For Suutei to be so far away from home it was something that he'd never thought would happen.  Chopper and Suutei were moving through the skies at a relatively high altitude, and occasionally they would descend to rest before going higher.  Suutei wasn't able to travel so high with his glide technique, and it proved troublesome for his lungs since his accident.  Gripping his chest they had finally arrived within the Village Hidden in the Clouds.  Kumogakure no Sato was one of the many prolific villages in the world, and easily rivaled Konohagakure in military power as well as economy.

"Hmm strange?  You know Chopper I never took Kumogakure as a tourist village.  There are tons of people from almost every village, I wonder what's going on?"

The two travelers descended at the village gates where they were stopped, and then issued clearance into the village.  It was to be expected by a village who's top priority is the safety of it's citizens, and Suutei expected nothing less.  Except he believed it would prove a bit difficult with so many people showing up in the village, but why this was Suutei didn't understand.  Looking to his companion for assistance on this matter who was usually like broker of information.  Hoping he could point him the direction of a restaurant for the two of them to satisfy themselves.

"Alright Suutei I understand.  So how about we try the Sky Bar, I hear they serve really great food.  Hey maybe we could even find out why there are so many other people here."

"You know what Chopper.  That doesn't sound like a bad idea; let's get us some food and drinks.  I finally get to have alcoholic drinks!!!"

Suutei couldn't argue with the thesis as he was only excited to have his first drink.  It was pretty funny at how he reacted to this, and his outburst caught the eyes of mainly everyone.  Chopper took Suutei by the hand and walked casually away, leading his friend out of the hole he dug himself.  At the same time Chopper had mentioned the new clothes he made Suutei.  Mainly so he could blend in and not stick out as an eye sore to the others in the village.  They made a quick stop as Chopper stripped Suutei down and dressed him obviously hidden from plain sight.  This outfit was more dapper than most of the other clothes Chopper made.


Sporting a simple school uniform similar to the one he wore during his days in Konoha's Preparatory School.  Yet it was much more fashionable, and it caught the eye of females as the two reappeared in the open.  Standing at the entrance to the Sky Bar with Suutei leading the way, but Chopper stayed close.  It was a pretty drab scene with music, a large dance floor, and an enormous bar.  Suutei quickly scurried across the dance floor to a bar stool.  Even though the objective was to not stick out like a sore thumb, his outfit was saying he was a stubbed toe.  Chopper climbed onto the stool on the left of Suutei, and was fidgeting with excitement due to the different environment.

"Hey Bartender get me a shot of Rum on the Rocks!"

"What is...Rum on the Rocks Suutei?"

"Beats me I heard it on TV before..."

It was a lively atmosphere because of the exams. People from many nations even some that were unknown to the masses. It was a site to see especially for someone who had never experienced such a thing. People were laughing and having a good time, probably meeting old friends or acquaintances they have not seen for some time. This was a chance to meet new people or catch up with old ones if you were lucky enough. Part of the experience of attending the chuunin exams were thing like this, also there were many parties going on as well. Celebrations happening just off the fact that you could brag, knowing a shinobi representing your homeland could potentially stand on top at the end of the exam. Seeing this was nothing new foe Keigo, but he always wondered what it could have felt like being apart of the exams knowing you are caring the pride of many shinobi from your land. It could only be imagined at this pont of his career, so no time to get stuck in the past, only time to keep moving forward like his father would tell him. "A lot of beautiful women." Since there were many things going on like parties and reunions, Keigo found himself in a some what mature area. The faces of those he walked passed said it all for him as if he were reading a book. Keigo walked around with his hoodie over his head not wanting to draw much attention to himself especially being a guy with a weird red mark over his eye could scare anyone.





Keigo continued on his way exploring, until he found himself noticing sketchy looking people who seemed to be here for more then just the exams, but he was no different since he was wearing a hoodie over his head during the festivities. There were Playboys just looking for a good time and women as well who had a predator stare etched into their eyes. This feeling was different from being on a high rank mission, this felt like pure social pressure. Keigo noticed some people that were from the hidden leaf, but by the looks of it they had other things going on, since they were talking with a group of women. With all this exploring Keigo looked for a place to relax and get a drink. He looked around to see many places packed, so as he continued to walk, he bumped into an older gentleman. "Watch were the hell your walking dude." Keigo apologized since it was his fault. He also took this chance to ask if the gentleman knew a place were he could get a drink and relax. "Hey buddy could you point me to a place were i can get a drink." The man looked at him with confusion and pointed straight ahead. "Hey kid you know your looking at one of the most popular spots to get a drink and have some fun if you know what i mean." Keigo scratched his head with confusion. "Ummm what am i supposed to be seeing right now." The man slapped his hand on his face and pointed again. "The sky bar you idiot it says it right there." Keigo stared again trying to see what he was talking about until, he finally noticed.

"Oh crap are you serious." Keigo was surprised he didn't notice such a spectacle right a head of him and the site was amazing. "Thanks man." Keigo walked into the establishment looking around noticing the dance floor and the bar, hopefully they had water, since he had no experience with alcohol. Keigo walked toward the bar and took a seat asking the bartender for just some water. "Just water please." Keigo looked around taking in his surrounding, until he noticed a familiar face just beside him. "Long time no see you two."

Throwing his head back after pouring the hard liquor down his throat.  This particular one left a sting in his nose, and a flush of bright red on his cheeks as well as nose.  Slamming the glass on the table with a orny smile on his face.  This was the thirteenth shot he’d taken, and he wasn’t stopping there, and declared   Bursting into laughter about absolutely nothing he fell backwards in the stool, but never hit the ground.  Chopper refrained from drinking anymore alcohol in fear of not being able to keep track of Suutei.  It was just his luck that no liquor was available in Iwagakure, and this would hopefully be a one night thing.

”OH BARTENDER!  Gimme another go!”

”Geez kid is your stomach made of iron or something!”

”I don’t know.  Let me check!”

Beating on his stomach and heard no noise, but the hollow sound of the inside of his body.  Smiling in the bartenders face who brought him another round, and walked away grumbling.  Quickly he snatched the glass and swallowed the drink in one gulp, and burst into laughter again.  The only great part about the night was the lack of violence, and was a good sign for Chopper.  Suutei spun around in his chair tee heeing at the lights on the dance floor, and a few girls came to the side of Chopper petting him and nurturing him.  The small reindeer blushed as one girl with large breasts hugged him, and his eyes went blank.

After his third or fourth revolution he stopped at the counter, and looked down at his shot glass.  It was empty and from what he remembered his glass wasn’t empty, and he looked to the stranger who suddenly appeared to his right.  Not recognizing who this person exactly was right away he lashed out, and Chopper jumped once he heard Suutei’s outburst.  Was this how he would always be if he drank on a regular basis?  Chopper recognized the figure adjacent to Suutei and was in shock, but also in fear due of what was to come.

”Hey you!  What’s the big idea pal?  You don’t just go around scarfing down people's drinks.”

”Suutei…

”Butt out Chopper this guy owes me a drink!”

Suutei burped as he blinked slowly and the person had apparently known Suutei and Chopper as well.  At the current moment the alcohol he digested was fighting him and his vision was a tad bit off.  Suutei was enraged by the other males response, practically ignoring him and pretending he knew him.  When really he was laughing at him.  Yes he was laughing at him, but his face didn’t show it.  Suutei knew it and couldn’t stand it and stood up from the bar, and faced the side of the male.

”How dare you laugh at me…*burp*...You’re laughing with your eyes!  I can see it!”

In a fit of rage Suutei threw a punch at the figure, but with his vision being off he completely missed the person.  Instantly a small wisps of wind stirred and Suutei appeared on the right hand side of the figure, aiming his punch directly at their jaw.  Which would send them flying onto the table...if Suutei didn’t miss...again.

Tempest's Barrage (攻撃の嵐 ~ Kōgeki no Arashi):

The fact that he ran into a long time friend that he hadn't seen in awhile felt like perfect timing for Keigo. He noticed he was still traveling with his animal friend as well. A reunion of good friends and long time rivals would be sure to bring future stories to be told. That is what you would assume, but not every thing goes as hoped in this uncontrollable world we live in. Situations arising that we never expect would ever happen to use, but this is a small world some would tell you. Instead of a heart felt reunion things turned from that into a scene of fight club in the most literary term possible. There was no welcoming response from his friend, but only the site of person who had no reason going through his mind.

"Long time no see you two." Keigo expected a warm greeting since he hadn't seen Suutei in a while but instead he saw a person full of rage for no reason. Keigo looked confused not knowing what to do after seeing such a face. ”Hey you! What’s the big idea pal?  You don’t just go around scarfing down people's drinks.” Keigo looked around wondering who he was talking to and soon realized it was directed toward him. This was the first time a friend showed such hostility toward him. He noticed his animal friend recognized him, so he hoped he could calm him down but that was a foolish thing to think. "Calm down it's me Keigo and i didn't take your drink." After that a thought soon hit Keigo, that this was a bar and his friend was flat out drunk.

"Yo Suutei calm down man, your drunk right now." Keigo soon noticed a few eyes were turned toward their direction and the mood of the bar was shifting because of the commotion. Suutei's friend was trying to reason with him as well, but that didn't help at all. ”Butt out Chopper this guy owes me a drink!” The situation was getting worse and worse for the two, since all eyes were on them. "Calm down man, i will get another drink of water that is." Keigo again tried to reason, but it seemed to only anger him as he started at Suutei. Suutei left his seat off balanced and walked to were Keigo was siting, ”How dare you laugh at me…*burp*...You’re laughing with your eyes!  I can see it!” Keigo was confused and that prompted him to stand up and create a little space between the two. "Calm down your causing a scene....." Before he could finish his statement, Suutei through a punch at him, which made him react with a strike of his own to at least counter his punch and pin him down so he could at least get him out this bar. Both sides were striking, but to Keigo surprise Suutei completely missed, so Keigo took the chance to try to hit him so he could knock him even more off balance and at least hold him down.

Of course things never go the way you plan, Suutei was gone like the wind. "Crap!!!" Another punch came for Keigo's face as he still was in  momentum from trying to strike Suutei before he vanished. Keigo thought to himself he could never have a normal day. Keigo vanished as well reappearing on the side of Suutei, "You know i learned that very technique from you, so you can't surprise me to much, but then again that was very surprising you pulled that off while drunk." Kegio backed away a few feet from suutei while making his point. "Suutei calm down already man, your causing a scene here." It was too late a few people didn't like what was going on and a few rough looking guys were standing up from them table looking pissed over the ruckus.

"HEY YOU TWO BRATS YOUR STARTING TO PISS US OFF, SO ETHER GET THE HELL OUT OR WE WILL BEAT YOU THE HELL OUT!!!." Keigo looked around surprised at how many people were feeling the same."Suutei man i think we need to leave asap, so get it together!!!" Keigo was feeling embarrassed at how the situation was turning. "How can this situation get any worse now." He thought to himself as he looked toward the direction of Suutei.

Tempest Barrage:

Just like that poof the jerk who stole his drink was gone, but it was impossible someone could perform the technique.  Suutei only knew one and only person who could do this, and then it hit him literally the perpitraitor struck Suutei not hard but just with enough force to bring him back to his senses.  Which was all it took as he fell on his behind cringing as he held his nose, and Chopper leaped down from his seat and audience of women.  This was just what he knew would happen and Chopper believed he deserved it, but Suutei was simply exaggerating the pain.

"OW OW OW OW!  Jeez you didn't have to hit me so hard!  I'm sorry Keigo sheesh I didn't know it was you, but I guess I got a little beside myself with the drinking."

"Oh ya don't say!?"

"Oh stick a sock in it Chopper."

Stuffing a sock in the tiny reindeer's mouth as he stood up and looked around at all the people watching the three.  It was pretty awkward and Suutei was beginning to feel a tad bit uncomfortable, and judging by their "fans" they weren't just going to let them go with a slap on a wrist.  They needed an escape plan quickly but all the entrances were blocked, and so Suutei came up with an idea though it was a long shot anything to get them out of the building would suffice.  Closing his eyes he took a deep breath and stepped forward in front of Keigo to the angry crowd, and made his own announcement.

"Ahem!  Ladies and Gentleman may I have your attention!  I am Suutei Kimura the hit star in the upcoming movie, "Clash in the Land of Lightning" this is my co-star Keigo Uchiha.  We are right now filming the initial battle scene and soon will have release forms for you all to sign.  I really appreciate you all for your cooperation."

Suutei turned and faced Keigo his face hidden from everyone but Chopper and his best friend.  Throwing in a slight wink as the time to exit was now, and Chopper removed a stack of papers from his bag that were all blank.  He would be there distraction as the two exited through the front door, and into the open street.  Once free the two would head to the back of the bar where they could find Chopper.  It was nice to see his best friend and it'd been so long since they'd gotten together, but he wondered...why was he here?  If they got out of this mess he would be sure to ask him why, and maybe he'd know why there was so much international activity in Kumogakure.

Smiling he approached the bar first to hand over the money for all the drinks he devoured, and some extra for the bartender to not intervene in his scheme.  Due to the fact that he was sure that Suutei wasn't a real actor and neither was Keigo, but there survival depended on this man.

Keigo watched to see if Suutei finally came to his senses, because the situation depended on what he would do next. It would seem Suutei had gained back his senses, which relieved Keigo. Now the problem lied with how the two would get the hell out of this bar without any confrontation. Keigo heard if you cause a big problem within the country you could get detained until a country representative came to get you out. That would be a bad rep on Keigo's record.

He began sweating a little after the thought of that, plus he heard the kage here was not a person to play around with just like his homeland kage. The bar was on high alert seeming as if any small thing could set off a giant brawl. Worried of how he should move Keigo was saved by the acting skills of his friend, who addressed the crowd saying this was a scene for a movie they were filming even though there was no camera in site.

The thought of the people believing such a lie would be insane, so of course the people would not fall for that excuse. You could tell nobody was falling for what he had just said and Keigo knew the only choice was to fight. The young uchiha saw his friend wink as if a plan was in motion, which was ridiculous given how would they prove this is a movie scene. Suddenly Keigo saw the animal creature that tagged along with Suutei had a stack of paper, then suddenly he threw them high in the air, which acted as cover for a chance to escape.

"So that's the plan." Keigo quickly took the chance to leave the bar not looking back to see if anyone was giving chase. It was pretty random that they just had a bunch of paper with them, but always expect the unexpected. That was a perfect example of that said phrase at the perfect time. Keigo was relieved things did not get worse back there. Keigo ran and hid in an alley way just to stay low not wanting to draw attention to himself. Keigo looked to notice that Suutei was right there with him hiding. "What the hell man you almost got use detained back there." Keigo was furious toward his friend, but couldn't stay angry for long since he did get us out of there. The young uchiha pulled the hoodie from over his head seeing as no one else was around. "So what bring you here in Kumogakure?"

"You guys aren't actors!  Where are the cameras!  You guys are liars, Toshiro, Kazuma lets get these punks!

"Let's get out of here!"

Chopper threw the stack of papers everywhere somehow he'd managed to also trigger the sprinkler system in the building.  How he'd managed this feet he'd never know but still the two Chunnin didn't have much time for Q&As as the sped off for an exit.  Suutei had to admit that sometimes he was even more unpredictable than most believed.  Pulling right behind Keigo with Chopper on his heels the two were able to escape the bar all in one piece.

"Well look at that alls well that ends well right Keigo"

Suutei smirked as he thrusted his thumb at Keigo, and was getting too cocky as usual.  Turning he began punching and kicking doing some sort of Martial Artist fighting warm up.  As he did so he forced a disturbance in the wind around them.  Suutei looked back at Keigo and was surprised that he didn't say much to the Kimura.  After all it had been quite awhile since the two got together.  He finally noticed the look of agitation on Keigo's face as he slowly backed away.  Who then exploded in a fit of rage nothing like Suutei earlier.

"What the hell man you almost got use detained back there."

"Wait a min Keigo it's not my fault!?"

Suutei was too late when Keigo gave him a powerful roundhouse kick, and sent him flying into a pile of trash and boxes.  Though it served Suutei right dragging his friend into danger like that.  Suutei slowly climbed out of the pile with a banana peel on his head, and proceeded back over to Keigo.  Chopper sat behind him on an empty beer keg with his arms crossed and shaking his head.  It was apparent that he as well was angry with Suutei's actions.  This was a sign that maybe he shouldn't drink anymore, or at least not like he did tonight.

Finally calm Keigo had now wished to speak to Suutei and was not as angry with him either.  Now curious as to why Suutei and his companion had journeyed to Kumogakure.  In actuality Suutei wondered the samething about Keigo, but the two of them had originally come just for the hell of it.  Suutei had also been sent on a mission by the Tsuchikage to complete a mission as a leader of a small squad.  Though it was hard finding three others to lead, but that would be addressed later.

"Well to be honest Keigo.  Chopper and I only came here for some relaxation time, but we never thought we'd see so many people here.  You have any idea what's with all the people here.  Is there some kind of event going on?"

Suutei paused as Chopper's head shot upwards, and the two nodded.  It was clear that their was danger around, but they were not entirely sure what.  Until they heard voices coming down the direction of the alley, and the two of them panicked.

"THERE THEY ARE!  GET THEM!"

"Let's get out of here!  Hold on!



Suutei grabbed Keigo's hand as Chopper hopped on the blue hair boys head.  Focusing his chakra as the wind beneath Suutei raised him up slighty, and then a loud boom.  Forcing back the same boxes and trash that Suutei had been forced into, blew into their pursuers line of sight.  Suutei, Chopper, and Keigo were long gone and now airborne over Kumogakure.  The three appeared as small silhouettes over the bright moon that night, and it was something straight out of a movie.  The three already had an unusual night, and Keigo seemed to be pretty shocked by what Suutei just did.

Seeing his friend after such a long time made Keigo feel at ease knowing that the world worked in mysterious ways. He never expected to see Suutei here in kumogakure and definitely not in this fashion. Reuniting at a bar while causing an uproar, then coming up with the idea of a movie to escape the bar and now in an ally way hoping no one would catch them. The perfect reunion for two young shinobi who had dream no one but the two could understand. It was like a drama perfectly written, but instead it was reality for the young uchiha. During the moment Keigo felt many emotions during this drama it wazs a surprise he didn't snap to such an extent were he would have beat the crap out of his friend for putting him in such a bundle especially when all he wanted to do was get a glass of water, then relax at the resort later.

So much for a relaxed vaction it would seem the two would have more adventures since it was always something happening unexpectedly when these two were together. The world seems to create events in the moment that tend to have lingering effects for the unknown future. Maybe one day these events could play a huge part in the future of these two young men, who are just trying to find there own path in this world.

"Wait you came to Kumogakure not knowing that the Chuunin Exams were being held here." Keigo rubbed his forehead trying not to be annoyed with his friend who was oblivious to the signs that were all around noting that the exams were being held. Still the young uchiha couldn't blame his friend since he had a hard time finding such a famous bar. Keigo noticed that Suutei friend was expecting something since his head shot up quickly.

Suddenly with in his eye site there were the people who was chasing them earlier at the bar heading straight toward them. The young uchiha planned to run but before he could get a stride going he saw Suutei grab his hand. Curious as to the point of grabbing his hand Keigo felt a strong gust of wind, then suddenly he saw the ground become small.

"What the hell are we flying right now!!!" Keigo was confused, freaking out and amazed as to what was going on at this very moment. "Dam were high up." The uchiha boy was amazed his friend was capable of such thing. As they were flying Keigo pointed toward a building they could land on. "Hey Suute land on that building right there, we can hide out there for awhile." Suutei landed on the building Keigo pointed, so him, suutei and chopper could hide. "By the way what was that jutsu you just used?" Today was a very interesting day for the the young uchiha.

"Hmm I don't know haven't really come up with a name for it yet.  What do you think I should call it?"

Suutei stood up after peaking his head over the ledge of the building.  Now sure that they had escaped the mob, and he let go a sigh of relief.  Chopper adjusted himself repositioning his large red top hat, and his backpack.  Suutei was rarely ever concerned with his appearance outside of formal events that was.  Chopper the complete opposite not only keeping his own image, but always making sure Suutei was the sharpest.

Rolling up his sleeve he stretched out his arms throwing them above his head, and then resting them on his head.  Suutei stared over the ledge of the building at the village.  Gazing out at a good chunk of the southern part of the village, and then he noticed signs and the balloons.  Astounded he was amazed that he hadn't figured it out sooner.  It brought back great memories, and some that he wished he forgot.  Turning to his friend he looked to Keigo, who seemed to now be settling down from what just happened.

"Say Keigo did you know that Kumogakure was hosting the Exams.  What a coincidence huh Chopper?"

"I didn't even know the Exams were being held, nor noticed the many signs."

Scratching his head as he chuckled awkwardly, and then he thought about why Keigo had come here.  It was a convenience that he would not have to travel all the way to Konoha, just to see his friend again.  Beckoning Keigo as he stood on the ledge and sat letting his legs dangle.  Chopper pulled out a box of peanut butter granola bars, and handed one to Suutei then Keigo as he approached.  Suutei looked down below and saw a girl passing, and she was gorgeous with red hair.  It was hard not to stare and notice him drooling, but he snapped out of it instantly.  Unwrapping the granola bar he took a bite into it,and began talking with his mouth half full.

"To answer your question Keigo, Chopper and I are travelling to explore the other 4 Villages.  I was offered the position as Captain of the Six Monoliths in Iwagakure.  With a slight catch, but anyway how have you been Keigo.  It's been awhile, and what brings you here now that I think about it?  You and I are both Chuunin."

The day turned it something the young uchiha did not expect to happen to himself. He was just looking for a drink and that turned into a giant chase all in an instant. This world was full of surprises for the young shinobi, but that is how life is especially as a ninja. Keigo never thought he would find himself on top of a building hiding so he would avoid being locked up in kumogakure. All he wanted to do was to enjoy the spectacular sites the country had to offer, then that goal was changed on him. His friend suutei was the cause of this happening and he had all the reason to mad at his comrade, but instead there was no point since it was because of his help that the three were able to escape the hands of the disrupted people that were after them.

Plus the young uchiha had the chance to see the village from an aerial view, because of the unknown jutsu used by his friend., It was a beautiful site during the moment when Keigo had the chance to look back on it in his mind. Now the two shinobi were discussing among themselves why the two parties were located in Kumogakure. Keigo explained to suutei that the chuunin exams were being held in kumogakure, which explained why there were an influx of people in the country.

"I'm here because of the Chuunin exams, I thought it would be a good idea to see talents of other ninja from the different countries besides konohagaukre." Keigo was interested to know more about what was this Monolith organization suutei spoke of to him. "So what exactly is the six Monoliths, seems like something very important?"

Suutei looked at travelling the same way, but believed travelling to other villages and seeing the ninja up close would be better for him.  Clasping the granola bar he took another bite and chewed it.  These were his favorite and to him it was like a narcotic drug.  The shinobi could just never get enough of the bar, but he digressed as he took into account that all things should be done in moderation.  Which also meant there conversation and this eventful first night in Kumogakure.

It would be rude to leave Keigo questioning him of the Six Monoliths and so he decided to inform his friend.  Chopper had took Suutei's granola bar wrapper and tossed them into a barrel of trash, and Suutei as well as Keigo sat on the ledge.  Staring off into the moon that was surprisingly larger than normal, he let out a soft sigh.  Thinking about the first time he and Keigo met, and how much stronger he'd gotten since back then.  Though he was a bit skeptical that after all this time Keigo being a Chuunin was a bit concerning.  It would be rude to simply pester him with questions and so he opted not, and decided to allow his friend to do all the questions.

"Well the the Six Monoliths is a special group in of ANBU, and the title is given to six individuals of Iwagakure who have proven an immense perfection to the art of taijutsu. The Six Monoliths have been around since the creation of Iwagakure, but has been slowly forgotten since the time of the third Tsuchikage Onoki. But with the rising power due to the prowess of this rising generation, the Six Monoliths have been reborn and are known to be the greatest power of Iwagakure. Each Monolith is known as a celebrity within Iwagakure, as it is the highest honor in the Stone Country. Upon gaining the title, each member will receive the Monolith cloak and the title of Monolith below their shinobi icons. An unusual addition to their titles is that they each receive a specific code, or you could even call it a title which specifies which Monolith they are.  I believe their code name comes from a Greek Titan, but there is no one who is apart of it.  Nobody in that village is as adapt at Taijutsu other than me, and maybe the Tsuchikage."
