Bara had been inside a shop all day, a sharp cold air pierced her skin, it hit her shoulder. She quickly grabbed her shoulder. She walked towards the back of the shop, and there was a calender; she read something scribbled in a red circle, 冬の初日、期待降雪。First day of Winter, expected snowfall. Her eyes turned to light blue narrowed slits as she read it. She stopped squinting now, and she stopped grabbing her shoulder. "Winter? Never knew there was such a thing!" She said quietly to herself. And then wondered, What was Snowfall.

Something white and small hit the side of Bara's cheek, Was this, snowfall? She turned towards the front of the shop as the snow gently fell and hit the street in front of her. Her short rose pink hair gently wavered toward the white powder, as though her spirit wanted to go towards it. She then walked calmly to the front of the shop and stepped outside. She was too amazed to care about the temperature of the day in Winter.

The snowfall in Konoha was always a pretty thing to behold. Snowflakes, each as unique as the villages shinobi, would drift down in a lazy motion to cover the ground in a white frost. Konoha in the winter was truly a sight to behold. Each one of the trees looked as though they had been crystallized with tiny, twinkling white pearls. Nature took a hiatus in the entire nation as everything turned white with winter's kiss. The Senju compound was especially a little gem to behold during winter. All the houses and trees turned snow white, and snow drifts covered everything. The children of Chisaki's clan would play in the snow for hours at a time, only to return home at night with rosy faces and cold feet. From her window seat on the second floor of her home, Chisaki watched all this take place. The edges of the window were bordered by a white frost that caused strange, swirling patterns to appear. In her hands, she was holding a cup of steaming chai tea. The window seat of her bedroom provided a beautiful view of the entirety of the compound. Sipping her tea, Chisaki observed the goings on with a small smile. History only knew the pain her clan had suffered, but also the triumphs. It made her happy to see that modern day Senju still knew how to smile. Sipping her tea for a second time, Chisaki looked down into her lap. Sleeping quietly, Tomomi her snowy owl companion was snoring quietly. While awake, he looked highly dignified and composed. Yet while asleep, he lost all that composure in favour of a small bit of drool. Giggling quietly, Chisaki resumed looking outside the window while sipping her tea.

After about an hour or so, Chisaki had drained her cup and snow had begun to fall beyond the pane of glass. Gently, Chisaki picked up Tomomi and placed him down onto the window seat, amongst plump green cushions. Standing, Chisaki crossed over to her already open wardrobe. Over her white long sleeved shirt, Chisaki slipped an equally white jumper on, that was decorated with icy blue vines. Her leggings were thick and made of a black wool that would keep her legs warm. Onto her feet, she slipped a pair of skin fitted black leather boots, perfect for snow walking. Finally, she put on a white parka. The fur that trimmed the collar was exquisitely soft to the touch. On the back, in a similar ice blue to the jumper was the symbol of the Senju Clan. With a small smile at herself in the mirror, Chisaki fixed up her onyx black hair in its usual style. Exiting her bedroom, and eventually her house, Chisaki headed out into the cold. Looking up into the sky, Chisaki grinned as the white snowflakes gently attached themselves to her face and into her hair. Walking slowly, Chisaki exited the compound. Following the woodland walk out of the hidden compound, Chisaki eventually exited to the village itself. Like the compound, the village was always sporting a snowy decor. Smiling, Chisaki walked through the village to admire the winters delights.

Bara had never seen such a thing like it! She spun around in a tight circle, her arms spread out and her fingers grasping the sleeves of her rose colored sweater. Her eyes were closed and her mouth gasped in a laughter, only breathing in a few of the snowy flakes. Her rose colored short hair lightly whipping her face. Her black skirt catching the flurries on the ground and spinning the air around her where the flurries were swirling around her. She then staggered on one foot and fell down in the snow that was now about a foot on the ground. Bara stopped laughing now and looked towards her book that fell on the ground in front of her feet. She sat up now and sighed, it was way too cold for her to be frolicking. got on her hands and knees and reached out in front of herself to pick up the book. She sat down now, and dusted the snow off of her dearly beloved book.

Bara stood up now, and dusted the snow off of herself. She journeyed back into a shop, and sat down. She had opened her book and read. She then placed an elbow on the wooden surface of the table. She rested her head upon her hand, and took her fingers, letting the book fall from the grasp of her index and middle finger, the book tumbled sat on it's side. Bara said to herself, "That's a fairy tale, I wish it was real." A waiter approached the rose haired feminine and asked what she wanted to order. Se simply answered warm dumplings and red beans along with a cup of green tea. Bara sat and awaited her order of food.
