Iwagakure's own Yuurei Jet had nothing interesting of the sort going on. Simply taking on missions and what not. Things have been quite lately. Yes there was the ever ongoing gossip among housemaids but those were just incredibly ridiculous bits of nonsense. A husband cheating on his wife with her sister. A mother selling her children away for lumps sums of cash. A doctor accused of working on the black market. The occasional death or defection of a shinobi. Or a civilian trying to start an uprising which was stupid of him, plus he got put down immediately which was a bore. You know, the usual. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was killing our little beast. She lived on chaos. The only fun thing she did lately was scaring a few naïve academy children for life and punishing a obese turd of a tavern owner when she was high. Looking out the window of her house, she watched as the window blew out her candle lit skulls, leaving wisps of smoke. And then it happened. The sudden chills down her spine, which gave a feeling as if a storm was coming to ravage all of Iwagakure, no all of Tsuchi no Kuni. Something isn't right. Although the feeling didn't matched the ones she had gotten from the circus but it was similar. Sinister even. Maybe it was her nerves acting up from the bit of morphine she injected into herself earlier but not once had she ever had a bad reaction to it. Jet knew she should out and find the source of this, to see what gave off such a vibe. And the only way she could do so was to go to one of the meets up in the shadier parts of the village and find out was venom has been dripping down the grapevine Grabbing her signature jacket and goggles, she hopped out the window and was on her way.

In Iwagakure, it wasn't hard to go out unnoticed. Sure the Tsuchikage was breathing down everyone's neck, having struck fear into the hearts of many of the underworld dwellers that resided in the village but not even he was all seeing. Chaos still wandered around, taking what it wants as it prey everyday and every night. It wasn't something you could snuff out. Of course it is not as strong or open as it once been, but it was still there. It never left. Like cancer it would spread then sleep until one day it will break out radically. Perhaps that day when Iwagakure burns would come but for now, it was healing and many sought to protect that security, their safety, so they wont fall into the abyss. Once you step out of the light and go into the other side you never go back. Like chains your past will forever follow you so long as you roam this earth. Reddish green eyes glowed in a narrow shadowed alley across town. A young genin glanced around in the worn down industrial like neighborhood, looking for a certain gang sign. But there were so many. Jet face palmed and sighed at this. All these ignorant groups of wannabe gangsters though they held power; that they were oh so big and bad. Idiotic pawns were all that they really were. They were manipulated without their knowledge; to be scapegoats for the big guys to keep the authorities happy as if they were doing something right. Jet chuckled, smiling a bit. It was kind funny. Everyone had skeletons in their closet. A puppeteer being their actions one way or the other regardless of how insignificant their move could be, like marionettes. Freedom was an illusion. The only thing that one could do is simply play and be played but to what ending, to what degree........ah well it wasn't important.

Ah, we found it. Seems like they changed locations again not that is a problem really. Jet stood in front of a 6 feet tall bunker door with no handle, just a slot in the place of where the peep hole. Jet swung her right leg at it, kicking it loudly repeatedly till the slot was opened, pupiless black eyes glaring "Will you calm the fuck down you stupid bitch!" Jet simply smiled at him, holding her hands behind her back, batting her eyes as she spoke "Jet has business here. We want you to open up please~" Those glares were taken aback, trying to find out what was her deal but suddenly their owner broke out into laughter as if this was a joke. The door opened with a man blocking it. He was definitely heavy weight, have assorted scars and a dragon tattoo spiraling around his arm to his head. Short black buzzed cut hair and dressed in a t-shirt and jeans. His voice boomed as his body shook, amused by the situation.  "Pfft ahahahaha. Look here freak, this ain't no place for you. What are you? Ten or something? Go back home and sip your mother's mi-" He was caught off short as a kunai impaled his left eyes, blood spurting eye and no doubt killing him. With a thud he fell back to the floor, already a crimson liquid pool around him. Jet took her bloodied kunai back, wiping it on her sleeve and pocketed the weapon, stepping over him "Our mommy is dead baka" then with those words she disappeared into the shadows heading underground.

Jet read over the note once more as she walked around with a skip in her step and a smile. Apparently a group of konoha nin were seen leaving Hi no Kuni and entered Iwagakure territory. What's more, somewhere down the grapevine, it is rumored they are here on a diplomatic mission, wanting an audience with the Tsuchikage Akira for unknown reasons. A giggled escaped her lips, this seemed like an important matter. Perhaps she would go meet with one of them, and give them one heck of a welcoming. However a frown replaced the happiness. She knew that these people or at least one of them was the one to cause a disturbance in the air. Ignoring it, her curiosity surpassed what miniscule better judgment locked away in her. So she followed the directions and came up upon one of them....or at least she believed so. The information though useful was the clearest on certain details. Shrugging it off since she already confirmed her target, Jet took out the same kunai she had earlier and cut a rope. This rope was holding about 20 or so wine filled barrels that were propped up on each other however now they were set loose on the streets, panic in the air as civilians ran. Grinning she watched with curious eyes to see what this leaf nin would do with her little welcoming surprise gift.

The trip from Konohagakure to Iwagakure no sato was probably the easiest thing about the entire ordeal which was troubling the man who now silently walked through the streets. His eyes seemingly never focusing on anything, but at the same time taking in every miniscule detail of his surroundings like a hungry snake watching at mice scurrying around. He had to admit that the current Tsuchikage; A mysterious man named Kazako Akira, had gone through great lengths to strengthen his villages defences, but also make it more hospitable and tourist-friendly, with thriving shops and establishments. However, he also blamed that new Tsuchikage for ruining parts of his elaborate spy-network.

Since a few months, Enaka was no longer capable of gathering information from almost half his spies and associates in Iwagakure and the news that the Tsuchikage had been systemathically rooting out all traitors and criminals only made matters worse, but even this situation, how dire it even seemed for Enaka, still held numerous chances and possibilities and a man like him would never deny that sacrificing a few pawns to get a new queen isn't allowed.

Thinking about all those things, his mind closed off from those who were walking all around him, yelling and shouting, trying to sell their wares and luring in potential customers. They even screamed aloud, wait…they screamed?

Enaka quickly stopped walking, turning his head around calmly, while he noticed people running around like beheaded paltry, trying to escape from being crushed by numerous large barrels thrundering down the road, yet his gaze went beyond the barrels, to some kid far behind the barrels, holding a raffeled rope in one hand and a kunai in the other.

"Interesting," The man muttered, while showing a rather devious, yet empty smile.

As the barrels rolled down the road, with screams of fear and anguish poisoning the air, Enaka watched as one of those barrels bumped against a lose stone and vaulted itself into the air towards him. With that same smile on his face, the man simply seemed to have calculated the barrel's trajectory, taking a single step to the left, as the barrel crashed on the spot where he had been standing before, after which it spilled its contents over the street.

Now the Ouroboros Regent, calm as ever, started walking towards the girl. He did not look at her, but he could see her and no matter how fast she ran or how smart she thought to be, he would find her and talk to her, because she might've just been that possibility he needed to regain control over the flow of information coming in from Iwagakure and if she had the right state of mind, the necessary skills and capabilities, he might even decide to take her into his organization, as it was never bad to have some new eyes and ears in a village run by someone he didn't know and didn't control.

Rinshi could feel the smoldering heat from the sun, and gusty winds from the mountains.  The group of Konohagakure foreigners indicated their arrival to the Earth country.  Upon their arrival in Iwagakure the two weird Jounin that accompanied Enaka went their separate ways in the village.  Rinshi had never stepped foot in the Earth Country and now he was ordered to look over a diplomat.  Seemed easy enough he got him to The village, now he would need to wait out the days until his business was done.  Rinshi along with the other two went his own way, seeing how he completed the first part of his mission.  Now on to the second phase, he would need to spy on Enaka and make sure nothing goes down.  Rinshi stepped into an abandoned building and formed the tiger seal.  Instantaneously, three clouds of smoke exploded in front of Rinshi.  After the smoke settled their were three identical clones, his favorite part of Recon.  Without physically surveying Enaka himself, the clones would follow, track, and retain information on Enaka.  "You know what to do."  The clones ran out of the building onto the rooftops trailing roughly 10 or so meters behind him.

Rinshi exhaled with a sigh of relief, until he felt a bit uneasy about something.  Then he heard a muffled noise, like someone trying to clear their throat.  Suutei turned slowly to find the abandoned building wasn't so abandoned, and a few pissed off men with bloodlust in their eyes.  "Oh well hello there, didn't see you guys just standing here with your big swords, and er uhm fists."  A tall strongly built male, walked through the hoard of men surrounding Rinshi.  "I'm gonna break you like a twig snowball."  The mans voice was deep and ravishing, not a bad thing for someone who would do wonders in the opera.  Rinshi chuckled awkwardly as he rubbed his head with his right hand, grabbing a kunai from his back pouch with his left.  "Well you see, thats where you messed up.  I'm not the one who is gonna be broken...you are big fella."  Suutei threw the kunai upwards jumping kick the man in his chest, somersaulting backwards he caught the hilt of the kunai in his mouth.  While performing his acrobatics he took the liberty in activating his Byakugan.  It had been quite some time since he last used it, what better time than now.  The large man stumbled backwards slightly, before throwing a punch at Rinshi.  Dodging he took the Kunai out of his mouth and spoke, "Is all of this really necessary.  Tell ya what, you guys let me leave and I won't leave you with broken bones."  All the men began to start an uproar of laughter after his statement, frustrated he stabbed the nearest man in his throat, then yanked his kunai out of his neck replacing it back in his mouth.  The man trying to stop the blood from gushin, died within seconds.

The clones now in pursuit of Enaka, who had an encounter with a run away wine barrel.  Though by what would seem like magic, he stepped simply left before being crushed by the airborne barrel.  One of the clones managed to smash one of the barrels before crashing into a nearby restaurant as well as another that nearly rolled over a child.  The hero clone regrouped with the other two who now were watching Enaka, approach a figure wearing a hoodie and googles.  Something seemed strange the girl held a Kunai in her hands, apparently the cause of the barrel mishap.  The clones continued their surveillance of Enaka moving to another higher building, for better vision and a more inconspicuous hiding place.

As Jet watched the scene before her unfold. Civilians screamed in panic as the barrels of wine crushed people or crashed into shops and what not. They were so unguarded, not once expecting a sudden assault. Heck even she wasn't planning to but it just happened. She couldn't help it. Yes her objective was giving this leaf nin one heck of an welcoming, but as others would've suggested, there were other ways to go about it. There were always other routes a person can take and she was no exception but she has made her choice, not regretting it. However this leaf nin was getting to her. She wasn't surprised by how he dodged the wine barrel that headed towards him nor that he went about this calmly. It was that smile, that godforsaken smile. Seemly devious, as if he enjoyed her little trick, it was emptier than an abyss.

Jet ditched the rope and jumped into an alley onto her right. She had no doubt he would catch her but she wanted to have a little chase for the hell of it. Besides it would tell her more about him. Information is key in this world. Even the weakest man alive can become a deadly force with the right mind and enough information. Jet could easily sell the information to some parties she knew about. So far all she knew was he was a diplomat accompanied by three others, two male and one female. He was definitely the leader of the group which she confirmed by how he carried himself. Attire suggest he came from a traditional family and his skin tone reminded her of something she can't quite remember. That smile though could be the key however but for now the chase was on. In the shadows she ran, her footsteps making no sound. Up she went as she hopped over a barbered wire fence using a couple trash bins to help her.

As Jet front flipped in the air, she couldn't help but remember the scene of her crime. Yes it was a bit hard to see in the panic but she remembers a few people who looked like carbon copies of each other but waved it off as useless information though it wouldn't be so later on. Landing on the ground she made a sharp left as well as numerous twists and turns, heading back to a bar she knew could hide her since she was on good terms with the owner however the sound of yelling caught her ears, no doubt the police had arrived at the scene of the crime. Jet smiled, showcasing her slightly fanged teeth. She was having a lot of fun and a barrel of laughs. After going past a few blocks she wall hopped between two apartment buildings and crashed her way to a window on the top floor of the one on the right. A woman who was bathing scream at her but Jet carried on through the apartment and into the hallway where she stopped to catch her breath. Once she did so she henged into a black house cat and hide behind a potted plant.

While the little kid ran away, the weather started to turn for the worse, with black clouds packing together in the sky and rain pouring down upon all who had remained outside of their homes. Enaka however had no reason to seek shelter, not because of some rain making his clothes wet. Noticing that the girl seemed to make a run for it, the man stopped his pursuit, sliding his left hand through his hair, combing it backwards. He looked towards a large building nearby, where he could detect the signs of an activated jutsu thanks to his wide range sensory skills granted by his time and service to the Konoha ANBU, making him grin just a bit before deciding he really wanted to see that kid.

"Tsk, maybe I should've learned that repelling jutsu after all," The Emissary sighed, while feeling his kimono gaining weight as it became drenched by the rain. "ah well, no time for dwindling on dull pretences."

Pinpointing his senses accurately towards the girl with the hoodie, he could feel her chakra on the very edge of his sensory range. That kid was fast or at least knowledgeable of the fast routes and shortcuts in Iwa, something Enaka could only praise her for, but she had apparently not counted for what experienced shinobi could do. Deciding that a race through the streets would only become tiring, the Orochi lord jumped from wall to wall to reach the rooftops of the street, running and jumping towards the tiny speck of chakra which acted like a candle in a dark room.

Suddenly, it seemed that the girl's chakra slightly faded, as if she went indoors or lost some chakra, he wasn't sure what to think of it until he realized what the kid had done, she had gone inside someone's apartment, not to mention the apartment straight under his feet, which he was easily able to figure out by the scream he had heard before landing on the rooftop.

Crouching at the edge of the roof, Enaka's hand firmly gripped the tiles, before swinging himself through the already shattered window, landing with a solemn 'thud' on the ground of the apartment, right in front of the woman who had just screamed and was now inhaling to yet again let her lungs produce a high pitched sound.

Yet, before the sound could even leave her mouth, Enaka's hand could be find in front of the woman's mouth, his fingers pressing on her upper and lower jaw while the palm of his hand restrained the sound from being heard. Dusting himself off with his free hand, the Konoha councilor gave a rather savage grin, after which that very same free hand launched itself through the woman's ribcage, puncturing her heart with one single and precise strike.

Retracting his hand from her chest, Enaka dropped the lifeless body of the woman to the ground, crouching down next to it, while placing his bloodsoaked hand upon the hole in her chest. Cracks seemed to appear on the woman's face and visible skin, with a shimmering light pulsating from those cracks. A single second later, the body seemed to have vaporized, completely vanished from sight, as if there was never a woman in the first place. This ofcourse was yet another of those neat jutsu one could learn when ever being part of the ANBU, a jutsu Enaka still saw as one of his most useful skills in the past decade: removing all evidence of a body was better than removing all evidence of a scene and a lot less work as well.

"Well now, where would the little kitty be," The man grinned eerily towards the potted plant, while taking a seat on a single chair in the room, letting his head lean backwards a bit. "Shall we end this cat and mouse game, because despite your current appearance, you should have figured out that you're the mouse in said game."

Rinshi toying around with the room of bandits all coming for his head, ducking to sweep kick a bandit who actually swung for his head.  Rinshi trying to avoid a follow up attack, hopped onto the bandits stomach and used it as a trampoline leaping over the circle of bandits.  Removing the kunai from his mouth to speak to the crowd of bandits, "Come on guys, I'm hardly breaking a sweat.  Haha."  Rinshi charged forward splitting the circle in half for the more masculine bandit to emerge again from the crowd.  Come on big fella!"  Seeing waiting being pointless he grabbed the mans collar and climbed on back, and grabbed his wrist.  With merely two fingers, he thrusted them in each location of the chakra points in his arm removing the ability to use it completely.  Rinshi sensed three bandits behind him attempt to perform some form of collaboration technique, and by reading their Tanketsu he could see that it was Earth Based.  Rinshi got a very smart idea he acted as if he had no knowledge of it, during his analysis the masculine man swung his free arm.  Rinshi arms stung after stopping the swing he wasn't the strongest guy out there after all, hooking his arm around the mans.  "Hey just a workout question for you.  Would you happen to use electrolytes before, or after your workout?"  Rinshi channeled his chakra through his fingers again, closing off each individual Tanketsu in his arm again.  By now a series of pillars were in pursuit, Rinshi jumped behind the man who conveniently stood in front of the entrance to the building.  Pressing his back against the man he would make his escape, after they knock out their own heavyweight.  The plan succeeding as the man was sent flying out of the building and into the open street, the citizens looked surprised as Rinshi rolled himself from under the brute.  "Hehe just helping out my pal.  He wasn't feeling to good you know."  Nervously chuckling to the citizens after he freed himself, he brushed the dirt from the ground from his pants and vest.  "THERE HE IS LETS GET HIM!"  "Uh Oh!  Nice talking to ya folks."  Rinshi ran in the direction of his clones, chased after a mob of bandits.

A dark overcast of clouds fell over the village bringing precipitation as well, and the clones were now in pursuit of Enaka who began chasing after the girl who caused the barrel incident.  The three clones began to leap from individual buildings, trying to keep their distance.  After he himself took to the rooftops, the broke off into a triangular formation one clone directly on the same path as Enaka, and another on the building over.  The clones distanced themselves enough to stay on the edge of his sensory abilities.  Hearing a shriek from a woman, the clones stopped and waited for Enakas response.  Each of them hiding behind or inside something near them.  Watching him enter the building below, they waited for him to exit rather than they infiltrate the building.  They spotted the original Rinshi running into the lobby of the apartment being chased by roughly twenty or so angry men.

Rinshi running up a flight of stairs scared an elderly woman who retreated back into her home.  Running down the hallway he deactivated his Byakugan to conserve his chakra, before a dog started to bark and attack Rinshi who simply kicked off the wall also putting a hole into it, and was behind the dog before he knew it.  An unfortunate bandit was mauled by the angry dog, while his buddies went after the White haired fellow.  Rinshi ran up another flight of stairs into another hallway that was a bit longer, with a window near the staircase.  Down the hall was a figure dressed in familiar attire, but no need to jump to conclusions he continued his run.
