming sensation as he realized he was also simultaneously being healed of the damage that Fuyu had caused. He felt the kunai slide out as Dai moved to take hold of Dameon as Fuyu approached the Mizukage though still kept a few meters between them.

“Listen. I understand you trying to protect your valuable asset. I am sure he is a halfway decent subject to you and I apologize for having to take him away from his duty of servitude. However the four of us have spent our entire lives looking for him and everything we have done to this point, the wars, the murdering, the sabotaging, and everything else was all to get to this point. Our entire life has been dedicated to get to this point and there is nothing that will stop us from achieving our goal. You can do whatever you want but know that your actions not only affect you but the life of his, two villages, and others. Is that really worth the price of one loyal dog? We WILL kill him if we have to, we can learn just as much from his corpse as we would with him alive but for you it should not be worth the risk. If we cannot have him nobody can and we will incinerate him, the children in the academy, the people of the tea shops, and his entire village. If one of us even stops producing chakra for a moment these things will happen, a dead man switch of sorts. So I am telling you this for your own good. Let him go,” Fuyu said boldly and without a single hitch in her words and no sign of being threatened by even the might of Aya in front of her. Dameon even looked awkwardly at Fuyu wondering just how a woman like her had gotten such a massive pair of balls. It just meant that the threats were not empty at all.

Kanaye looked all riled up and excited though at the same time his expression was both serious and also amazed. He had not seen that side of Fuyu at least not for a long time and her display of boldness only made him want to kill, though he knew this was a chess game and if he fucked up too badly this standoff could be bad for everyone. Siyho continued to heal Dameon though purposefully at a slower rate and from about five meters away, she too was excited that Fuyu had done something so bold but at the same time she also knew that something was amiss. Was Fuyu trying to bait an attack? Sure Dameon would be killed and the village attacked as well but Fuyu just seemed to be more suicidal than anything.

”Solstice. Trust me,” Dameon said before Fuyu turned around to face him and Dai before nodding. He felt a thud for only a second and then all black as Dai had struck Dameon carefully in the back of the head to knock him out before he tossed him up and over his shoulder and started to walk toward the boat that would take them away from the water country. Siyho would follow closely as she continued to heal the artery while Dameon was unconscious. Kanaye and Fuyu would wait for them to get some distance between them before they both followed them away as well. To top it off Kanaye would wave back at them all as they proceeded down to the boat. Once he was sure they weren’t listening Dameon’s ANBU assistant turned to the Mizukage.

“My lord Dameon sent code when he was speaking. I would have told you sooner but they would have no doubt noticed. As per his orders the captain set up a series of ways to communicate when under distress. When the word ‘cared’ is used the last two words spoken are the message in which case he said ‘unhappy circumstance’, you then take the beginning letters of each word to form the message. In this case U and C, for us that means Under Cover. I believe the captain’s plan is to play the hostage until he can gather more Intel on them so they can be taken out when they don’t have a coward’s way out of a situation,” The man said and bowed to the Mizukage.

“With your permission I suggest we search for these explosives, my lord,” He stated again waiting for their orders.

It was mostly all a blur to Yunah, ridding on Ayakashi back with her incredible speed was almost too much to handle. However it wasn't long before they caught up with the shikyo four and dameon. Aya moved swiftly in the tree line not wasting any time as she set Yunah down and drew back her bow and arrow. And anger in her eye the made the air around her turn frigid. The ice queen truely lived up to her title. More than the wind had given Yunah chills riding here. Once ayakashi let the arrow fly, she and a lot more shinobi hopped down and the full force stood infront of the shikyo four, as yunah watched from the tree line. Too weak and small to do anything about it. Yunah gripped the handle of her sword with anger as she listened to the encounter. Curse her being small and weak. But, at least they were getting dameon back, and dameon would help solve yunah's problems. she needed him. With the thought of dameon in aya's ahnds she let out a small sigh and let go of her her handle. then she muttered to herself "It'll be alright yunah. Lady miukage has this under her power now." her own words reassured her, and she turned her attention towards the clearing.

However, as the scene progressed yunah got more and more worried. Then when it was over she watched teh shikyo four turn there backs and start walking away. Yunah couldn't move fr a moment. She was stunned. What was Aya doing? wasn't she the one who said she didn't need be assured of dameon's importance? wasn't she the one who said she would get him back. He was being dragged awya unconscious as she watched. the words escaped Yunah's lips.

"No." she muttered. her stomach churned as the memories of her sister flooded her once more, and how damen had etended his hand to help her overcome her sister. Her body began to walk forwards.

"No." her voice a bit loudeer this time as she began to pick up speed, slowly but surely, although she was unsure of her actions, then her sights focused in on the mizukage. At this point she was pushing through the crowd of shinobi.

"NO!" She yelled as she sprinted through the crowd, now gathering everyone's attention, most moved out of her way, others she had to push. It was the front line that caught her stopped her though. Holding her back from going any further, seeing that she was running towards the mizukage. Her eyes met the mizukage's, whom was already finished talking t dameon's assistant.

"no." she said one last time, pain starting to flood her gaze as well as anger. Her eye fixed on the mizukage. "What.. what are you doing?!?" she said trying to stuggle forwards attempting to get closer to the mizukage, but the men holding her wouldn't let her budge. "You... YOU SAID YOU WOULD DEAL WITH THIS!" yunah said, now shouting at the mizukage, all sense of with holding due to her title gone. "Why arn't we going after him?... Yunah knew why, because of the explosives. "And there can't be explosives!... unless their chakra can reach from here to their hideout, once they get out of range their chakra will stop reaching the explosives anyways and the bombs will be set off." Yunah said, searching for any reason, any expaination, any excuse to go after them.  She looked down at the ground her eyes beginning to burn with tears as she collapsed to the ground. "I-i.. i can't let them get away." she said, her "them" implying she was after more than one of them. More than just dameon. "i can't let her get away." she said as fully collapsing now, as one of the anbu agents picked her up again. Ayakashi had no doubt been informed of her history with the Fuuton village when she had applied to become a ninja of the village, and dameon would have likely informed her of yunah's connection with fuyu, the leader of the shikyo four, and the one who had just told aya off. So when yunah said "her" there should have been no question to whom she was talking about.

As the man before the Mizukage began to speak, Aya was already pissed off, she didn't care for his theatrics, she didn't even care for Dameon's life, what she did care for was the village, and, high ranking mercenaries taking an S rank ninja of her own lands prisoner, was not something she was going to allow to happen without a fight. There was going to be blood spilled here on some level, and it was not going to be her own... Aya needed to punch something so hard that it tore in two, and the pressure that build under her coiled fists could have advanced the process of turning coal into diamond. She didn't give a damn about them having been looking for him their entire lives, to aya, it was the lives of four, against the lives of over a million. The pittance few bombs in the locations which had been mentioned, the academy, the hospital, they were cowards' locations, locations which were meant to conjure images of 'would someone please think of the sick and the children!?' But they would fall on an icy cold heart. One that thought with all the tactical rationale of a tyrant.

Aya stepped forward, cocking her mask to a side as if to show some level of intrigue into what he had said, as it seemed that the foreign ninja had made a couple of mistakes, one of which, were Yuna not silenced by Aya's action, would have been mentioned in her following speech, beginning moments before Dameon would open his mouth to speak, Aya's advancing presence aggressively no doubt taking the larger mans' attention from knocking out the ninja. Motioning with her hands, Hunter Ninja, not under the jurisdiction of Dameon and under the command of Ayakashi, would without hesitation move rapidly to surround and block their escape route. Though it was highly likely that the ninja here would be able to tear the hunter ninja to pieces, with at least a dozen of them, it would still occupy them enough for someone as dominating as Aya to crash through their ranks like a sledge-hammer through a japanese door.

"Alright guy, I don't give a flying frick about your group or what idle threats you give, you may think for a moment that you have the cards laid out before you, that in managing to get through the village and plant a few explosives without being seen that you some-how have an advantage. But you don't, in fact, you've played into the hands of this country... of MY country. Look at the ninja around you, like vipers, poised to strike, if you detonate a single one of them, they will become frenzied, fighting harder, harsher, and more brutal than any opponent you will ever face, and there will be more... hundreds more. This whole country will hunt you down and burn the ground behind them until you all are cut to ribbons, set to the flame and scattered to the winds to satiate their own revenge. You blow the explosives, and you have no leverage, and we kill you, you don't blow them, and we still kill you. If you don't kill Dameon, he turns to end you, you kill him, and we still end you...

You've VASTLY under-estimated my resolve here you insignificant, weak, worthless, bottom feeding scum..."

Aya bit her lip hard enough for blood to pearl from her lip and across her teeth, feeling the warm, thick, liquid roll across her tongue as she swallowed, taking a breath before opening up once again.

"You also mentioned the screams of the other lightning Shikyo... that denotes attack, we have no evidence to prove that they're even alive to be held as captives, not to mention that even the greatest of all sensory ninja do not have the chakra control to see that distance, yet alone the control to activate explosives. So... in truth... you have no cards to play which will alter the course of events to your benefit... you are out-numbered six to one by the highest trained ninja force in the world, who has not only the political power and means to pin you in every country on the planet but also the willpower to follow through... you've proven through you're tactics you are little more than cowards and saboteurs, something, which not only makes me take you less seriously, but will also instantaneously ruin your reputation as mercenaries... and ... lets not forget... you are vulnerable...

So you see... I... am a FAR greater threat to you... than you are to me... "

Whether Dameons' ANBU were hesitant to join the combat or not, Aya had, had more than enough of this conversation, drawing her blade, she wanted not only the midnight childs blade back from the Shikyo four, she wanted Dameon back... The information he held could single-handedly end the city if it fell into their hands... a danger far more threatening than simply them leveling a couple of landmarks which, would only seek to end their lives faster than would already be the case. Even if it meant killing Dameon, with a heavy heart, it would be done to protect the village... Aya became the Mizukage of the Village hidden in the mist under the grounds that she would do what she had to, to protect the greater land of Mizu no Kuni, even if that meant going to war, killing those she held dear, and sacrificing few for the sake of the many.

Aya was a single motion away from launching a full scale assault, which would no doubt force the four to do little more than flee for their lives if they still wanted to escape with their captive. But even then... it would not be easy. Aya had heard what the ANBU had told her in quiet, about the code which Dameon had spoken in, should he still have relayed that message during her speech... However, the vast quantity of risks involved in letting them go, were too many to begin dealing with. Aya would give that ninja a subtle nod, for him ALONE to begin the search for the explosives... there were more than enough jounin, special jounin and other ninja in the City capable of searching... as well as the twins as renowned sensory ninja, to be able to handle that one potential specific threat... But as it stood, the chakra which was welling up within Aya's body was about ready to burst... her Demonic Ice corruption powering up to its legendary climax, knowing that at least one of them was a fire user, and that another was a water user, made it all the sweeter, as she single handedly eliminated them as zero-threats, as her ice would freeze one of their techniques, and shield her effortlessly from the others...

Leaving two.

Aya would await their response...

And they would know, that with her standing little more than three meters away from their closest member... that the next move, could very well be the last they made.

No

Prisoners.

The Four of them stopped and almost sagged their heads collectively as the other ninja blocked their path to the boat. Dai in particular wasn’t very happy as he held the body of Dameon and turned around to face the Mizukage. He was truly trying to avoid confrontation here but he Mizukage wouldn’t seem to listen to reason. If they wanted to they could at the very least kill all the hunter ninja surrounding them, not to mention the explosives. He was getting ready to protest out loud about her carelessness when Fuyu held up her hand as if reading her mind and turned around to face the Mizukage once again. Her eyes still cold and emotionless, a near match for the Mizukage herself. They were nearly to the boat only a few hundred feet to go but it was obvious that the lord of the village wasn’t about to let them go without a fight. Now she was being forced to resort to her trump card which she had been trying to avoid so that they could reveal as little information as possible. The words and insults of the Mizukage meant little to her instead she would just continue to glare into her eyes through her mask.

”You don’t get it do you? Who said we were alone?” She stated in her usual nonchalant tone and with the words she had spoken a sort of chill fell around them. As she finished her statement she reached into cloak and pulled out a scroll. Fuyu would hold it out for the Mizukage to read as she scrolled it down with her one hand letting her read it as moved from her hand and slowly toward the ground. Fuyu would take the liberty to begin to read it out loud to the rest of the shinobi that were surrounding them.

”This is a formal contract and a warrant for the apprehension of a one Dameon Shikyo of the village hidden in the mist for suspicion of treason, corruption, and the killing of the Daimyo’s men!” she announced out loud for all of them to hear as she rolled the scroll back up and turned it over so the Mizukage could see the Daimyo’s personal seal. She would then toss it to the Mizukage for her to keep.

” I keep copies. Tell me how else did you think we got into the village undetected so easily? Whose men do you think are prepared to explode those destinations at a moment’s notice? I was trying to avoid this outcome but your lack of anger management forced it out of us. We have no desire to shed blood here but we all knew how unreasonable you would be to such a warrant and would try to kill us if we served it without a crowd gathering around us. You call us cowards but we anticipated this exact outcome. You said earlier that we are mercenaries and this is still a very accurate statement. We were not paid to kill anyone we were paid to capture Dameon and to bring him to the Daimyo personally. That is, after we are done with him. Now if there isn’t anything else we will be on our way now,” Fuyu stated waiting for the confusion and frustration of the masses to settle in and as it did so Dai and Siyho continued on to the boat pushing through the few hunter ninja that had to decide between following the leader of their country or the leader of their village. Kanaye would soon follow after them onto the boat and order the captain to begin preparations to set out.

”So, are we done here or do the Daimyo’s men currently watching personally have to report the situation to him. I understand your frustration but orders are orders, if we had it our way we would have rather wiped this village off the mat and left you the ruler of nothing. Take away everything from you till you were so powerless and weak the only way out of it was to kill yourself. Some men will blindly follow you but what about the other men here with families do you think all of them would gladly oppose the Daimyo or would you be forced to kill your own men in an attempt to stop us? Perhaps you should think on it before we meet again,” Fuyu said as she turned on her heel once more and walked past the hunter ninja that were once blocking her path and onto the boat that the captain had finally begun to steer toward the main continent.

The threat of the Daimyo was enough to send Aya off the deep end, listening to their words aya struggled to hold in her absolute power, but this was the end of it all, movement and speed were powering up within her, her chakra coiling to her fist as she readied herself for war. The Hunter ninja whom she had ordered away used the body flicker technique to escape, appearing to the twins whom would give out telepathic instructions to all jounin and special jounin who were making their way around the city, upon every rooftop, along every street, upon every guard tower in order to find and dismantle the bombs within the city. With chakra sensory techniques possessed by the thousands of ninja whom lived in the country hidden in the mists, it would be a rapid ordeal. Kirigakure was strong, with the most powerful ninja in the world, a threat like this was not something that was going to take long to deal with. Those whom had planted them or were nearby would be forced to retreat as the country was onto them. The servants of the Daimyo could not risk themselves being imprisoned as the Daimyo would likely pass them off as terrorists and leave them to their execution, or expect their suicide.

Things were moving quickly.

Aya looking to them all, she would make a single hand sign which would order the hunter ninja to attack, not them, but those whom were supposedly watching the ordeal. The had given up a tragic piece of information, the location of their communications line was within eyesight of this location. And they were in the wilderness of the country, more than a hundred miles from the Daimyo compound or Kirigakure in order to set off the bombs or inform the Daimyo, and with her century of hunter ninja at her side, there was no chance a single one of these men would be getting away. The risk of the village was at stake, and Aya was not going to allow these terrorists to leave without a fight, or with the Midnight childs' blade. The hunter ninja would begin to leave, seemingly allowing them to reach their boat, clearing the area as Aya would smile, the chakra within her hand invisible to the naked eye, but the technique she had prepared was something which had killed many ninja before with its sheer cold.

"NOW!"

Aya cried as the Hunter ninja moved to combat speed, clearing the area entirely as Aya used her body flicker technique aggressively to be within the center of all of their ranks, literally teleporting within point blanc range of them all and slamming her fist to the earth. The freezing aura of her fist of the Yukki Ona Technique would send a pulse at sonic speeds fifty meters in every direction with the intention of freezing everything solid and making it brittle to the touch, if any of them were caught by the wave, it would spell instant defeat for the members of the Shikyo Four. Needing to scatter, some of them put up barriers, none of them getting out unscathed by the ability which hit fast and hard, freezing several parts of them solid, using body flickers and substitution techniques to get out of range and scatter, however, Dameon, was frozen within the center of the group.

Screams and cries wailed out from the forest around them as the Hunter ninja cut down the informants until not a single one of them would be left standing. The Shikyo four had come to the wrong country if they thought that threats were going to get very far. The whole country at this point had been put on full alert, and were putting all of their strength in a covert anti terror attack which have allowed another cataclysm. Aya was a strategist by heart, and here, she had the head-start. Her runner would have gotten to the country first, putting up the alert, instantly putting suspicion on lingerers and people whom had been hanging around specific areas for a long period of time. A single little sweep with a sensory ability would reveal the chakra within the bombs and lead to the apprehension of those nearby, or at least, putting a blade through the bomb tag, and reducing it to little more than paper.

Aya took back the midnight childs blade from Dameon's frozen body, though he was not dead, he was frigid and more than capable to be shattered if anything hit him. Luckily, the ice technique which washed over his body easily extinguished any hope of Katon the Bomb seal would have carried within it, emptying it entirely of any offensive use. Taking a single deep breath, Aya would let out a cry, as ice would sweep over her entire body as an armour, the world fading from existence as she entered the state of her most powerful technique. Armour of hyouton covering her body and replacing her digits with claws as well as the additional two arms which extended out of her shoulders like wings. Her dead becoming almost dragonic while her body became covered in armoured scales radiating with the most powerful breed of offensive ice chakra. Aya was blind, but within her range of blindness she was able to see through the use of her senjutsu aura.

This, was not a fight the four would be able to win...

Aya let out another roar, a demonic voice escaping instead of her own, like she was possessed byt the spirit of something else. Her own living breathing chakra, like a foreign entity having taken complete control of her body as she gripped her blade, charging for one of the shikyo four, who disappeared as soon as she would have hewed the being in two, flickering out like a ghost as another of the four collected Dameon's body. Charging again Aya took a swing at that member of the four, almost teleporting with her speed as her blade came within inches from the Shikyo member's skull before her and the body of Dameon evaporated into thin air once again. Looking to the other two whom had moved for the boat, Aya coiled chakra within her fist again and lunged forward, disappearing as she used the substitution technique with a piece of driftwood established upon the beach behind them.

Throwing her fist forward, Aya attempted to detonate the pulse which had been welled up within it, the member of the shikyo clan dodging to a side, frostbite beginning to eat at his skin as the wound sank in deeply across his face, narrowly avoiding Aya's strike before the pulse went off. A smile across his face as the last two of them disappeared moments before their deaths, fleeing at the sight of the Kage. As they had denied her, Aya let out a harrowing roar once again to the ocean, as waves crashed over the frozen waves and the boat which lay trapped within the ice flow.

De-activating her techniques, Aya ordered that all members of the Shikyo clan other than Dameon were to be put under suspicion for the attack, and the Shikyo four were wanted ninja to the country. Walking back the village, Jounin lined the streets, each giving her reports on the bombings as they saw her. Her force had proven themselves, the response rate had only proven to keep her force sharp, her Hunter ninja had not allowed a single informant to get back to their destination, and had in fact replaced many of them, putting spies within the ranks of the Daimyo...

This day had turned out rather well, Aya now had men on the inside of the compound, and so long as they kept their heads down, the strange technique used by the Daimyo's adviser would need not be administered. After all, he didn't have the chakra to use a technique so powerful on every man in the daimyo's command... But to compensate, Aya had lost Dameon to the four, not allowing her to be able to use one of her most trusted and powerful fighters in the conflict to come.

That afternoon, Aya held a talk to all of her Jounin and Anbu corps members, telling them about growing hostilities between the Daimyo and her, not telling them of the assassins, but rather that their success and growth has been seen as a threat. And that the village needs to be extra careful when dealing with matters with the Daimyo, going out of their way to appease him in every instance with offerings and trade deals at every turn while she attempts to resolve this and assure her own loyalty to him.

The men agreed, and a relationship was salvaged.

Supplies were sent to the Daimyo as a peace offering.

And all was well.
