Asari HAD been looking for a rest, he'd had a busy day already, but apparently there was no rest for the wicked. Well, not so much wicked. Anyway, the point is he'd had a busy day and he'd been expecting to rest for a little bit but then he'd heard from his room-mate that there was a mission going where someone wanted a babysitter for some kids, hence why he'd come to this house at eight o'clock at night, holding a book in his hands about the state of the clans in Iwagakure. He figured that if he was going to be here for a long time he'd need to get more knowledge about his neighbours. He knocked on the door, and the people who owned it opened the door. They smiled, and for once that day didn't seem to be surprised at Asari's appearance. He guessed they must have been more tolerant than their fellow Iwagakure residents. He smiled as they beckoned him inside, and he got to meet the triplets. They all had brown hair, and were really adorable. He smiled and crouched down, ruffling their hair. If he had to guess, they were five and six? this meant that they really should be in bed by now, right? He looked at the parents who smiled at him before leaving.
"There's food in the fridge if you need anything. Be careful with our kids alright?" He nodded and smiled, and the moment the door was closed he took the hand of the oldest looking one, a girl
"Come on kids, time for bed." they nodded and he took them upstairs. He figured that he had been chosen as a baby-sitter to make sure that nothing happened during the night instead of having to really look after them. At least it would be moderately peaceful, and he could spend a lot of time reading.

As they got changed and got into bed, Asari smiled gently. They were adorable, maybe his own kids would look like this one day. On second's thought probably not, after all all Kisame members were half-fish, so there was no way they'd look so normal. He was about to turn the light out when one of them called to him
"Read us a story mister." Asari smiled and went to sit down at the bottom of the bed. He knew exactly what kind of story he was going to tell them, one of bravery, of stupidity, of the strength to stand up for yourself.
"Alright.... this is the story of a man, a demon, and the human race's salvation. I call it "the wolf's bite" "

It was around ten minutes later, and he was still telling the story. they were slowly drifting off to sleep, but Asari continued talking in quiet tones, lulling them to sleep
"He knew from that very moment that he loved her. She would be his beloved until the day they died, and Jaze knew that Lupin was her dream partner. They were as happy as two people could possibly be.... but then the darkness came once more. The first time, it had taken family. The second time, love. And now.... it wanted fate." he said, in a tone that seemed like it was telling the scary part of a story. After all, he was.

"Darkness rose up from the very hearts of men. The same men who had sworn to protect the lives of their countrymen. They betrayed Lupin and his beloved, just as they had done the night of Rasillon's fall. But this time they weren't content until they got the blood of the one they saw as responsible. But..." He turned, and was about to pull a scary face. However, that wasn't necessary as they were asleep.
"... that's a story for another time." getting to his feet, he walked over to the door and turned the lights out.
"Sleep well... and dream. For dreams are the only place we can ever be truly free. Good night." he closed the door behind him, leaving them to their true freedom.
