Duration: Seal lasts until broken. -5 per seal, per post.
Cooldown: 4 posts after placing a seal.
Description: This technique places a seal on any ONE of the user's puppets by the user making contact with it for 1 post. By flowing chakra directly into the puppet, it allows the puppet to act seemingly on its own, according to the directions from the seal. The drawback of this technique is that the user can only choose for the puppet to act offensively or defensively; in addition, the puppet will keep repeating its patterns of action (but not movement) over and over, making it somewhat predictable. Of course, the more complicated the puppet the less so this is. The user needs 1 whole post of direct contact or control with the Puppet Technique with the puppet to change the 'programming'. This technique will always be overridden by a Kugutsu specialist's Puppet Technique whose chakra cost is equal to or greater than this jutsu's cost. One use of this technique can only place a seal on one puppet, but it can be recast to allow the ranks; the user can add up to 2 extra puppets in exchange for decreasing all puppets' reaction speeds by 1 rank.
C-rank: The puppet can travel 30 meters from the user. It can move and react at the user's reaction time and movement speed -1.
B-rank: The puppet can travel 40 meters from the user. It can move and react equal to the user's reaction time and movement speed.

All members also receive a -1 against bukijutsu.
This doesn't count as a negative drawback, for it falls under 'frail." Given how this clan gets at the most, three free items(puppet and 2 d-rank weapons). There needs to be a significant drawback to compensate. Anything along the lines of, taking +1 damage from an element, receiving a -1 against a spec(excluding taijutsu & bukijutsu), could work.
