At no given time should you open up the letter. Nor should it be damaged.

And the owner themselves have been busy as well and can't find time to pick them up. So the owner is asking you to deliver the kunai set to the customer.

Mission description: Ashita Endou, is an frienemey(friend/enemy) of Suzuki Teiji and he just so happens to know you. If order not to cause unnecessary violence, he is requesting you to deliver some documents to the barkeep(Teiji) in return for a small amount of pay.
