Mission description: Magistrates in Konha feel that the fighting force the village can bring to bare in times of crisis is sub par and lack experience. Thus they have invited Ronin and ninjas from other villages to participate in sparing matches with Konoha residents.
Mission details: Essentially a fight between a Konoha ninja and another ninja who is hired.
