Mugen looked at the sky, it was a sunny day and not a single cloud was in the sky. This meant that he could be able to do things that he liked to do. Like relax and watch the world around him slowly burn out of existence, yet today he had other plans that he needed to get done. No matter how beautiful the day was today, Mugen had to get some training done. He had already did some simple training with the new people that were quickly joining the ranks of the Blue Rose and they all made Mugen want to cry. The fact that they were so weak compared to him made him really sick. He was falling behind, as Tsuyo clearly had to grow in power with the troops increase. Mugen had been slacking and hiding from everyone. He was actually starting to get home sick and missed his family. Especially his little brother Mure. He did not even get to tell the little kid that he was leaving, and the last memory he had of him was telling him that Mure had a chance to become one of the strongest ninja in the world if he tried hard enough. This was the fact that anyone could become really strong if they choose too.

Mugen walked away from the stone walls of the complex that held all of the Blue Rose members. He did not want to train around them, for he wanted the element of surprise against his enemy when he fought them. It was simple, if the enemy had old intel on you, you naturally had the upper hand. Which Mugen tried to live by, and also to keep the fake mask that he kept on no matter what. The mask being Jin Arisaki, a simple ninja who relied on just his fist to get through things. Yet Mugen felt as if his punches were getting lighter on the opponent, and the fact that one kick or punch did not always kill who he was fighting worried him. It might blow his cover eventually and he need to make sure that his fist were as hard as rocks. He got lost in his own thoughts as he bumped into a giant rock wall. It was a face of a mountain and he needed something hard to hit.

Mugen spent some time looking around for something to punch. A tree, a rock sticking out of the ground or even a person. Nothing, quiet literally Mugen found the one place in Iwa where there was no tree. It looked like he found a fissure in a mountain. It was quiet, and the walls eventually led to a point where both came to a close. The walls were flat and the ground was flat too. Mugen sighed, and thought to himself 'you take what you get I guess. Beggars can't be choosers.' He ran his hand across the wall and found out it was pretty smooth, for being a rock at least. He knew that if he damaged it would at least show. He ran his fingers on the wall, and sighed. Concentrating his punch he slammed his fist in the wall and left a dent. A small one, and it caused his hand to send a pain into his hand. Sighing and releasing a pain within with it.

He slammed his fist in over and over again waiting for something to happen.

As he had said many times before, there was something bizarrely empowering about being able to kiss the land goodbye and fly high into the sky. Maybe that was something that connected Gen and Horus, they both loved the fact that they weren't forced onto the floor any more. Gen was able to fly because of Horus, and Horus was able to have the family that he had never had because of Gen. It was like they were made for each other, something that had only strengthened his belief in the forces that controlled the universe, in the gods that clearly made everything and managed to keep everything in order so that people could enjoy their lives. As it currently was, they were shooting through the open sky, the wind resistance making a light humming noise as they shot across the sky. There wasn't a single cloud, not a single flying lake for them to have to deal with, and in it's place was instead simply the wonderful expanse of the open sky, piercing the pure and spotless blue with their trail of white and grey.

It was a warm day, but thankfully without any water it was a dry heat, something that he could deal with. He was currently not wearing his shirt or jacket, instead having them tied around his waist so he could feel the rushing wind against his chest. It was the only true feeling of freedom. For centuries, humanity was forced to stay on the ground because the gods had taken away their wings. But, the hawks had never sinned that way, they had never broken any of the great taboos, so they were allowed to continue their mastery of the skies, and with a little help from his brethren he was able to achieve total freedom himself, able to stand on the shoulders of giants as it were and enjoy his life in a way that few others could. Who else would manage to have the freedom to kiss their earthly restraints goodbye and instead just exist where the only rules left to govern the world was science and imagination? They didn't even have to deal with annoying villagers whilst they were up here, there was nobody who would interrupt at bad times and say things that he didn't want to know, there was no one who would laugh at his white hair behind his back or insult him simply because he didn't take after his father.

It was during this time that he saw someone coming out away from the village.  Now, in a village like Iwagakure, people tended not to be as willing as in other villages to walk alone, and there was one very important reason for that. See, in other villages, criminals at least had the decency to be secretive, waiting until night time to attack people who were on their own. However, in Iwa there were so many criminals that they clearly thought they had no need to be like that, so they just ambushed anyone who took their fancy. So, when someone walked alone and without any guards, it meant one of two things. One, the person was very brave and either thought they were strong enough to take them on or actually was strong enough to take them on. Two, they were so stupid they didn't understand the fear that they should be feeling at the concept of the criminals that ran their city more diligently than the bloody kage did. But, as of right now, they were in the mountains so it was a lot more innocent and cleaner than the dirtier sides of town. So, perhaps he was neither, and was instead from a different village and didn't understand the way of the city yet? He couldn't be sure without finding out, and one thing that his father had failed to beat out of him was a sense of curiosity.

As they got closer, it became more and more apparent that this guy was... punching rocks. Now, he was not the kind to pass idle judgement on another person, but that seemed like it wouldn't be a very fruitful exercise, and would probably hurt. If he was to deduce what this guy was doing, he'd have to guess something along the lines of either training taijutsu or trying to increase his potential doton chakra. He was unable to see chakra types as some other people were, so he was just going to have to go from personal experience and the evidence right in front of him. There was, evidently, something foreign about this guy maybe it was the fact that that hair color was a rarity around these parts (or at least from what he'd seen, only having been in town for around a week) or maybe it was just a feeling that he got as a traveler and thus being able to tell when other people were as out of place as he was. So, if he was out of place, maybe it would be best if they were able to meet face to face?

Horus began his downward descent, finally stopping still of the floor and so far out of the young man's range that even if he jumped he couldn't hope to touch him, but close enough that they could still have a decent conversation. After all, it was rude to not talk to someone if you were looking at them in such detail like this, and being rude was Set's area of expertise, not Gen's. Though, if things went nasty, he was probably going to be glad that the boy couldn't reach him if he was indeed practicing his taijutsu. After all, both he and horus were weak to those techniques, so it was just common sense that they would try to avoid them at all costs. Though, now they were actually here they were going to have to come up with some way to introduce themselves that wasn't rude. that being said, being rude seemed to be Horus' forte recently, so Gen was hardly surprised when the hawk talked first before he could do anything about it.

"So... did the rock insult your mother or something?" Horus said, trying to start a conversation. It would have been weird enough for a giant hawk to exist, let alone for a giant hawk to be able to talk, and that wasn't even factoring in the fact that he had a very strange accent, clearly from the lands around Suna. there was something dark and mysterious about the voice that the words he said didn't seem to match up to, like a speak and spell or like someone trying to voice act whilst saying normal things. It was his natural voice, but that didn't change the sheer unnatural nature of it. Gen had been trying to come up with something interesting and appealing to start a conversation with since he'd noticed that first impressions were extremely important, but that was going to have to do. It was a silly question, maybe the man would assume that it was a joke and, god willing, would not get offended that they were claiming that he was attacking an inanimate object. Although, wasn't that exactly what he was doing? Seriously, it seemed like he was just punching a rock. It was a mountain, there were surely better ways to train himself in taijutsu if that was even what he was doing.

"Sorry about Horus, but yeah.. why are you punching a rock... shouldn't that, I don't know, break your hand or something? It just seems needlessly dangerous." It was worthy of note that Gen was the kind of person that believed that doing stuff like this was not only purposeless but actively had a negative point. it was like trying to make a shelter for yourself and so you set fire to a perfectly good abandoned house. If this guy broke his fist, then he would not be able to use his fist for anything for a while. Bones took a long time to grow back even with medical jutsu, although looking at the man it became obvious that he was not wearing any headband. He was either not from a village like Gen was himself, or he was actually one of those missing nin that seemed to clutter up the town so much nowadays. He was sort of glad that he didn't live here, he was glad that his mother had never had to come into contact with Missing nin. He might have done some things that were less than legal in his time, but at least when he was doing those things he had managed to avoid hurting people. That being said, he and Set did share the same body so claiming that he had never hurt anyone would only be a half truth, since his body was used to hurt people... hurt a lot of people, come to that.

Mugen could hear the flapping of a bird off in the distance, he really did not care. Often birds of prey would fly around and search for food and things like that around this mountain. Mugen kept a ear trailed on it just in case it got closer for some ungodly reason. He was clearly not a meal to be messed with, but not animals had the logic of a human being. It was clear that Mugen still had a lot of training to do. His fists started to hurt after the first punch against the wall. This made him a little angry, he had been getting more and more lazy after leaving Konoha. Keeping only the skill he need up to par so he could survive. To him there was not really a reason to continue fighting at the time of his betrayal back then, but now he had a reason to fight again. Tsuyo had a way of finding things to make Mugen do things and get out of bed. Either it be food or just the thought that Tsuyo was more active than him. He ready another punch and slammed it into the wall, sending the pain down his whole body again. This time Mugen noticed that the wall was slightly more dented and his punches were getting stronger. He would eventually hit the status that Mugen wanted to be.

The flapping had gotten louder though which made Mugen look to the side as a giant hawk was landing in front of him. Two thoughts came to Mugen's head 'Holy Shit that is a big hawk' and 'Wait why does it look tame?' The second question was quickly answered as the hawk began to talk to him. This was odd and the fact that the hawk had said something snark made Mugen more flabbergasted than prone to attack the giant hawk. He had no idea what to do right now, he was pretty sure he could kill the hawk. Yet what if it was something of Tsuchikage that he forgot to cage in? It would not surprise Mugen if it was. Actually that would fit the Tsuchikage pretty well. He stared at the bird for a bit as he realized that some blood was coming off his fist. It was a symbol that he was progressing through his training at a good pace. He was happy for a moment then he remember that there was a giant hawk in front of him.

Then a younger man popped over the hawk and said something, which made Mugen relax for a bit. He was still ready to fight, but he was at least loose enough to start talking now. The person sounded concern over someone that he just met. This was odd, Mugen did not see this for while. Last time it was in the village he was from. A smirk appeared on his face even though it was hidden by the mask he was wearing. Pulled out a hanker chief from front pocket at wiped off the blood he had on his hands. He made sure that he was calm after all this. He looked at the person on the bird and spoke somewhat loudly to make sure the person could hear him.

"Ya, breaking my hand is not a worry! I have a friend who can patch me up in no time flat! I am not worried about my own well being, becoming stronger usually requires on to sacrifice their body to reform it into a better weapon. Much like reforging a sword. What brings you out in the middle of no where? Also, what about a name! Mine is Jin, Jin Asikiro."

His voice was proper and sounded like it was coming out of a tube, just for the fact that the mask naturally changed his voice a little bit. It was something he was used to by now, even though some that would know him from the past would not be used to it. It actually had saved his life once or twice, so he had grown attached to it.

One of the last sentences that Mugen brought up would make him decided if he was going to get defensive or get ready to attack. Or do nothing at all, it was weird when that happened. His body was ready to dodge any attack that could be thrown at him. He tired really hard to make it seem like he was just standing there. It was trick he learned on the road. Being a missing ninja for such a long time has taught him a lot of dirty tricks to fool his opponent and giving him a small opening. A small advantage that would some times lead to his victory or escape. It was time to play the waiting game to see what happens next.

It was unknown to both of the people that were looking at the strange person that he was considering killing Horus, which was probably a good thing considering. If they knew that he was considering something like that, there would be an argument and an argument normally resulted in Set coming out. Set hadn't killed anyone recently, and he wasn't really sure how long Set could hold himself back from doing something like that. He had noticed Set getting more and more violent on their missions together lately, going from just tricking someone to admitting that they drink urine to brutally slaughtering a snake which they could have taken care of peacefully. If he was alone out here with nothing but Horus and this guy, he was not sure how long it would take until he went full on psychotic again, though he wouldn't bet on it being a long time.

Though, falling back into the real world for a minute, gen looked at the man again, noticing the blood that was coming off of his fist. He had clearly cut himself whilst punching the rock, that was not a good idea. He felt slightly bad, he had warned this guy too late and he had hurt himself before he could stop him. He didn't like watching people get hurt unless it was a matter of preservation, either of himself or others. This self flagellation seemed to be completely pointless, he would clearly be worse in taijutsu because of this, he couldn't think of a way that this would benefit anything, unless he was a masochist. Though, that would be a very minor victory. It just seemed rather pointless, and like everyone should react to pointless bloodshed, he felt a little nauseated just watching it. Not that he was haemophobic but it was still a little disconcerting.

The man, it appeared, was wearing a mask. It was a silly little mask, shaped like a wolf. It wasn't even a full face mask like the ones that ANBU members wore, it was showing the lower half of his face. If it was used for secrecy, it really wasn't doing the job that it was made for. It seemed like something someone was wearing simply because they wanted to look cool, and if that was indeed the case then it was backfiring horribly. It looked so silly he was barely managing to hold back snickers. However, the thing that was more interesting was his coat. It was a long black thing that flapped around in the wind, and covered his entire body. Now, considering that he was training, he doubted that it was something that was worn for travel, and since it was warm under the spotless blue skies, he had to assume it was because he was hiding something. What was it, was he deformed somehow? Felt bad about his weight? Maybe he was feeling awkward about his body's shape. That would make sense considering that he was out here punching rocks, that was not something someone who was comfortable with themselves would do.

A part of his mind was suggesting that this guy might be wearing it to try and hide something, but if that was the case then why would he be out in the open? He surely had somewhere that he was sleeping, so why was he out here in the middle of the mountains wearing a cloak that was intended to hide himself? That made no logical sense. It was like trying to hide yourself in the forest so you burned all the trees and then began to dance around the fire because surely nobody would be looking for someone doing something as strangely conspicuous as that. That being said, there was something to be said for being in the mountains. It was a busy town, even if it was mainly busy with criminals, so that would most likely mean that there would be people around almost every corner. If he was out here, he could probably avoid the majority of people, though the people he did see would find him all the more obvious.

Now that he looked at the man properly, he saw that he was wearing a large black cloak. Not only was that a bad idea in a climate like this (It was hot, and black absorbed heat like a sponge absorbed water) but there was an emblem on the front of the cloak. Probably shamefully, the first thing that he noticed about it was the fact that it was on the front of his cloak. Why would someone do that? Emblems were supposed to be on the back of the cloak, it was a fashion disaster to do it like that. Not that he could really talk about fashion, never really caring about it and the fact that he was wearing no shirt and a pair of black jeans right now kind of showed that. Though, the emblem on it's own was pretty interesting. It was a flower of some kind, and it was deep azure. Now, his mind was shouting blue rose at him, but he wasn't sure why it was shouting that at him. His mind was on other things, and he was not thinking straight. Maybe it was time to contact set? He was confident in his own discipline that he could talk to Set without risking lowering his guard to that guy.

"Hey, Set?" the reply came back quickly and gruffly, like he had awoken Set from sleeping or something. However, he knew for a fact he hadn't, gods didn't need to sleep.
"Do you know something about... Blue Rose? Or maybe Azure petals? Beryl Bud?" He asked, and for a moment there was nothing but silence in his head until a very loud and obnoxious laughter echoed through the recesses of his skull. It was unpleasant, leering and vindictive, and it was just making Gen feel stupid for asking the question. What was so obvious about it that Set found so hilarious that he would laugh?
"You... you really don't know?" he asked, to which only silence answered him. Well, that was apparently taken as a no as he continued by saying "Well, this is glorious! I'm not going to tell you shit, you have to work it out on your own. Just think of it like a little puzzle, Genny~"

No better informed, irritated and definitely more than a little bit disgruntled, he came back from his conversation with Set no further along with finding out information than he had been when he started on this little thing. Looking at the man, he tried to come up with something intelligent to say, but when he heard the man speak with that strange elongated sound that came out of the mask, he definitely felt put off. It was like he was trying to hide his voice, and why someone would do that to someone they had only just met... He knew that someone would only do that if they were trying to hide themselves, and if they were trying to hide themselves they would likely attack someone who worked out that they were trying to hide themselves. He almost wanted to gloat about his victory over this guy mentally, but he knew that the scriptures wouldn't think too kindly about him teasing the man like this.

Though, that being said, he was definitely not going to give him his real name. So, thinking quickly, he came up with something clever.
"My name is Sabaku Bastet." That was the name of one of the few friends that he had grown up with's god form, and so he was sure that it seemed at least basically realistic, although their names weren't exactly very normal. In hindsight, calling himself Set would have probably fit in better with the name systems around here, but it just felt dirty implying that he was Set. After all that that guy had done, he didn't want to imply that they were the same person. They were the same person, but he didn't know that, and even if he did he wouldn't believe it. finding that out would probably permanently mentally scar him.

"As for why I'm out here, well I was flying my friend here..." he said, pausing for a second as he stroked Horus' head to cover himself trying to find a good replacement name to give him for the mean time. Apparently, him using a fake name was enough of a hint for Horus to join the game for a second and to come up with his own false name. They appeared to stick by the same theme, funnily enough.
"Her-desuf. Pleased to meet you." Her-desuf... that name was so appropriate he barely avoided snickering. That was a form of horus. Though, that aside, he cocked an eyebrow as if only just noticing it and asking.
"So, what's that blue rose thing? It seems like a strange place to emblazen something like that, shouldn't it be on the back of your cloak?"

Mugen stared at the kid and the bird with confusion in his eyes. The person seemed friendly enough and the fact that a fight has not broken out means that maybe this one time Mugen could go through out a day without killing some one. He did not kill that old man earlier this month, but that was not saying much. Mugen was pretty sure that the person might have died from a heart attack. Which would not be a bad thing, the person was a grumpy old man anyway. Mugen gave this kid a look over again, this mask was driving him up the wall and lowered his eye sight a tad much. Not enough to hamper his fighting style, but enough where ever so often he wanted to throw the damn thing into an ocean. Mugen shifted the mask and looked down at the cloak that he was asked to wear by Tsuyo and the Kage of the area. He did not mind that thing that much. It was just another piece of clothing, that happen to have a blue rose on it to Mugen. He knew it was some business that Tsuyo was trying to start up. Mugen did not really care about these things, it was never really in his style to be apart of much. He was just usually there.

Mugen never really gave a thought about the cloak that he wore all the time. Sure it had the business symbol on it, either than that it kept him warm when it needed to. He figured that he would tell the kid the truth, no point of lying about a 'normal' business. As loose as the word normal was being used in such way.

"Aye, it's the company I work for. It keeps...Myself warm and toasty no matter what. The fact I can remove it at will just makes it that more useful. We help the village in things that they can't do themselves. While making a good amount of profit off of it. The boss thinks of it as a family. Technically I should to, but I have a hard time trusting people that quickly. Personally I don't like the color blue, it does not sit well with me."
Mugen found it odd that he could talk to this person with ease like this. Most of the time Mugen would try to stray away from people and hide from them. Guess this was different due to the fact that the person found him first. Mugen gave the person a quick look over, noticing a gourd and not much else on the person. The oversize bird with a name was a little unsettling, getting attached to something that can die was foreign to an Aburame, due to the fact they go through so many bugs in a fight. Also they mass reproduce so it allows them to continue having more no matter how many you sacrificed in a moments notice. The bird looked older than most pets, maybe it had trained the boy at a young age. This brought a smirk on Mugen's mouth. That was an odd idea, the animal teaching the human. Mugen opened his mouth once more sending out that metalic voice that he had.

"You are right, no point of having a symbol in the front. I'll talk to my boss about that, maybe he will listen. So the gourd on you're carrying around what is up with that?"

Mugen turned to the wall and gave it a solid whack with his hand again. This time it left a bigger dent. It meant that he was getting stronger. He could feel the blood starting to trickle down his hand, if he could hit a rock this hard then he should be able to handle a person no problem.

Wait.... this guy worked for Blue Rose? That was not good, that was so very incredibly not good that it was actually holding up a sign that said "bad things are about to happen soon and you should start running". That being said, it was not in Set's gameplan to simply tell his host that they were talking with a serial criminal. He was a criminal himself so he could hardly claim that he was doing it for his own good, but at the same time he knew for a fact that things weren't going to go very well if they continued talking like this. It might have seemed hypocritical that Set was so worried about them being near a serial killer when he himself was one, but... well, that was different. Set was never going to kill Gen, they lived in the same body and they relied on each other for things they were either unable or unwilling to do. On the other hand, this guy was not so predisposed. For all they knew, he might be planning to kill them right now and they would have no idea until it was too late. But, he was not going to cause a fight, that was only going to give him more of an excuse to kill them.

He wanted to tell Gen what was going on, that they should be leaving, but he also knew that they wouldn't be able to tell him straight out - He loved chaos but he knew that Gen would only get annoyed if he was to give him the information seconds after refusing to give him the information. He had only refused to do it because it was a joke, he had assumed that it was some sort of family logo and that it didn't actually tie them to the group. So, now that they were in this situation, they had to work out how they were going to do something like this. It was a weird thought, they were actively having to find a way of telling someone something without telling that person that thing. It was going to be like a game of charades, except with painful death being the punishment for getting it wrong. Not, actually, that Set knew what charades was. He was from a nomadic tribe that worked off of an old religion, how exactly would he have been able to find out about a game that existed in the big cities?

"Gen.... be careful of this guy. He's not exactly as friendly as he seems" Set said, trying to be as unclear as possible. He was still not going to mention what Blue Rose was, but that didn't mean he couldn't tell him to watch out. That bit he didn't have to beat around the bush with. Gen listened to his "friend" 's warning, and knew that if it was enough for Set to be worried about it then it would definitely be serious, considering that he seemed to find most dangerous things fun. Though, that being said, it was kind of stupid for him to have to warn him about being overly friendly - Gen had never seen this guy as friendly, he was punching a rock for fuck's sake. There was nothing friendly about that, not in the slightest. It was like this guy was as cold and emotionless as the rock-face that he had just attacked, and that was unsettling him.

"Yeah... well, that's not saying very much." He thought back, but now that he thought about it there was something a little bit malicious about the way he talked. How he had paused before saying what they did, like he was having to hide something from him. When you had to hide what you did for a living, it was normally a sign that you had to be able to make sure people didn't find out about it. That either meant it was embarrassing or that it was illegal. Considering the way the man had acted so far, he doubted even stripping him in public and making him run through the village naked would embarrass him. That meant, almost certainly, that it was illegal. Considering that he was the type to punch a mountain simply because he wanted to get stronger, he was probably in one of the more violent businesses. That alone meant that he was worth avoiding getting on the bad side of.

However, when he asked about what the gourd was for... well, maybe being a priest meant that Gen was more willing to be in front of a crowd and performing his abilities than a normal person. He had to admit that he was a bit of a strange priest, especially since the line of work he stuck himself firmly inside could be classed as working as a mercenary, but he was a priest nonetheless. The books said to be humble, but that was the one thing that he found difficulty in doing. Besides, he couldn't see any harm in letting this guy know his "secret", not that it was a secret at all. After all, if he'd walked into Suna with this thing strapped to his back almost everyone would know what it meant. The only reason this guy didn't was that he wasn't from around there.

"Oh, this thing? You want to know what it does? Well then, let me explain what it does in detail." he said, before concentrating his sabaton chakra into the sand in the gourd. Manipulating it as easily as if it was any other form of chakra, he used it to push the cork out of the gourd, which fell limply to the side, attached by a bit of leather string. The sand moved out and above the area, moving out in a giant snake-like form, before he actually shaped it into a serpent, with two large fangs, hissing at Mugen. Of course, it was not an actual snake, merely a form of his sand manipulation. He was able to use his Arenakinesis for many different things, and looking impressive was merely one of them, albeit one that he pulled off pretty damned well if he did say so himself.
