A figure was on top of a house top. This figure was impossible to see because if to look up from below the eyes would be blinded by the sun. This figure looked down at the village community from above. He had white hair, and a red coat waving while the wind passed by. This figure was known as Solo Hatake. He had been on his so called hibernating mode, where he didn't want to talk to anyone or have any physical contact. Now he was back to his regular self. He was just taking a nice breathe outside.

He sat himself down on the roof on the edge. His left leg hanged down and his right knee pointing up. Taihele ran his fingers through his Snow White hair. " There is nothing ever interesting in this village..." He said. His mother hadn't been in the village as she was busy selling outside the village for the family business. Solo was suppose to accompany her, but he had woke up to late. Solo was kind've excited since he was on the Squad One, especially with the Hokage as the leader. Solo looked down to the villagers below.

They all had happy expressions on their faces. Some where communicating with one another, but others were rushing to do work. Solo didn't have anything interesting to do...none of his teammates were insight and neither could be find any of his friends. Slowly he placed himself onto his back as he looked up into the blue sky. As this happened he shut his eyes close waiting for something interesting to happen. " This place would never change at all...always boring." He said. The wind passed by giving off a cool breeze while he waited......

Akiba wandered around the village carefully checking his surroundings. He was still trying to decide what he should do about his clan. If he told people they would ask too many questions. But right now he really didn't care if they knew. Besides when he fought they would know anyway. He carefully walked up to a building and sat down against the wall. His eyes passed over a small cross shaped scar on his collarbone. He had been caught with a shuriken when fighting bandits. He was still wandering whether he should be on his guard. He was a ronin after all. But currently all he could think about was going to sleep. He closed his eyes but made sure to stay alert of his surroundings.

Solo was still resting his head down while he payed on the top of the roof. His eyes opened wide as his senses just gave him some time of warning about someone near. Solo didn't have sensory or nothing, but it was just something that alerted him. He raised his head from the roof and looked underneath his feet to catch sight of a man. This man didn't have a headband or anytime of sign showing he was a Konoha member. Although something was very unusual about this man. Images started to go through Solo's mind. Trying to figure out who was this man.

Nothing came to his mind...and now he was gonna have to take action. Solo landed onto the ground in front of the unknown man. He examined the guy trying to pick up enough detail. Solo caught site of a scratch on his collarbone which was most likely a shuriken cut. Solo coughed...." Hey...your not from here are you? " he said. Solo did know that if anyone didn't have a pass to come into Konoha they were suppose to be reported.

He wasn't gonna just make suggestions, so he would wait for the man to answer to his question. Solo was so surprised that no one even noticed him to begin with....

"Hey you aren't from around here are you". Akiba looked up as he heard the words. His hood fell off revealing his teenage face. Even though he was tall he was wearing a stilted sandal which slightly increased his height. In actuality he was only fourteen and still a genin even though he was an extremely skilled one. "No. I'm here looking for a friend from Suna". Akiba sized up the person in front of him. They certainly looked agile enough to keep up with him even if he were to escape extremely fast. Then again he probably outranked them in strength if he used his Kekkai Genkai. Hopefully it wouldn't come to that however. He shrugged off his coat which showed his pure white outfit underneath. Akiba slightly relaxed his posture, a movement which on him was extremely graceful. He was a very graceful person and moved like a dancer skillfully and agile.

The man said he wasn't from here and looking for a friend from Suna. Solo was kind've stunned that a Suna Nin would be in here in Konoha. For what reason he did not know. As looked into the eyes of the man that stood in front of him. He was trying to detect any sudden movements of the fingers or the eyes to see if he was lying, but nothing like that happened. Solo crossed his arms and tilted his head left still looking at the man. It just didn't fit right since Solo never saw this man at all.

" I'm sorry, but I don't think no Suna nin's are in the village..Do you have a passport or some type of proof that you were allowed in the village? " he said as he continued to look at this man. It didn't seem like it was gonna get serious, but if Solo had to fight he would..

Akiba merely shrugged his jacket and retrieved the passport from his pocket before handing it to the person to inspect. He was slightly irked but then again he did expect this to happen. He considered just leaving but he was intrigued.

In the midst of the alleyway...hanging round the village...

Fortunately for the tensity in the air, another was lurking nearby idling in an alleyway while playing a acoustic guitar to himself. Silver hair, a white long sleeved v neck, and black loose-fit skinny jeans with black ninja boot's where worn. Contacts in the eye's made him look like a normal brown pupiled human...but he was of the heavenly clan known as the Hyuuga. Having an eye and ear to the street, since about the last four hour's, Kizai would have overheard the conversation thus far, while tuning the chord's.

He needed a certain sound he had been trying to manage since he hated finger shredding acoustics. Hmm...well, it's clear enough that this guy isn't from around here...and ain't allowed to be here...paper or not... Kizai decided to himself while casting a side long glance through his long silver bangs at the guy in the street. The 18 yr old genin took in a breath of air and made a mock display of sneezing; loud enough for the other's to hear.

"Oh man...Bless me and shit...Hmm..." Looking over at the kid with the paper Kizai would set his guitar down and cover his lower face as if snot was blown into his palm. He ran out into the open towards the guy and waved his other hand impatiently for the paper's he had.

"Hey I need to see that bud..."

His demeanor denoted that he was going to check those paper's for proof, seeing as Solo was on the rooftop. A casual glance up at Solo revealed the headband of the leaf village was tied in black sash to Kizai's forehead. A gleam in Kizai's eye might have told Solo silently that it wasn't one of THOSE types of situations. Though the two natives of the leaf knew each other not, Kizai was sure a fellow comrade would catch the hint that staying aggression was a better course right now.

By now Solo watched as the man handed out his passport, but before he could grab it a man appeared asking to see that. This was very weird this must've mean't that he could hear the whole conversation that was going on. This was weird that the guy had just jumped in with no type of introduction, but Solo already knew who this guy was. His name was Kizai, but there was something even more special other than his looks. If you looked at him properly you could spot that he was in the Hyuga Clan. It did kind've stun Solo that such a well ninja would be outside instead of training inside his Clan House.

He was then given a glances from Kizai. This was a sign that this wasn't a regular situation. Solo nodded his head to the man which was just a regular sign of ready for anything. His hands were placed into his pocket. Solo found himself stepping back just a little bit watching how Mr. Hyuga would react to this little TOURIST situation. It would be best for someone of detection such as an Hyuga member to take action now, and Solo stood back just incase of any action that was gonna happen. Finally as something interesting would happen.

P.S ~ I am not on the roof..I jumped off in my post..u didn't even give me time to post..

Akiba turned to face the other genin and his eyes flared slightly. He recognized him as a member of the Hyuga clan. He saw that this person was clearly aggressive and shook his head in disappointment. Of course he would get the idiot. "Here" he said flicking over the passport although he was getting more wary by the second. He could probably escape since he was sort of an escape artist not to mention an absolute genius but he had been hoping to make some friends before he went to visit his friend and retrieve the necklace. He eyed the other ninja and wondered what he was thinking.

Sorry the posting order is Kizai -> Akiba -> Solo

Solo was watching the scene as Kizai took action. Solo was just his back up. Solo was agile and had fast reaction. He was like a example of a good chaser and courier. For some reason this man had looked injured because of the cut on his collarbone. He was expecting Kizai to notice, but for some reason he expected for the great Hyuga clan member to notice this. Although Solo was standing his ground just in case of any movement from the suspicious man sitting down. Solo was just so chilled he didn't even bother to make any expressions or sudden movements. As he looked toward the two males in front of him.

"Ah thank you!" Kizai said snatching the paper with a deft flick of the wrist. Solo was on the ground he took note while turning away in a half pivot with the passport. Kizai then would make a sudden gesture to sneeze right all over the paper passport, and then he rather sharply crumpled it up into a tiny ball and flicked it into the street...like the asshole of lethargy he was known as around this entire town. The academy and it's instructor's, Chisa, Rinshi, and Risu all had first hand witness about Kizai, and so did the entire Hyuuga clan. But then...Kizai was THAT guy, so it was not only okay but expected. Safely he was a ninja of this village, and with his rising repute he...actually didn't care whether or not he was being scryd on by a fellow genin and an outsider...

An outsider who certainly hadn't gotten proper verification to come here because to begin with it was a hidden village and he was looking for people he certainly hadn't identified with the proper clearance at the gate...so, that was why this passport had to be fake. besides any ninja FROM this village would have spotted the observant and local chuunin or perhaps anbu who would have grid locked this kid from seemingly unnoticeable locations around every corner he walked. because outsider's always had to be watched.

"Yeah so uh...totally dude yer not from around here, but so what and stuff cause you ran into people like us...So, why don't we go get proper clearance for you...you know, like take a really long alternate route to the village commerce building which would give you a decent enough tour to know where the local shop's and perhaps give you enough room to find who it is you're looking for...lunch on me, so how bout it?"

Kizai would say rather promptly and in a calm yet steady manner. His hand's shoved into his pocket's as he shook the bang's from his eye's. Solo might have gotten the idea from Kizai's word's that taking a tourist with them like this would show he was in safe and secure hands, as well as give him room to safely get an eye for the lush village. Truly though it was an excuse to mask the outsider from any scrying superior's who might feel like intruding the wanderer with more aggressive behavior or apprehension for not having any true business or direction to go in a village he didn't belong...Because here; even the merchants had to go through a binding process to formally identify themselves, where they could go, what they can and can't do, as NON- citizen's of this village.

It wasn't a major village for nothing, no one who wasn't from here just walked around like this, without a konoha headband. And if he copped an attitude, then both Solo and Kizai would be intelligently prompted to subdue and apprehend this man for loitering, without proper identification. At which thought, Kizai began to judge the 5m distance to the Ronin, the fact that his comrade was near, and the general physical details of the ronin's body in a sense to judge how to tactically begin an aggressive endeavor...should the ronin cop some weird undeserved sense of liberty here and try to tell the konoha ninja off.

Kizai could tell from the look in the Ronin's face he was kinda put off by Kizai, but so what...Your in our backyard dude, what you expect He thought stifling a smirk from his mouth and remaining straight faced.

Akiba's was slightly pissed off but he decided he didn't have a choice. Then again they didn't have to throw away his passport. It was valid as far as he knew but whatever. He decided to go along although he would constantly be watching his back and waiting for the inevitable betrayal. That or one of his mood swings would hit and he would go all serial killer mode. That probably wouldn't be a good thing. Then again this Hyuga clan member was annoying him. He was already unconsciously in a combat posture and relaxed his body. He grabbed his cloak and then waited for the others to lead the way.
