1 Test of the Anbu [Skarn/Training/No Kill] Fri Sep 13, 2013 12:39 pm
Satoshi
D-rank
Today would be a day that tested the skill of Satoshi more than ever before. He had fought the Kage of Iwagakure, but today's fight was one that had him even more nervous. Zwei Mitsurugi, also known as Skarn, was to be his opponent. Apparently, the man was close to Lord Kazu, so he had to be strong. There was no doubt about that. As Satoshi marched towards his destination with determination, his mind raced through the possibilities of the match-up. He wasn't afraid of defeat, that was for certain. However, he was curious as to what style of fighting the man used. He had never seen the man in person, much less met him to know what to expect. He smirked as he realized his habit of over analyzing things was returning.
Strafe entered the stadium with a rushed pace as he looked around in awe. Every time he entered the Koudo Sutajiamu, he was taken back by the sheer size and wonder of the arena. He turned his attention to the battle stage, walking up to it and jumping onto the platform with a single leap. His blood red hair danced on his head like the leaves of the fall, while his eyes flashed with excitement. He knew this would be a fun battle that he would not soon forget. He immediately decided to stretch, getting into various positions to make sure he was limber enough to fight. While he wasn't as good with Taijutsu as he wished, he still needed to be prepared to use it. It always managed to catch people by surprise.
After making sure he was properly stretched, he decided to sit and wait on the man that was to be his opponent. He ran through various strategies and such in his head as he drew them in the dirt that laid on the rocks below him. The brown stadium was empty, as they had not told anyone of their spar. They didn't want any viewers getting hurt, after all. Every few minutes he would look to the entrance to see if the man was there, hoping that the anxiety that he felt would cease. He wanted to go ahead and get started. Once the battle started, his nerves always seemed to fade away like a child waking up from a dream. This would be a fun day indeed.
