It was yet another day in the dazzling continent of fire. The earth’s brightest orb, the sun, shimmied in the sky, illuminating the pathways for citizens of the country. The blue hues from the skies dominated all of nature and it provided hospitality to the many creatures, clouds and the sun. Flutter, flutter, flap, expelled from the wings of Konoha fowls as they sailed through the cloud filled skies. They were chanting and some were causing wreck, but all in all they resided in the circle of life. Wooden structures surrounded the dwellers, some towering so high it seemed that they were in the heavens. Adolescences and teenagers would lounge upon rooftops, staring blankly into the structures up above and hoping that their ambitions of becoming brave fighters would come to life. The village was good.

The gates of Konohagakure were spaciously open, waiting for anyone who would like to visit the village. A young man cruised up to the opening. The man was layered in unusual garb: a sleeveless leather jacket and cotton white t-shirt almost reminiscent of a tunic. He planted his feet into the ground as he reached the front of the opening. The shinobi paused and tilted his head to the top of the gates of Konoha. The young man’s name was Hiroshi Uchiha, and excitement jolted through his entire being. He traveled to the village in order to acquire friends, wisdom, and maybe even unlock further potential as a shinobi. A smirk formed firmly across Hiroshi’s lips as he saw the symbol for fire. After strolling through the gates and being checked in at the front, the young Shinobi was ready.

Yuuma strolled lazily through the streets of Konoha, the sleeves of his dress shirt rolled up to his elbows. It was rare for him to have a day off with his training and his new job at Ichiraku Ramen, so he was determined to use this day to its fullest to have some fun. The sun was beating down brightly, unobscured by the clouds. The birds were chirping playfully, and it seemed that the entire village was chilling out for a nice, calm summer day.  As sunny as it was, Yuuma’s suit breathed well, allowing for a very comfortable breeze to cool him down. His boots tapped rhythmically on the street as he moseyed along, and he couldn’t help but hum a little tune to himself as he walked.

Yuuma’s travels brought him to a busy street of vendors, filled with shoppers trying find good deals on a variety of items. He moved through the crowds, looking at the goods being offered, though mostly out of curiosity.  He wasn’t exactly swimming in Ryo. As he stared longingly at particularly nice set of kitchen knives, a mother passed by with a group of kids.  ”But I want a Shishy-Bob!” One child demanded, loud enough for Yuuma to hear.

”I told you Lee, they don’t have them today. The mother responded impatiently You can either eat what they have here or wait until we get home.”

”But I don’t want dumplings! I want a Shishy-Bob!"

”They don’t have shish kebabs, Lee!

Yuuma grinned and turned to follow the family, putting his hands together to form a series of seals. Concentrating his chakra, used his Secret Recipe: Instant Gourmet jutsu to create 5 shish kebabs of varying flavors in each hand. He then approached the family. ”Looking for something?" He called out to them with a smile, offering them the kebabs.

”Shishy-Bobs!” the child squealed in delight. He then snatched a pair from Yuuma’s hands and began to eat noisily. The other kids grabbed some for themselves, and even the mother took one with a thank you before shepherding her little herd through the crowds. Yuuma smiled again and took a bite from one of the two shish kebabs still left in his hands. He then turned and continued his stroll, eating along the way.

Soon He was at the village gate, where all travelers come and go from the village. Beyond the gate one could make very little passed thick forest. At the gate were a set of imposing looking guards who kept the riff-raff out. Inside the gate was a young shinobi who Yuuma had never seen before. This wasn’t exactly a surprise (there were a lot of people Yuuma didn’t know), but what was mildly surprising was the ninja’s outfit. He was wearing a sleeveless leather jacket over a white shirt that was too big for him. Curiosity piqued, Yuuma approached the young man. ”Hey! Welcome to Konoha!” he said through a mouthfull of beef. Offering the other shish kebab he swallowed and smiled. ”You like teriyaki?”

Hiroshi’s speculation of the village dissolved for a brief moment. He wondered what his sister might be up to; training? Hanging out? Getting hurt!? It was bizarre that his sister had not attended the visit to Konoha with him because they were always together. Like two halves and the other was momentarily missing; it caused a sensation of unease. After pondering for a few seconds, Hiroshi decided to snap out of it and began to care less, recognizing that she was fully capable of defending herself from any harm or danger. Hiroshi shrugged his shoulders and his focus on the village recovered.

Hiroshi witnessed the populated streets of Konoha. People were screeching and hollering at some of the vender’s, barking for better deals on certain items. Hiroshi was taken aghast by the behavior of several of crowd’s behavior; the grocers were doing their absolute best to ensure quality materials and products for them. Hiroshi sighed and quickly understood that this is how the world works. The smile upon his face revived itself. Suddenly, Hiroshi heard a high pitched voice ringing in his ear from close by. It was obviously the voice of a young boy. He turned to witness the toddler with a group of siblings. He was yanking his mother’s shirt, tightly gripping it and desperately wanting to acquire something.

“But I don’t want dumplings! I want a Shishy-Bob!” The boy cried

“They don’t have shish kabobs, Lee!” Responded the child’s mother in a hot temper.

Nearby was a man donning a white button up and a vest with his sleeves rolled to his elbows. The gentlemen formed several hand signals and without warning, 5 flavors of meat sticks appeared in his hands. The young fellow presented the delights to the youngling, the other children and the woman. She nodded her head with kindness and thanked him before departing for the rest of the journey with her youngsters. Not shortly after, the fellow turned and began walking towards Hiroshi with a mouth jammed full of meat. He was taking his sweet time, but Hiroshi was actually quite excited and began to approach him as well. As they closed in upon one another, the man approached Hiroshi.

“Hey! Welcome to Konoha!” Said the young man with a mouth packed with beef.

“You like Teriyaki?” The young man offered Hiroshi a shish kabob with what looked to be chicken.

“Why sure!” Hiroshi responded with delight.

“That was quite an impressive technique; I was very amazed! Hiroshi Uchiha, nice to meet you!” Hiroshi said while extending his other hand for a handshake from the man, hoping to talk to him more after the introduction.

Yuuma

The young ninja happily took the shish kabob and complemented Yuuma’s jutsu. Get complimented for his work never failed to give Yuuma the warm fuzzies inside. The young ninja offered his hand to be shaken, introducing himself as Hiroshi Uchiha. Yuuma took the hand and shook it firmly. ”Yuuma Tsuji,” he responded to his new acquaintance. ”And nice to meet you as well.” Now that they knew each others names, Yuuma was ready to learn more about this new ninja. He already knew a little about the Uchiha clan, and he knew that they were extremely powerful. There were a few of them here in Konoha, though Yuuma had never met them. The Uchiha had a rather dark past, and even darker destinies. This kid seemed nice, and Yuuma hoped that he wouldn’t fall down the path that many of his predecessors did.

Yuuma pushed thoughts of the Uchiha’s out of his head. He just met this person, it would be rude to ask him about bloody history or intentions. He was curious about the boy, but clan-related questions could probably wait. Seeing Hiroshi up close,  he could see more details about the shinobi's outfit. The cotton shirt underneath his jacket was definitely ill-fitting, which gave Yuuma a bad taste in his mouth, but it was also impeccably clean. Anyone who took that much care into keeping their clothes spotless must be someone who can be trusted. The material itself was obviously of extremely high quality, and overall the outfit seemed unique and fresh, if a bit strange. ”So, Hiroshi, what brings here to Konoha?” Yuuma asked. It was an obvious first question, the Uchiha was new after all. Yuuma’s guess was that he was scouting from an other village as a simple mission, or perhaps he was a wanderer looking for missions of his own.

Dark eyes gleamed pierced the bushes from which they were hiding behind. they were watching the entire scene before them, carefully and studying and analyzing every bit of it information they had acquired. they watched a man made food appear from thin air. hmm that is interesting ninjustu, thought Ayuki as she watched her brother stand at the open gate and peering inside, both of which were now in ear shot, the food ninja being 14 meters away... Ayuki wounds from the other day had now fully healed, and on top of that she had acquired something rather... powerful. “Hey! Welcome to Konoha! You like Teriyaki?” he said offering her brother some of the food he had recently created, which Ayuki figured must be safe seeing as he had offered it to kids, and their mother. Ayuki closed her eyes and focus her chakra into them, then opened them slowly, her bright red eyes gleamed... the Sharigan as they had called it, Ayuki had awakened and now felt stronger than ever.  “Why sure! That was quite an impressive technique; I was very amazed! Hiroshi Uchiha, nice to meet you!” Ayuki watched her twin brother respond with such delight. UGH oh could he stand people? Ayuki figured people for evil and cruel, and the battle of a few days ago certainly proved that. there was a pauseing the conversation as Hiroshi ate his food, which Ayuki couldn't even see any chakra in so at least there wasn't genjustu. the one named Yuumi seemed to be pondering... then he awoke back to reality and said. ”So, Hiroshi, what brings here to Konoha?” this was her que to enter into the scene. Ayuki sent chakra into her feet and then changed the nature into Lighting. she then angled her body right behind the cook. then she released it sending her body forward faster than the eye could see, hell the cook wouldn't even notice the Ayuki was behind him until she let out the words "It's none of your damn business why we are here." she said surely creeping the fuck out of the cook, and if he turned to see who was behind him, he would see two red gleaming at him, staring him down.

Hirsohi observed Yuuma had also zoning out. It was a routine that the mass who met him would do after introduction; this was most likely due to the fact that he doesn’t exude most of the habitual Uchiha attributes: tempers, jealousy, cockiness and the worst, hatred. Hiroshi was bred into the macrocosm as harmonious sort and therefore had no lust for power and influence. He accepted that the true way of composure was to love all, no matter what the cost called for. Everyone could be forgiven for any fallacious action committed and would certainly have their day if it happened.

As the man approached and introduced himself as “Yuuma Tsuji,” he shook Hiroshi’s hand firmly yet pleasantly. Hiroshi now had the fortunate chance to review the shinobi’s outfit. Yuuma’s uniform wasn’t unrecognized, however maybe a bit unusual for the average person. The man sported an outfit meant for a high-end restaurant server: black slacks underneath a paper white apron, a black bow tie composed atop a white button up shirt which was concealed by a black, two golden button vest. Hiroshi pondered on questioning his employment status however thought it may be rude to judge so suddenly.

“So Hiroshi, what brings you here to Konoha?” The new acquaintance politely asked.

“Well, I came to Konoha to…”

Suddenly, without warning, another ninja sprang from neighboring bushes, piercing through the plants with what looked to be lightning. This hasty warrior was nearly unseen; only by the familiar eye of Hiroshi Uchiha. A woman arose behind Yuuma. Red spheres rested in her eye sockets. It was another Uchiha, Hiroshi’s twin sister, Ayuki. Her hostility was obvious and she had much lower hospitality compared to her kin. Yuuma didn’t even notice Ayuki’s presence and he would possibly be quite shocked to find her behind him.

“It’s none of your damn business why we are here.” Murmured the Uchiha girl.

“Hold on sis, no need to get hasty. Relax, it’s just conversation. Don’t go chasing off a new friend.” Hiroshi responded as he lifted his hands in the air, signaling her to stop and refrain from any bitter action.

He peered toward Yuuma and bended his torso in a traditional thank you or apologetic stance.

“Excuse my sister. She’s incredibly protective. Anyhow, I am here in Konoha to make friends and learn the history and the landscape of this wonderful city. I am still quite impressed by your jutsu and boy oh boy was it delicious!” Hiroshi complimented the man once more, hoping his sister would politely back off.

Hiroshi began to answer the question, but stopped suddenly, a strange look of surprise and recognition crossing his face. Before Yuuma even realized anything was wrong, He heard a voice speak up from behind him. He jumped as it spoke, its sudden appearance taking him completely by surprise. Only after hearing the voice did the rush of air from the intruder’s arrival brush passed Yuuma. Impressed by this person’s speed, Yuuma turned to see them for himself.

She was small, over half a foot shorter than Yuuma and fragile-looking. She bore a striking resemblance to Hiroshi, suggesting familial ties. The resemblance could simply be clan similarities, however. She wore a black outfit with fishnets, a sleeveless jacket, and fingerless gloves, once again reminiscent of Hiroshi. Her most striking feature, however, were her scarlet eyes, each pupil orbited by a single black marking: tomoe. She had her sharingan. Yuuma didn’t know much about the sharingan (the uchiha’s kept the ins and outs of its operation deeply under wraps), but he had heard legends and stories while traveling. He decided that he would withhold judgment until he had seen it in action for himself, however.

Hiroshi stepped in to mediate, trying to get the girl to stand down. He bowed to Yuuma and apoligized, complimenting him and explaining the girls actions as those of a protective sister. Hirisho was extremely polite, which Yuuma found absolutely delightful. He was sure they would get along great. Hiroshi also answered the previous query by saying he hoped to make friends and learn about the city. Yuuma loved this answer, and Hiroshi sounded so earnest as he gave it that Yuuma couldn’t help but want to assist them in their mission.

Yuuma respectfully returned the young man’s bow. ”There’s absolutely nothing to apologize for!” Yuuma proclaimed. ”I was just curious, I didn’t mean to pry. Konoha is a great place to make new friends, we’ve got a wide variety of people from all walks life here in the Village of the Hidden Leaf. Most of them are great people once you get to know them. As for the city itself: I’d be more than happy to show the two of you around to some of the more important places, though i’m not exactly a history buff when it comes to these kinds of things. I could also show you the way to specific places if you were looking to find something in particular.”

Ayuki closed her eyes slowly and then opened them once more to reveal her pitch black eyes towards the cook, she wouldn't be needing her sharigan at the moment. Ayuki had simply wanted to scare him so that he would fear her and not try to do anything foolish around her brother. Ayuki rolled her eyes as he brother stepped being quick to apologize for her. she stepped out from behind the cook to give him a little breathing room now and silently walked over to and stood next to her brother. she loved him more than anything and wanted nothing but the best for him. Ayuki looked at her nails as the boy talked for what seemed like an eternity, why did people talk so much? Ayuki didn't really even see a point in talking all of the time it was merely a waste of perfectly good energy to her... as he finished up his little speech Ayuki looked up and over to her brother to see what they would do next. anything he wanted to do she would happily go along with. however she still  wasn't sure about this cook that stood before her. she figured she would stick around and find out more about him so that she could make an accurate guess as to what he wanted with the two of them.

"Actually while you two go explore the village im going to go train a little bit" Ayuki said to them in general as she turned around and headed off the other direction... she didn't really find a need for social interaction, and so she walked off back towards the camp were her and her brother were camping out.... she figured if her brother thought this man was safe then he must be!
