Personality: Being raised by him since she was a hatchling Tomoe has inherited many of her personality traits from Kyohei. As such she is stern, ruthless, and devious while also being a keen observer and quite aggressive in general.

Notes: As a bird of prey, Tomoe, by nature, is a creature that makes use of the tremendous speed and power that her species affords her while on the hunt. As such, Tomoe passively trades one tier of endurance for one tier of strength, as well as one tier of reaction time for one tier of speed (solidifying her theme as a bird of prey that is only performing at optimal efficiency when on the offensive). This trend continues with each rank she attains.
