Mission name: A Thief with a Plan (Pt.1)
Mission rank: C-rank
Objective: Someone has been breaking into shops and markets at night and stealing weapons, explosives, and other equipment. Find out who is doing it, capture them, and bring them in for questioning.
Location: The Bazaar (Iwagakure)
Reward: 210 ryo
Mission description: From previous robberies on a blacksmith and a weapon shop, the perpetrator tends to attack in the late hours of the night. It would be best to trap him and capture him quickly, but the method is up to you. It is important that in the fight, should there have to be one, that you DO NOT kill him, and avoid damaging the surrounding areas. Should any shops or stalls be destroyed or damaged the mission will still be considered a success as long as he is not killed but there will be no reward for doing so.
Mission details: The mission will take place sometime between the hours of 1:00-3:00 A.M. and they must figure out where he will strike next (either another weapons shop or an armor shop) and capture him without killing him. He will try to run away at first but will fight if backed into a corner, he will have B rank katana's he can use (stolen) and about 15 paper bombs as well. If he is able to use the paper bombs he will damage the buildings severely and the mission will lose it's reward.

Name: Mikarashi Antore
Age: 17
Stats: All D-rank except Speed which will be D-2
General Appearance: Small boy with scruffy brown hair, and blue eyes. He wears a navy shirt and khaki pants but will have a black mask on during the robbery to cover his face.
Personality: Mikarashi is a young man who is still developing a lot, without direction he can be easily persuaded, it may be possible to talk him out of his crimes and turning himself in, if you can convince him that it will ruin his future by staying on this path.
Motivations: He is motivated by really one thing, becoming great, be that through power, crime, or through an alternative career. Ever since he dropped out of the ninja academy he has been looking for something to lead him to that greatness.
Fears: He fears failing, becoming a bum, or never amounting to anything in life. Which is why he turns to a life of crime to give him a sense of purpose.
Abilities: He was once an academy student and can use any/all academy techniques, as well as is slightly proficient in Bukijutsu and Taijutsu (C-rank in both for perspective) so he will be able to put up a small fight if necessary.

Mission name: Searching for the stones (Pt. 2)
Mission rank: B-rank
Objective: The previous perpetrator who was brought in has revealed that he was stealing the items for another person who was planning something big inside the village. After further interrogation they found very little evidence of who/what was going to happen. They did find out that the group of people was planning to meet up and discuss the details of the operation at 8:00 P.M. and start handing out assignments and tasks to complete. It is your job to find out who they are and what is going to happen next, when, where, and who will be there.
Location: Rock Pit
Reward: 310 ryo
Mission description: You are going to be given a pass to get into the Rock Pit (if under age) and will be sent there to investigate the goings on of the event. They will provide you with two options for getting in, option A) Using forged identification and the information provided from Mikarashi you can try to sneak in to the meeting and pose as him to gain the information. You will need all his stolen equipment to be turned in (provided from village) and will try to play off his identity to discover more. Option B) is to go the bar and try to sneak the information from some other means, it would be upto you and any risk would be assumed on your part. It is advised not to kill anyone without cause and to avoid destroying the Rock Pit as the village would have to pay to repair it although the mission will not depend on it this time.
Mission details: The meeting will be held in a closed room that was rented out, meaning if you didn't take path A) then you will have to find another way in, or use a sensory jutsu or use the air ducts or something. If you choose path A you will be able to sit through the entire meeting but will be called out at the end where you can either run or fight, choice is yours, but it will ultimately end up being that the group is going to try to extort shipping operations in Iwagakure for money, although very little specific information will be provided. *Must complete Pt.1 beforehand to take on this mission* Anyone who is captured from the meeting may provide more specific information but that is up to you. All in attendance will be small timers, except the one who will be leading the meeting will be second in command of the operation but will also be using a shadow clone remotely to hold the meeting.

The men in the meetings will be extremely varied in skills abilities, there will be 15 total at the meeting. Each will be weaponless and in civilian clothes, and capable of using taijutsu and some bukijutsu (although no weapons on their person, they will be left at the door). All will have D-3 stats across the board and will fight before they run considering their strength in numbers. The shadow clone will dispel at the earliest sign of trouble so there is no reason too concern yourself of his abilities.

Mission name: Stones Soaked in Blood (Pt.3)
Mission rank: B-rank
Objective: Go and find the criminal ring's second in command and kill him, bring the body back as evidence and kill any others who are with him or interfere.
Location: Stone Bridge
Reward: 450 ryo
Mission description: Since the bust in the Rock Pit the village has been sending more ninja and sting operations to figure out what is happening, they discovered the full identity of the man who is second in command and have a solid lead on the ring leader himself. But since the increased sting operations have gone under way they retaliated and ended up killing and burning the homes of several Iwagakure citizens who live outside the village. They are sending you to investigate their rendezvous point on the Stone Bridge where intel suggests the Second in command and two others who committed these atrocities are meeting up. Either kill or capture the second in charge and kill the others for sure, then bring their bodies back to the village for autopsy/interrogation.
Mission details: The 3 of them will be in the center of the Stone Bridge with no one else around as they scared them off, meaning full use of force is acceptable to bring them in or down. The two extra men will be genin level with all D-3 stats who will stay out of it unless an opening appears, they have brown hair and will be wearing Kimino and wearing paper hats to cover there faces and both carrying C-rank Katana.

Name: Mikel Antorou
Age: 28
General Appearance: He is tall and skinny, wears a black kimino and wears a tan paper hat. With a tribal tattoo on his arm going from his wrist to the top of his neck.
Personality: He is a little awkward, has grown up in criminal organizations moving around from group to group before each one was caught. He speaks in awkward mannerisms and tends to avoid talking if he has to.
Motivations: He is simply there to make money and live comfortably through any means necessary, be that robbing a wagon or murdering for hire.
Fears: His fears are unknown although it has been hinted that he has an innate fear of ghosts/demons.
Abilities: He has all C-0 stats, and is proficient in Ninjutsu/Bukijutsu being able too use every C rank and under Doton and Suiton library jutsu, and carries two B rank katana's with him.

Mission name: Cleansing the Stones
Mission rank: A-rank
Objective: Kill the leader of the extortion ring.
Location: Underground tunnels
Reward: 600 ryo
Mission description: Enough intel has been gathered and they found the base of operations to be in the underground tunnels in the wilderness. Taking a map go, find and kill the leader and end the extortion ring leader. Full use of force is allowed and there may be more bandits around but the leader must be killed at any cost.
Mission details: There will be the ring leader and about 25 genin level bandits running around caves with an assortment of C-rank weapons (swords, hammers, axes in any combination) and will all have D-3 stats across the board. They can be killed/captured on sight but aren't the main target the main target who must be killed is Mifue Haroi, once he is dead the other bandits/people will begin to flee the area.

Name: Mifue Haroi
Age: 30
General Appearance: He is a large man who has been running criminal groups around the world for years, he has many scars and burns across his body, most prominently, his left arm has permanent second degree burns across it and a huge scar across his right cheek from being slashed.
Personality: He is proud, boastful, and aggressive. He would choose death before surrendering or fleeing from a fight and will not hold bacl for any reason whatsoever.
Motivations: He is motivated almost exclusively by money and power, he runs the gangs and groups for power and uses them to amass his own wealth in the meantime.
Fears: He only fears becoming weak when compared to someone else or helpless at the hands of someone else.
Abilities: He has B-3 stats across the board and can use Ninjutsu (Doton, Fuuton A rank library jutsu and below) and can use Bukijutsu, in which case he wields an A-rank Warhammer, 2 B-rank katanas, and also has a C-rank sickle. He also wears C rank upper body armor and C rank armor on his legs.
