Clan History: The Fukutsu clan is an ancient lineage that has existed for hundreds of years, however their existence has been lost in history.

In the time before the ninja villages they worked as mercenary Ninja for whoever would pay the most, but there was a difference between the service they provided and what the others would provide. One would not hire a Fukutsu for just a single target they wouldn't even blink when they killed the one who tried, the Fukutsu specialized in the obliteration of a large group or village, they only leave one survivor to tell others of what they witnessed. The Fukutsu loved fighting as well as killing nothing pleased them more than standing over the corpse of their fallen foe. When peace started to spread over the land and the creations of the great shinobi villages began, the Fukutsu wanted no part of the peace and were labeled as too savage for the life of the civilized society. This peace between the other clans didn't bother the Fukutsu as they just continued to do as they always had attacking and wiping out small villages and family for whoever paid them to or for fun, however they did become more organized with their numbers growing and them spreading out across the different countries threatening the peace and safety of the villages, the great shinobi village took action sending out forces to wipe them out, however when they did not return they kages of the villages arranged a meeting in peace to discuss the problem. It became clear to the kages that they would have to unite together to eliminate the threat to the peace of the countries and so the extermination of the Fukutsu was set into motion. Only a handful survived the massacre the Fukutsu clan the Anbu units that were sent out was just as effective as the Fukutsu themselves killing everyone including children. This was before the development of the body disposal technique and those that survived was only due to their own shear will power to survive, they fought with their brothers and were defeated however they were only near the brink of death being left to die along with their brethren or were believed dead however in truth their body had already begun healing itself. When the survivors awoke and saw the destruction of their family they were struck with grief and anger, there was one who spoke out among them with a level head, Lucian. Following the guidance of Lucian, the survivors burned all the bodies of the deceased giving them the honor of a warrior's death before moving on. Realizing that their clan needed to adapt in order to survive and so the Fukutsu survivors went out into the world in secret hiding their lineage. The Fukutsu have worked from the shadows for many generations, however it is believed that they are born with an inert ability to fight that it is what guides them, but they still could not resist the bloodlust taking a part in every war or feud they could throughout history however never a big part or anything that would draw attention to themselves and as time passed the Fukutsu were forgotten or thought to only be a legend of the old world and no longer a part of this new world....

After the massacre of the family the Fukutsu struggled in order to survive living in caves and in the wilderness, to live they sometimes had to rely on a meal that could carry them for at least a few days should food not be able to be found.  As the years passed the Fukutsu finally became a more civil clan, though the aggression from years of fighting and survival was very strong among them. In today's society the Fukutsu have scattered to the winds going in search of their own path, many have taken up residence in the villages that had their ancestors massacred, keeping secret their lineage as they did not want to be judged by the mistakes of their ancestors, and they began working for the villages in exchange for a place to call home. It is unknown if the descendants that have scattered across the world contact each other or even know of others outside their own immediate family or if their lineage is even known to them however there is one thing that cannot be denied, they are born with the inert ability to fight just as their ancestors had.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Fukutsu Possess a unique Genetic Adaptive ability that they call Zenkai. Upon first glance anyone can tell that there is something different about the Fukutsu even before they know what they are able to do they just look different. This is due to their bodies changing over the generations, the Fukutsu are bred fighters each and everyone of them are born with the inert ability to fight and over the generations changes to their bodies have help them become better at it and have made them more adept for combat and withstanding more physical damage than normal, making their bones stronger and able to take more of what is dished out to them, giving the Fukutsu a +2 to Endurance. Due to their Kekkei Genkai the Fukutsu body appears to age slower than that of a normal person, this however is not true they still age normally, their body just keeps them at their top performance level through most of their Adult life allowing them to be 60 and still move like a 30 year old, they are not immortal and they cannot regrow or reattach severed limbs, if they get stabbed deep enough in the head or heart they will still die.

Guren is a style based around fluid motion and bodily control combined with surgical precision, this style of fighting puts extensive focus on physical balance. It has been classified as a fighting style of supreme balance, this unusual taijutsu style is a unique style of combat who's practitioners strike erratically, uninhibited, with an explosive fury and without any second thoughts about their actions. When the user enters the Guren stance, they become an unpredictable force of destruction and chaos. Even though the style seems irregular and off balance it takes the utmost balance to be successful. To excel one must be relaxed and flow with ease from technique to technique, the movements in the style are fast, graceful and agile, allowing the practitioner to dart around their opponent(s), landing powerful blows striking nerve endings, and joints. In Defense Guren revolves around the effective evasion and counteraction, just like in its offense the motions involved are quick and fluid; often being likened to the flowing of water by those who witness them. The style improvisation is its greatest aspect, and it has no move set to match this ideal. This is generally basic fighting style that Fukutsu clan members use, and everyone is taught how to fight in this style. However, some shinobi break away from this form as they progress in their own arts. (The Fukutsu Skill with this Fighting Style is reflected by their Taijutsu Ranking however it cannot exceed more than 1 Rank above their actual Rank, (This is merely their fighting style and does not require any chakra however chakra enhanced attacks can be used in conjunction with this style, for more powerful attacks.))

Drawbacks:

• The Fukutsu are all highly overconfident in their abilities and therefore Must take Foolhardy as Negative Special Characteristic and cannot be balanced with a Positive.
  
• Due to the Fukutsu focusing more on the aspects of body rather than elements members of this clan must take Hesitant Element that Cannot be balanced with a Positive.
  
• The Fukutsu are bred and trained  fighters and never learn the aspect of Genjutsu, therefore any genjutsu used against them acts as 1 rank higher.

As a result of Kaioken, gives the user an increase of the speed and strength stats by 1 full rank for up to 5 posts after the activation post, however it must be stopped by the user by post 3 or it will remain active and start damaging the body if left on for 4 posts the users body will begin to decay, bones will wither, blood veins will burst, and muscles will rip apart (must have immediate medical attention), by the 5 post the user will die no exception. This technique is extremely strenuous on the users body and leaves them quite fatigue after using it causing them to suffer a 2 rank reduction of their speed and strength for the remainder of the Thread, causing this to be the Fukutsu last resort, hoping to end the fighting before the time runs out so that they don't suffer the loss.

That's not how taijutsu works sorry, it works in ranks, and, you already kinda get that with the endurance up :) So remove this please.

The peak of physical form is about 30-35 for a man and about 28-30 for a woman.

Drawbacks

Are fine. If you remove the buff you can remove one of the drawbacks, or try your luck with another positive thing.

Jutsu

1/ Remove this as a jutsu and simply make a section for it in your KKG area, just below what you already have would be fine, give it a title in bold or whatever because, rather simply, it's not a jutsu. It doesn't really buff you, give you anything that your clan just don't already get. <3

2/ Would like you to add that it can be seen through with a sensory technique of B rank or higher, and you're sweet~

3/ Make the Cooldown: Duration +4 please.

4/ Uhmmm, this on'es hard, you definately have hought through the downsides for this jutsu, i just think it's a bit strong for what you want. But, what i will let you do, is... (considering at S rank, you're only meant to be able to have +1 rank to a single stat) I will let you have +1 rank to one stat, and then another of your choice. So long as you keep these downsides. Your cooldown has to be a -2 to the 2 stats you choose to buff, and keep the death thing after post 5. Change the duration to: "up to 4 posts."

Jutsu

1/ Can you edit it to specify a 'single' technique of equal rank? How wide is the barrier at max size?
2/ Is fine

4/ If it works for 4 turns, how is it for a heartbeat? Just, out of interest? the rest is fine, but, when this is approved, note that if it causes issues it may be revisited, but, i think your downsides far make up for its upsides. :)

Kaioken: +1 rank speed+strength....well, it's not boosting Reaction Time and Perception along with it, so be careful.

Chakra Sensory Technique and Chakra Suppression Technique: Both are canon jutsu; they cannot be clan-locked, as they were not attributed to a clan to begin with.

I took suppression and chakra sense out but didn't see them in any cannon list I looked at, I took the idea from dbz about the suppression of their power levels and how they are able to sense power levels of others.
