Clan History: The Usagi Clan all started many years ago when a Chuunin by the name of Suuxifuto got very competitive with his rival Santardos. Santardos would always rub it in Suuxifuto's face that he was weak, and Suuxifuto quickly became desperate to surpass his rival.

One day, He ran into his house, and looked around for scrolls to seal weapons and other things into to finally kill Santardos. After throwing around things while searching, he stopped suddenly. He looked at his pet rabbit with a big evil grin,and let out a big laugh. He walked over to the rabbit with a twinkle in his eye, and said.
"If my legs were as strong as yours, then I would be able to beat anyone!"

He spent the rest of his life injecting the rabbit's blood into him, trying to hop like a rabbit, and researching the rabbit itself until one day, he finally got it. He felt the problem was that he didn't have enough rabbit DNA in him! 

He took his son, and sealed multiple rabbits into his chest. The son would do anything just to make his father happy, so he didn't mind it. The rabbits slowly molded into his body until he became rabbit like, and started have attributes the bunny had! The boy passed down the rabbit like attributes through generations, and it soon became very strong from the intense work put into it.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The members of this clan have modified bodies that take on characteristics of a rabbit. This makes them able to hop like a rabbit, and use enhanced leg strength to do lower body Taijutsu and to improve speed for various things.

~Members get +1 tier in strength for all Taijutsu involving kicks, and other lower body attacks.

~Members can jump 7 seven meters, because of their increased leg strength. Their jumps can be enhanced when using jutsu. 

Drawbacks: 
~Members can't take a fourth element.

~Members can only use lower body taijutsu. They can however use Bukijutsu with their upper body.

~Members get -1 tier in speed with all types Bukijutsu they use.

~Members are unable to learn kugutsu.

~Members have trouble dodging while doing their jumps. (-1 tier reaction time while jumping.)

Description:
The user does a very intense leap that launches them towards the target, then when they get close, they kick the target with the aid of their intense speed.


C Rank: The user launches themselves 10 meters at 20 meters per second, then does a hard kick into the target that causes major external bruising (possibly able to fracture bone), and knocks them back. 4 posts for cool down.

B Rank: The user launches themselves 15 meters at 30 meters per second, then does a hard kick into the target that can breaks bones, cause internal bleeding, and knock them back. 5 posts for cool down.

A Rank: The user launches themselves 20 meters at 40 meters per second, then does a hard kick into the target that shatters bones, causes internal bleeding, and sends them flying back. 6 posts for cool down.

S Rank: The pride of the clan! The user does an intense 25 meter jump towards the enemy that is intensely lethal at 50 meters per second. They then do a very strong kick into the target that break most bones in the body, and send the target flying back. 7 posts for cool down.

Please clarify what you mean by "enhanced taijutsu strength in the legs." Does that mean they gain an additional +1 tier in their stats?

Explain what you mean by a -1 rank in speed. There's a difference between a whole rank in speed being loss and a tier in speed being loss. I would like for you to specify this. Also what exactly do you mean they lose speed with all types of Bukijutsu; do they lose speed while using Bukijutsu? Because it wouldn't make much sense if they lost speed against someone using Bukijutsu. Also please specify that the member gains +1 tier in strength.

The cooldowns for Luck Rabbit's foot should be going up for each scaling of the technique. Also change the distances for the range as varied.
