Lost pets huh?

Everyone loses their pets sometimes. Sometimes they return, other times they don't. People get hired to get them back, just like Nick did this time. But this time.. it wasn't a kitty, it wasn't a dog, it wasn't a bird, it wasn't a plane it wasn't batman! It was... a frigging lizzard. Nick had to get up extra early in the morning too, if his morning wasn't already ruined by his half-broken bed he had to drag his lazy ass across the bedroom and put on some clothes. After he had finished doing that, he left the motel he was staying at.

After Nick had finally managed to leave his hotel he seemed to be in quite a rush. He knew that there was something important. Omens had told him so, well, his lucky bracelet did. Want to know how? It was slightly looser then usual. Spooky stuff, Nick thought. He was extra cautious of black cats and ladders on the street. But after a good ten minute jog he arrived at the kage's building. He went into the office for missions and grabbed a mission that could be done by both villager or random mercenary/ronin. Since Nick was a ronin- a samurai without a lord, he usually took those tasks.

His face was somewhat neutral as he was reading the task out loud. Not that there was anyone anyway. He shouldn't have a reason to care. Since he was all alone. The task was quite simple, it had clear instructions and it was obvious what his task was. So there he was, in the middle of nowhere with a butterfly net in the desert. It was somewhat awkward to see. But nonetheless, Nick had a job he had to. After all, he wouldn't leave there for no reason. He eyed the notepaper once again, making sure what he read was written down correctly.

"A local villager lost her pet", Nick spoke. His words didn't really have any meaning behind them. This was the location that seemed most obvious to him. After all, wouldn't all lizards run to this spot when scared? He was facing the oasis, the home of the lizards. It was good that there was an oasis around the village or else the search for the lost lizard would become increasingly difficult. But Nick was a smart person it wasn't very worry some for him to find whatever he needed to find. And in this case, a Lizard was pie.

After running around for a while Nick had seemingly caught a few lizards. He matched it with the description that he was given. After all, he was in a big village and there would be without a doubt more lizards, so a description of the appearance of the lizard was given. It was quite vague "Ippo has a big beard, his tail is long" which made Nick a little angry. But nonetheless he was on a job, if his client gave a weird description he couldn't do anything about that. After a while he had semi-given up, so he begun shouting the lizards name, Ippo.

After a while of looking around, the male had found the lizard. It was drinking from the oasis. After finding him he caught him immediately. He wondered why the owner wouldn't get a new lizard instead, for free, instead of paying the state to set out nin's to find her lizard. I doubt anyone is still reading this but anyhow, hizzle my dizzle, shizzle? Nick went home and took his ryo from the Suna government, not that he had any big use of it, it's still a nice gesture.
