Dust Release is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands.

Expand on the description of the KG, going into some detail regarding how the elements that make up Jinton combine to form the Kekkei Tota(look at Sabaku & Kaneko clan for what I want.

This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Specify that the 'disintegrate anything' is merely a reference to Jinton as a whole.  For it's current wording make it seem like any rank jinton can do this.

Drawbacks

Due to the amount of focus put into training four elements separately, members off this clan cannot learn a fourth specialization.

Change this to: Must take Hesitant(Specialization) as a negative special characteristic and cannot balance with a positive.

Years of wandering the wilderness without any proper medical nin has led the members of this clan to have the special characteristic of Pharmacophobia.

Can this be balanced with a positive trait?

Due to the amount of concentration needed to use the Dust Release techniques, members of this clan must have One Track Mind as one of their characteristics.

Within your drawbacks detail what rank each element begins at and how the Jinton element is ranked.

Specify the min & max. size of the structure. I'm going to say 'no' to it being inescapable, for there should at least be some way to escape from this once inside. Bump the cool down up by 1.

The user must take Futon as their primary spec, starting at S-Rank. Futon and Katon and Jinton all start at C-Rank. Jinton is unique in the way it ranks. If you have S-Rank Doton, B-Rank Futon and C-Rank Katon then your Jinton will be C-Rank

Change the starting ranks of the elements to D - rank.

Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu

Once inside, the user cannot escape unless an exterior force acts on the structure.

I think this clan needs another drawback; it's an advanced kekkei tōta, after all. Pharmacophobia, Hesitant (which is useless since the clan already has four elements), and elements starting at D-Rank aren't enough drawbacks to balance the fact that they get four elements to start, one of them being a powerful advanced element.

Yeah, so add another drawback.

Eh, I don't find a -1 to genjutsu all that sufficient, especially since not many people use Genjutsu all that often. I'll take the other kekkei tōta's drawbacks for example. See, Sabaku has a weakness to fire and water techniques to some extent and is weak to Taijutsu and Bukijutsu and has a -20 to their chakra pool. Kaneko clan requires a basic jutsu to be used before their plasma can be utilized, and they also have a weakness to Taijutsu and Bukijutsu and a -1 to their plasma jutsu against Raiton techniques. So, either keep the -1 vs. Genjutsu and add another -1 to another spec and give the element itself some sort of weakness, or omit the -1 to Genjutsu and add some other substantial drawbacks, like higher word counts for training and a -1 to one of their stats (speed, reaction time, etc.)

Also, it should be noted that Puraimu's clan symbol is taken by the Sumiko clan.

What does this...mean, exactly? This seems to imply you can make a bunch of smaller-radius Dismantling prisms, or one big one. Which...shouldn't be the case. You should clarify what this actually means, because it's confusing.
