Clan History:
The Hattori clan is a long standing part of the ninja world, known for little and renowned for less on their own. The Hattori clan has the pride however for being one of the most well travelled clans in the ninja world, and easily one of the most numerous, their stories and tales far too numerous and too plentiful to count. Their experience and wealth vary from family to family and area to area.

The history of the clan is shrouded in mystery, though the family myth claims that the Hattori clan is as old as the ninja world itself, having spread far and wide, the Hattori as an accumulate are fated as a clan to master every skill known to the ninja world, live every story, and feel every experience.

(So, due to their varied history, the Hattori are an excellent choice for characters to do which what they would like, without the need to create a specific clan.)

Kekkei Genkai Description:
The Hattori clan are a clan with almost limitless ties, they are spread far and wide around the ninja world and each have limitless histories and back stories.

~Because of this each member of the clan may have +1 rank of strength to their Primary Element, OR +1 rank of strength to their Primary Specialisation, which increase they take MUST be stated at the top of the character's jutsu list, which should be linked in your Sig.

~Additionally members of the Hattori clan are able to begin with +2 starting Jutsu of rank equal to one higher than their ninja rank as their KKG jutsu. (a genin gets +2 C rank starting jutsu)

Drawbacks:
~Should a member of the Hattori clan receive a +1 to their Primary specialisation, they receive +1 damage from opposing Specialisations based on the following chart...

~Should A character take +1 to their primary element instead, they receive +1 damage from any source of their Primary Element's weakness. (a user who takes +1 to Wind will receive +1 damage from Fire based techniques.)


~ The 2 designable jutsu recieved from this clan cannot scale to higher ranks than one rank above the user's starting ninja rank (A genin cannot make a jutsu which is rank C-S).

Description: Through sheer willpower and the strength of their chakra pumping through their veins, the user is able to sacrifice -1 rank each of to strength, speed AND reaction time for three turns, to survive all damage of equal rank or lower than the rank of this technique inflicted in one turn. Receiving little more than up to 1.5 inch cuts, heavy bruising and first degree burns scattered sporadically across their body. (this jutsu has no effect against techniques which do not cause physical harm)
