It was a Tuesday morning. Nick took a one-day break from missions but it was time for him to become active again. Since the last mission he took fatigued him quite a bit it would be a good idea of him to take a break, and thus he did. He sat on his rear all day, went out, and did nothing too spectacular yesterday. He knew that he didn't need much more to request an official rank-up from the officials but he figured one more D ranked missions added onto his list wouldn't be bad. After waking up the male headed into his bathroom right away and washed his face.

Nick saw his reflection in the mirror and then went back into his room after brushing his teeth and shaving his face. He dressed up somewhat casually instead of formally. Since he figured taking a more vanilla- relaxed mission would be a better idea. Since why not? Having a comfortable life sure is nice, he thought. After dressing up he went downstairs and ate breakfast, something more easier to prepare today; cereal. After filling his stomach with the cereal he headed for his door and put on his black coat and then his leather boots. After putting both of those on he left his home.

Nick wondered what kind of mission he'd get today. After all, he wanted something vanilla. Whilst wondering what type he would get he would start walking towards the Kazekage's office. It was quite a distance away but it hadn't become much of a problem anymore considering he was getting used to the fact that he had to walk a great distance everyday. Maybe he should get some-kind of bike? Perhaps, he also could use chakra to travel towards the kage's office, that certainly would train his chakra capacity too. Interesting ideas were forming in Nick's brains as he entered the kage's office.

Nick scratched his head ever so slightly whilst eying the board of missions. Really going through them, filtering out the ones with the bullshit, the ones with boredom and finding the ones that suited his vanilla needs the most; a dog shelter. He tore the poster from the wall and put it in his pocket as he left the office. Wondering where the shelter was he looked on the poster and walked towards it; he was lucky that it wasn't very far away. After walking for five minutes he had arrived and entered the shelter. It seemed to be quite crowded.

Nick was pleasantly surprised by the people working there. Most of them were volunteers, people who originated from veterinary work but didn't feel like leaving the work behind. Which mostly were elderly people and some youngsters who want to become vets. It was a happy environment, one that he wasn't used to seeing. But, then again it was slightly odd that there were so many stray dogs in Suna that there needed to be a dog shelter. Then again, having stray dogs lurk around the street is somewhat dangerous for children since they might be violent. Nick spent all day working, assisting the people who worked at the dog shelter. It was a more taxing job then his previous jobs since he was a little passionate about this task. After 6 PM he was free to go. He ate dinner at a restaurant and went to the kazekage's office, he put the poster back up and claimed his ryo. His life was at a quite good spot right now. After he did those things he went home to grab a bottle of beer, kick back and relax into the night.
